s2, pumping out the coating in the storage frame through a working pump and enabling the coating to enter a main cavity, spraying out part of the coating in the main cavity from a sub-cavity so as to spray the upper half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank, spraying out part of the coating in the main cavity from a nozzle group which swings in a reciprocating mode so as to spray the lower half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank, and meanwhile, carrying out roll coating treatment on the lower half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank through two roll coating mechanisms;
and S3, after the spraying is finished, drying the interior of the tank, and taking out the chemical tank after drying.

2. according to the spraying device for forming the chemical tank and the using method, the chemical tank is clamped by the rotating base and is rotated in a reciprocating manner in a small amplitude, so that the uniform spraying rate of the inner wall of the chemical tank is improved;
3. according to the spraying device for forming the chemical tank and the using method, the roller coating device disclosed by the invention uniformly sprays the sprayed coating on the inner wall of the lower half part of the chemical tank in a reciprocating small-amplitude swinging mode, and the non-sprayed area is coated in a secondary roller coating mode, so that the uniformity degree of the coating is improved.

The rotating base 1 comprises a shell 11, a rotating cylinder 12, two racks 13, two incomplete gears 14, two driving motors 15 and two clamping mechanisms 16, the inside of the shell 11 is connected with the rotating cylinder 12 in a rotating fit mode, the two racks 13 are installed at the left end and the right end of the outer wall of the rotating cylinder 12, the racks 13 and the incomplete gears 14 are in a meshed state, and the positions of the teeth on the two incomplete gears 14 face in the same direction, the incomplete gears 14 are arranged on the output shaft of a driving motor 15, the driving motor 15 is arranged on the shell 11, the upper end and the lower end of the rotating cylinder 12 are provided with two clamping mechanisms 16, when in specific work, the entering chemical tank is clamped up and down through two clamping mechanisms 16, two incomplete gears 14 are driven to rotate through two driving motors 15, thereby drive the reciprocal rotation of 12 small-angles of a rotating cylinder, and then do benefit to the later stage and to the spraying of chemical industry jar inner wall.
The clamping mechanism 16 comprises a U-shaped frame 161, a clamping cylinder 162 and a clamping plate 163, the U-shaped frame 161 is installed on the shell 11, the clamping cylinder 162 is installed on the U-shaped frame 161, the clamping plate 163 is installed at the ejection end of the clamping cylinder 162, and the two clamping plates 163 are driven by the two clamping cylinders 162 to move up and down in opposite directions, so that the chemical tank is clamped.
The rear plate 2 comprises a mounting plate 21, an arc-shaped groove 22 and a guide groove 23, the mounting plate 21 is mounted at the rear end of the shell 11, the arc-shaped groove 22 is formed in the lower end of the mounting plate 21, the guide groove 23 is formed in the mounting plate 21, and the guide groove 23 is located on the lower side of the arc-shaped groove 22.
Spraying device 3 include fixed block group 31, working pump 32, storage frame 33 and absorption sponge 34, fixed block group 31 is installed on mounting panel 21, storage frame 33 is installed to the rear end of mounting panel 21, working pump 32 is installed to the front end of storage frame 33, fixed block group 31 is semicircular structure, evenly is equipped with absorption sponge 34 on the upper end arcwall face of fixed block group 31, absorption sponge 34 adsorbs the coating that falls.
Fixed block group 31 include fixed block 311, main cavity 312, divide chamber 313, intercommunication chamber 314 and the branch chain 315 that opens and shuts, main cavity 312 has been seted up at the middle part of fixed block 311, it divides chamber 313 to have seted up on the fixed block 311, it is nearer to divide the distance between chamber 313 and the chemical industry jar inner wall, the possibility that coating directly spouts on the inner wall has been improved, divide chamber 313 and main cavity 312's upper end to be the intercommunication relation, the lower extreme right side intercommunication of main cavity 312 has intercommunication chamber 314, the inside of intercommunication chamber 314 is equipped with the branch chain 315 that opens and shuts, during specific work, carry the coating high pressure in the storage frame 33 to main cavity 312 in through work pump 32, the coating reposition of redundant personnel in the main cavity 312 enters into and divides chamber 313, in the intercommunication chamber 314, thereby the upper and lower part to the internal wall of chemical industry jar.
The working pump 32 is communicated between the rear end of the main cavity 312 and the storage frame 33, and the sub-cavity 313 and the absorption sponge 34 are arranged at intervals.
The opening and closing branched chain 315 comprises two opening and closing plates 3151 and two built-in springs 3152, the inside of the communicating cavity 314 is connected with the two opening and closing plates 3151 through a pin shaft, the inner walls of the opening and closing plates 3151 and the communicating cavity 314 are connected with the built-in springs 3152, when the device works specifically, the two opening and closing plates 3151 play a role in sealing the communicating cavity 314 under the elastic force of the two built-in springs 3152, the condition that the coating is leaked and dripped when the device is not working is prevented, when the coating is conveyed at high pressure, the two opening and closing plates 3151 are opened, and the coating conveyed at high pressure flows to the telescopic pipe 472 after passing through the communicating cavity.
The roller coating device 4 comprises a middle rod 41, a rotating motor 42, a reciprocating rod 43, a sleeve 44, a linkage rod 45, a sliding block 46, a nozzle group 47 and two roller coating mechanisms 48, wherein the middle rod 41 is installed at the lower end of a fixed block 311, the lower end of the middle rod 41 is provided with the rotating motor 42, the linkage rod 45 is installed on an output shaft of the rotating motor 42, the outer end of the linkage rod 45 is connected with the sleeve 44 through a pin shaft, the sleeve 44 is connected with the reciprocating rod 43 through a sleeve, the upper end of the reciprocating rod 43 is connected with the middle rod 41 through a pin shaft, the lower end of the reciprocating rod 43 is provided with the nozzle group 47, the left end and the right end of the nozzle group 47 are provided with the two roller coating mechanisms 48, the reciprocating rod 43 is provided with the sliding block 46, the sliding block 46 is connected with the arc-shaped groove 22 in a sliding fit manner, during specific work, the linkage rod 45 is driven to rotate through the rotating, the coating in the communicating cavity 314 is sprayed out from the nozzle group 47, the lower half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank is further sprayed, and the sprayed inner wall is subjected to roll coating treatment through the two roll coating mechanisms 48, so that the coverage rate of the coating is improved.
The spray head group 47 comprises a spray head 471 and a telescopic pipe 472, the spray head 471 is connected with the lower end of the reciprocating rod 43, a spray cavity is formed in the spray head 471, the telescopic pipe 472 is communicated between the spray cavity and the communicating cavity 314, and during specific work, paint flowing to the telescopic pipe 472 is sprayed out from the spray head 471.
The roll coating mechanism 48 comprises a sliding frame 481, a roller 482 and a connecting rod 483, the sliding frame 481 is connected with the guide groove 23 in a sliding fit manner, the roller 482 is arranged inside the sliding frame 481 through a pin shaft, the connecting rod 483 is connected between the sliding frame 481 and the spray head 471, and the inner wall of the chemical engineering tank is roll coated through the roller 482.
In addition, the invention also provides a using method of the spraying device for forming the chemical tank, which comprises the following steps;
s1, placing the molded chemical tank into the rotary cylinder 12, clamping the chemical tank through the two clamping mechanisms 16, and driving the two incomplete gears 14 to synchronously rotate through the two driving motors 15 so as to drive the rotary cylinder 12 to rotate in a reciprocating small angle manner;
s2, the coating in the storage frame 33 is pumped out through the working pump 32 and enters the main cavity 312, part of the coating in the main cavity 312 is sprayed out from the sub-cavity 313, so that the upper half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank is sprayed, part of the coating in the main cavity 312 is sprayed out from the nozzle group 47 which swings in a reciprocating mode, so that the lower half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank is sprayed, and meanwhile, the lower half part of the inner wall of the chemical tank is subjected to roll coating treatment through the two roll coating mechanisms 48;
and S3, after the spraying is finished, drying the interior of the tank, and taking out the chemical tank after drying.
