Further, a reset torsion spring 61 is sleeved on the pivot, one end of the reset torsion spring 61 is elastically abutted against the first joint seat 41, the other end of the reset torsion spring 61 is elastically abutted against the second joint seat 6, when the back plate 2 rotates in a direction away from the bearing surface of the seat plate 1, the reset torsion spring 61 pushes the second joint seat 6 to rotate along with the connecting seat 5 until the second joint seat rotates to a preset position, and thereafter, the locking block 11 is gradually clamped into a locking groove (not shown) of the second joint seat 6 under the driving of a driving section 521 of the first driving groove 52 of the connecting seat 5 so as to lock the second joint seat 6 on the base 4.
It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the structure of the vehicle receiving joint assembly 110 and the connection manner of the vehicle receiving joint assembly with the front leg tube 120, the rear leg tube 130 and the handlebar assembly 140 are all well known in the art, and for example, the embodiment disclosed in the patent application of chinese patent publication No. CN104828120 a may be adopted to ensure that the vehicle frame 100 can be folded and unfolded smoothly. In this embodiment, the retracting joint assembly 110 includes a middle joint 1101 fixedly coupled to the upper end of the rear foot tube 130, an outer joint 1102 pivotally coupled to the outer side of the middle joint 1101 and fixedly coupled to the lower end of the handlebar assembly 140, and an inner joint 1103 pivotally coupled to the inner side of the middle joint 1101 and fixedly coupled to the upper end of the front foot tube 120. When the frame 100 is in the fully extended state, a first locking device (not shown) may lock the inner joint 1103, the outer joint 1102, and the middle joint 1101 to prevent relative rotation between the front foot tube 120, the rear foot tube 120, and the handlebar assembly 140 during use. When the frame 100 needs to be folded, the front leg tube 120, the rear leg tube 130 and the handle assembly 140 can be folded after the unlocking device is driven to unlock the inner joint, the outer joint and the middle joint of the first locking device. It should be noted that the first locking device and the unlocking device are also known in the prior art and are well known to those skilled in the art, for example, the embodiments of the first locking device and the unlocking device disclosed in the chinese patent publication No. CN104828120 are adopted, and the structure and the working principle thereof are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the handle assembly 140 includes an upper handle tube 143, a bending joint set 142, and a lower handle tube 141 with a lower end fixedly connected to the outer joint, wherein the lower end of the upper handle tube 143 and the upper end of the lower handle tube 141 are respectively connected to the bending joint set 142, and the upper handle tube 143 can swing relative to the lower handle tube 141 by the rotation of the bending joint set 142. The bending joint set 142 is provided with a second locking device (not shown) for locking itself to prevent rotation thereof, so as to prevent the upper handlebar tube 143 from rotating relative to the lower handlebar tube 141 when the frame 100 is fully unfolded and in a use state, and the unlocking device can be used for unlocking the second locking device from locking the bending joint set 142, so that the upper handlebar tube 143 can be folded toward the lower handlebar tube 141 when not in use (see fig. 3), and the second locking device can realize linkage of the first locking device. It will be appreciated that the structure of the upper and lower handle tubes 143 and 141 and the connection of the upper and lower handle tubes 143 and 141 to the bending joint set 142 are known in the art, and as is well known in the art, for example, an embodiment disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN104828120 a may be adopted, in which the bending joint set 142 includes an upper joint 1422 fixedly connected to the lower end of the upper handle tube 143 and a lower joint 1421 fixedly connected to the upper end of the lower handle tube 141, the upper joint 1422 and the lower joint 1421 being pivotally connected (see fig. 4), and when the locking of the upper joint 1422 and the lower joint 1421 by the second locking device is released, the upper handle tube 143 drives the upper joint 1422 to rotate relative to the lower joint 1421 until the upper handle tube 143 is folded. The second locking device is also known in the art and is known to those skilled in the art, for example, the embodiment of the second locking device disclosed in the chinese patent publication CN104828120 is adopted, and the structure and working principle thereof will not be described here. When folding is required, the safety button 180 mounted on the middle part of the upper handle tube 143 is pushed first, so that the driving button 190 mounted on the upper handle tube 143 can be pressed, and the locking of the upper joint 1422 and the lower joint 1421 by the second locking device is released (see fig. 4).
In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner side of each of the vehicle receiving joint assemblies 110 is pivotally connected to the rotating seat 200, the base 4 is detachably mounted (e.g. detachably inserted and fixed) on the corresponding rotating seat 200, a third locking device for locking the vehicle receiving joint assemblies 110 and the rotating seat 200 when the vehicle frame 100 is in the unfolded state is provided between the vehicle receiving joint assemblies 110 and the rotating seat 200, and the unlocking device is further used for unlocking the third locking device from locking the vehicle receiving joint assemblies 110 and the rotating seat 200. Specifically, the third locking device includes a locking groove 2001 formed at an edge of the rotating seat 200, and a locking post 300 slidably mounted on the vehicle receiving joint assembly 110, wherein the locking post 300 can move between a position of being locked into the locking groove 2001 and a position of being unlocked from the locking groove 2001, when the locking post 300 is locked into the locking groove 2001, the vehicle receiving joint assembly 110 and the rotating seat 200 can be locked, and after the locking post 300 is unlocked from the locking groove 2001, the locking of the vehicle receiving joint assembly 110 and the rotating seat 200 is released. The unlocking device can drive the lock cylinder 300 to withdraw from the locking groove 2001 after the upper handle tube 143 is turned down to the handle tube 141 (see fig. 4 and 16), so as to unlock the lock cylinder 300 from the retracting joint assembly 110 and the rotating seat 200.
Specifically, a first housing 1104 and a second housing 1105 are fixedly arranged on the inner side and the outer side of each middle joint 1101, the inner joint 1103 and the outer joint 1102 can be clamped between the first housing 1104, the rotating seat 200 can be pivotally connected to the inner side of the first housing 1104, and the lock cylinder 300 can be slidably arranged on the first housing 1104.
It will be appreciated that the first housing 1104 is provided with a reset element (such as a spring, not shown) for applying a force to the lock post 300 in the direction of moving into the lock slot 2001, the portion of the unlocking device between the bending joint 142 and the retracting joint assembly 110 includes a pull rope 410, a fixing block 420, a first reset spring 430, a pull block 440 and a driving member 450 located in the lower handle tube 141, wherein the fixing block 420 is fixedly arranged in the lower handle tube 141, the upper end of the pull rope 410 is connected with the upper joint 1422, the lower end of the pull rope 410 passes through the fixing block 420 and then is connected with the pull block 440, the upper end and the lower end of the first reset spring 430 are respectively elastically abutted against the fixing block 420 and the pull block 440, the upper end of the driving member 450 is fixedly connected with the pull block 440, the lower end of the retracting joint assembly 110 is located between the outer joint 1102 and the middle joint 1101, the lower end of the driving rod 500 axially extends into the rear leg tube 130, the end of the lock post 300 can be fixedly arranged in the lower handle tube 141, the first slot (the upper end of the driving member 500) of the pull rod 500 is connected with the second pin 450, the upper end of the second pin 450 is obliquely arranged between the first pin 450 and the second pin 700 and the second pin 500 is obliquely arranged, and the second pin 500 is obliquely arranged between the second pin 1 and the upper pin 500 is obliquely connected with the second pin 1 and the upper pin 500, and the upper pin is provided. In the process of retracting, after the upper handle tube 143 is folded down and drives the upper joint 1422 to rotate, the upper joint 1422 drives the cable 410 to overcome the elastic force of the first return spring 430 and pull the pull block 440 and the driving member 450 to move upwards (i.e. move upwards obliquely along the lower handle tube 141), the driving member 450 drives the second driving pin 700 to drive the driving rod 500 to slide in the direction of penetrating into the rear foot tube 130 by overcoming the elastic force of the second return spring 800 through the second driving groove 4501, and in the process of sliding the driving rod 500 in the direction of penetrating into the rear foot tube 130, the first driving pin 600 clamped into the first driving groove drives the lock post 300 to overcome the elastic force of the return element and withdraw from the lock groove 2001, so as to release the locking relationship between the first housing 1104 and the rotating seat 200.
Specifically, a guide pin (not shown) penetrating through the rear leg 130 is fixedly connected between the first housing 1104 and the second housing 1105, the lock post 300 and the driving rod 500 are respectively provided with a first strip-shaped guide hole 3001 and a second strip-shaped guide hole 5001 adapted to the guide pin, and are respectively slidably sleeved on the guide pin through the first strip-shaped guide hole 3001 and the second strip-shaped guide hole 5001, wherein the second return spring 800 is installed in the second strip-shaped guide hole 5001, the upper end of the second return spring 800 is elastically abutted against the upper wall of the second strip-shaped guide hole 5001, and the lower end is elastically abutted against the driving pin, so as to apply an elastic force for upward return movement to the driving rod 500, thereby pushing the driving rod 500 to move upward along the rear leg in the process of expanding the frame 100.
Further, a handle 170 is connected between the bases 4 on both sides, when the seat is folded, and after the handle assembly 140 is folded toward the rear leg 130, the handle 170 is lifted upward to lift the whole folding stroller, and the unlocked rear leg 130, the handle assembly 140 and the seat are turned toward the front leg 120 under the action of gravity until the whole folding stroller is completely folded. The folding stroller may be operated in the opposite steps until the entire stroller is completely unfolded, and the folding steps may be referred to in the opposite directions, so that the whole unfolding operation will not be described in detail.

Claims (9)

1. The folding baby stroller comprises a frame and a seat, wherein the frame comprises a cart collecting joint assembly, a front foot pipe, a rear foot pipe and a handle assembly, wherein the front foot pipe, the rear foot pipe and the handle assembly are connected with the cart collecting joint assembly, a first locking device for locking the cart collecting joint assembly to prevent the cart collecting joint assembly from rotating is arranged in the cart collecting joint assembly, and an unlocking device for unlocking the cart collecting joint assembly by the first locking device is arranged on the handle assembly; the seat comprises a seat plate, a backrest plate and a front armrest assembly, wherein the rear parts of the two sides of the seat plate are provided with bases which can be pivotally arranged on the inner sides of corresponding frame vehicle collecting joint assemblies, the front parts of the bases are provided with first joint seats, the lower parts of the two sides of the backrest plate are provided with connecting seats, and the connecting seats can be respectively pivotally arranged on the inner sides of corresponding bases; the both ends of preceding handrail subassembly are equipped with second joint seat, but second joint seat pivot dress is in corresponding first joint seat, its characterized in that: the connecting seat is provided with a locking pin, a first locking groove matched with the locking pin is formed in the inner side of the base at a position corresponding to the locking pin, the locking pin can move between a position clamped into the first locking groove and a position withdrawn from the first locking groove along the connecting seat, the base and the connecting seat can be locked when the locking pin is clamped into the first locking groove, a pull strip and a pull strip driving mechanism with a driving button are arranged on the back plate, the lower end of the pull strip is connected with the locking pin, the upper end of the pull strip is connected with the pull strip driving mechanism, and when the driving button of the pull strip driving mechanism is pressed, the pull strip can be driven to pull the locking pin out of the first locking groove so as to release the locking of the locking pin to the base and the connecting seat, and at the moment, the back plate can be pushed and the front armrest component can be driven to fold towards the bearing surface direction of the seat plate; when the seat is in a fully unfolded state and the pressure for pressing the driving button is removed, the brace driving mechanism drives the brace to reset and drives the locking pin to be clamped into the first locking groove so as to lock the base and the connecting seat;
an opening chute is formed in the edge of the inner side of the base, a locking block is arranged in the opening chute, a second locking groove matched with the locking block is formed in the second joint seat, the second joint seat and the base can be locked when the locking block is clamped into the second locking groove, a first guide pillar extending towards the direction of the connecting seat is arranged at the rear part of the locking block, a first driving groove for the first guide pillar to be inserted is formed in the area, opposite to the first guide pillar, of the connecting seat, the first driving groove comprises a circular arc-shaped initial section and a non-circular arc-shaped driving section, the initial section is connected with the driving section, when the initial end wall of the initial section abuts against the first guide pillar, the seat is in a fully unfolded state, the first driving groove and the first guide pillar relatively slide in the process of rotating the connecting seat relative to the base, the first guide pillar is kept stationary in the opening chute when the initial section of the first guide pillar and the first driving groove relatively slide, and the first guide pillar moves back and forth along the opening chute under the pushing of the groove wall of the non-circular arc-shaped driving section, and drives the locking block to withdraw from the second locking groove or move between the positions of the second locking groove.
