Background
The existing balance car generally comprises a controller, a top cover, a base and two wheels, wherein the two wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of the base, an in-wheel motor is arranged on each wheel, the in-wheel motor is connected with the controller, the controller is contained in a containing space surrounded by the top cover and the base, the balance car cannot change the shape, is single in function, large in use limitation, cannot be flexibly used according to actual needs, and is not convenient enough and poor in practicability.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a balance car that can be switched among a scooter, a balance car, a child's toy car, and a portable trolley, and that is convenient to use.

a balance car comprises a front car frame and a rear car frame which are connected with each other in a pin joint way through a pin joint shaft at the end parts, a front wheel is arranged on the front car frame, two rear wheels are arranged on the rear frame, a detachable seat is arranged on the upper surface of the rear frame, the upper surface of the rear frame is also provided with a stay bar which can be adjusted in a rotating way, the end part of the stay bar is provided with a handle, the lower surface of the rear frame is pivoted with a locking rod which can be contained in a caulking groove positioned on the lower surface of the rear frame, and the cantilever end of the locking rod is provided with a clamping part which can be clamped and connected with a locking shaft arranged on the lower surface of the front frame, when the scooter is used, the seat is taken off, the locking rod is separated from the locking shaft, the front frame is rotated to enable the upper surface of the front frame to be flush with the upper surface of the rear frame, and the stay bar is perpendicular to the rear frame; when the seat is used as a balance car, the stay bar is attached to the upper surface of the rear frame, the handle is close to the pivot shaft, the locking bar is locked with the locking shaft, so that the front frame and the rear frame keep a certain included angle, and the seat is taken off; when the locking rod is used as a pull rod vehicle, the locking rod is separated from the locking shaft, the front frame is rotated to enable the lower surface of the front frame to be attached to the lower surface of the rear frame, and the support rod is attached to the upper surface of the rear frame.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the present invention provides a balance car, which comprises a front frame 1 and a rear frame 2, the ends of which are pivotally connected to each other by a pivot shaft, wherein the front frame 1 is provided with a front wheel 11, the rear frame 2 is provided with two rear wheels 21, the upper surface of the rear frame 2 is provided with a detachable seat 22, the upper surface of the rear frame 2 is further provided with a support rod 23 capable of being rotatably adjusted, the end of the support rod 23 is provided with a handle 231, the lower surface of the rear frame 2 is pivotally connected to a locking rod 24, the locking rod 24 is capable of being received in a caulking groove 25 on the lower surface of the rear frame 2, and the cantilever end of the locking rod 24 is provided with a clamping portion 241 capable of being clamped and connected to a locking shaft 12 provided on the lower surface of the front frame 1, when the balance car is used as a scooter, the seat 22 is removed, the locking rod 24 is separated from the locking shaft 12, rotating the front frame 1 to make the upper surface of the front frame 1 flush with the upper surface of the rear frame 2, so that the stay bar 23 is perpendicular to the rear frame 2; when the balance car is used, the stay bar 23 is attached to the upper surface of the rear frame 2, the handle 231 is close to the pivot shaft, the locking bar 24 is locked with the locking shaft 12 to keep a certain included angle between the front frame 1 and the rear frame 2, and the seat 22 is removed; when the vehicle is used as a tie-rod vehicle, the locking rod 24 is separated from the locking shaft 12, the front frame 1 is rotated to make the lower surface of the front frame 1 and the lower surface of the rear frame 2 fit, and the stay 23 is fitted to the upper surface of the rear frame 2.

As shown in fig. 5, the turnover pedal mechanism 32 includes an inner pedal 321 rotatably disposed at one end of the rotating rod 31 and an outer pedal 322 pivotally connected to an outer side surface of the inner pedal 321, and the inner pedal 321 and the outer pedal 322 are cooperatively used to increase a stepping area, so that the foot can be stepped on more stably, safely and reliably.
The stepping surface of the inner pedal 321 is a concave surface 3211, and the stepping surface of the outer pedal 322 can be attached to the concave surface 3211.
When the tilt pedal mechanism 32 is not used, the outer pedal 322 is first rotated to fit the stepping surface of the outer pedal 322 to the inner concave surface 3211, and even if the outer pedal 322 overlaps the inner pedal 321, the rotating lever 31 is finally rotated upward to fit and store the outer pedal 322 and the inner pedal 321 overlapped together in the space 26.
The lower surface of the front frame 1 is provided with a chute 13, the rear frame 2 is provided with a bulge 27 which can be embedded in the chute 13, and the locking shaft 12 is arranged in the chute 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the avoidance grooves are formed on both sides of the protrusion 27, and when the vehicle is used as a trolley, the locking rod 24 is rotated upward to unlock the locking portion 241 of the locking rod 24 from the locking shaft 12, and then the locking rod 24 is continuously rotated to be embedded in the embedding groove 25, and then the front frame 1 is rotated around the pivot shaft to embed the protrusion 27 in the inclined groove 13, so that the lower surface of the front frame 1 is reliably attached to the bottom wall of the avoidance groove of the rear frame 2, thereby reducing the size and facilitating the carrying.
As shown in fig. 4, a pull rod 232 is detachably disposed on the handle 231.
Illustratively, the pull rod 232 is pivoted in the middle of the handle 231, the pull rod 232 is convenient to operate, and the pull rod 232 enables the main body of the pull rod vehicle to move, so that the vehicle is more convenient to carry.
The seat 22 comprises a seat body and connecting arms 221 arranged on two sides of the seat body, and the connecting arms 221 are connected with the rear frame 2 in an inserting mode, so that the seat is convenient to detach.
One end of the stay bar 23, which is far away from the handle 231, is rotatably connected with a mounting block 28 arranged on the upper surface of the rear frame 2, and when the stay bar 23 is perpendicular to the front frame 1, the bottom end of the stay bar 23 can be abutted against the top surface of the mounting block 28, so that the stay bar 23 is more stable, safe and reliable.
In summary, in the state shown in fig. 1, the pedal assembly 3 is used as a stroller; the rear frame 2 is provided with a cross beam, the two rear wheels 21 are rotatably connected with the cross beam, the upper surface of the cross beam is provided with two treading planes which are respectively positioned at the two sides of the rear frame 2, and when the pedal assembly 3 is not used, two feet step on the corresponding treading planes to be used as a balance car; as shown in fig. 3, the balance car is in a state after the balance car is changed to a scooter (that is, the seat 22 is removed, the locking of the locking rod 24 and the locking shaft 12 is released, the front frame 1 is rotated so that the upper surface of the front frame 1 is flush with the upper surface of the rear frame 2, and the stay 23 is adjusted to be perpendicular to the front frame 1), and at this time, a user stands on the upper surface of the front frame 1 or the upper surface of the rear frame 2 and holds the handle 231 for use; the state shown in fig. 4 is the state after the balance car becomes the pull rod car, so that the balance car is convenient to carry, time-saving, labor-saving and more convenient.
