the seat device is arranged on the supporting tube and comprises a fixed tube, a seat is rotatably connected onto the fixed tube, a fixed rod is rotatably connected to the bottom of the seat, a sliding tube is slidably connected onto the supporting tube, the fixed rod is rotatably connected with the sliding tube, and a second control assembly is arranged on the fixed tube;
the rotating device is arranged on the base and comprises a first connecting rod, a front wheel is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod, two second connecting rods are rotatably connected to one side of the base, a rear wheel is arranged at one end of each of the two second connecting rods, and pedals are rotatably connected to two sides of the front wheel.

A multi-functional transformable stroller according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the rotating device is provided with a fixing device, the fixing device comprises a first elastic plate, both sides of the first elastic plate are respectively provided with a first limiting hole and a second limiting hole, the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with a first fixing block, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with a second fixing block, the second fixing block is rotatably connected with two limiting pieces, and the two limiting pieces are respectively rotatably connected with the two second connecting rods.

The multi-functional transformable stroller of claim 1, wherein a deceleration plate is disposed on each of the two rear wheels, and a brake device is disposed on each of the two rear wheels, the brake device comprises two locking pedals, a brake pin is slidably connected to the second connecting rod, a limit pin is fixedly connected to the brake pin, two third engaging holes are disposed on each of the two rear wheels, the brake pin is slidably connected to the third engaging holes, a compression spring is fixedly connected to the brake pin, the compression spring is fixedly connected to the second connecting rod, locking pedal chutes are disposed on each of the two locking pedals, and inner surfaces of the locking pedal chutes are slidably connected to outer surfaces of the limit pins.

A multifunctional deformable baby carriage as claimed in claim 5, wherein two of the rear wheels are provided with lock releasing pedals, two of the lock releasing pedals are provided with first clamping grooves, the first clamping grooves are slidably connected with the lock pedals, two of the rear wheels are provided with torsion springs, and two ends of the torsion springs are respectively fixedly connected with the rear wheels and the lock releasing pedals.

A multifunctional deformable baby carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is provided with a latch device, the latch device comprises a limiting tube, a pull rod is slidably connected in the limiting tube, a third limiting hole is formed in the pull rod, a rivet is arranged in the third limiting hole, the turntable is provided with a first latch pin, and the first latch pin is slidably connected with the pull rod.
