Claims (10)
1. A bamboo weaving handicraft mildew-proof processing method and a processing device thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: s1: polishing treatment: grinding and polishing the bamboo filaments and thin bamboo strips of the bamboo woven product for later use;
s2: and (3) cooking treatment: putting the bamboo filaments and the thin bamboo strips processed in the step S1 into a pot containing cooking liquor, heating to keep the temperature of the cooking liquor at 60-65 ℃, taking out after 25-30 min of cooking treatment, and naturally cooling to room temperature for later use;
s3: and (3) drying treatment: putting the bamboo filaments and the thin bamboo strips processed by the S2 into a microwave drying furnace for drying treatment, and taking out for later use when the water content of the bamboo woven product is not more than 10%;
s4: the processing of spraying paint, through paint spraying apparatus to bamboo silk and thin bamboo strips for use piece processing of spraying paint one by one, wherein paint spraying apparatus includes following step:

s4: cooling treatment: and (4) putting the treated bamboo filaments and thin bamboo strips into air, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
