The longitudinal arm mechanism comprises a longitudinal arm 14, a gear combination 17, a moving frame 15, a sliding sleeve 13 and a rotating handle 5; the gear combination 17 is arranged in the moving frame 15, and the sliding sleeve 13 penetrates through the moving frame to be sleeved on the upright post and is in sliding fit with the upper part of the upright post 9; the longitudinal arm 14 is a lead screw, passes through the gear combination 17 and is in meshing transmission with the gear combination. The driving device of the rail car mechanism is connected with the PLC, and the rail car mechanism moves along the X-axis direction of the whole welding gun through the horizontal position movement of the PLC.
Claims (10)
1. A probing type simple semi-automatic welding device comprises a welding device body and is characterized by further comprising a probing type semi-automatic positioning mechanism with adjustable three coordinates;
the positioning mechanism comprises a rail car mechanism for realizing horizontal movement, a longitudinal arm mechanism for realizing up-down movement and a transverse arm mechanism for realizing back-and-forth movement;
wherein: the rail car mechanism is installed on the platform, the longitudinal arm mechanism is arranged on the rail car mechanism through the stand column, the transverse arm mechanism is installed on the longitudinal arm mechanism through the limiting sleeve, and the welding gun end of the welding device body is installed at the free end of the transverse arm mechanism through the fixing frame.
