Referring to fig. 4, the extension spring 17 is a galvanized stainless steel equal-diameter coarse spring, the motor 19 is a low-speed positive and negative motor, the second worm 14 is lifted up by the low-speed rotation of the incomplete gear 16, the second worm 14 is rapidly descended under the action of the extension spring 17, the first worm 12 drives the first turbine 10 to rotate in a reciprocating manner in an reciprocating manner to drive the stirring blade 13 to advance in a reciprocating spiral manner in an intermittent lifting-descending process, and a stirring and material lifting movement mode is generated.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the circular tube 3 is smoothly sleeved with the inner ring of the small circular ring 4 and is coated with lubricating oil, so that certain sealing performance under a low-pressure condition of sleeving between the circular tube 3 and the small circular ring 4 is ensured, insufficient air pressure inside the mixing barrel 1 is avoided, and meanwhile, air leakage phenomenon can be generated when the pressure is higher than 0.8MPa, so that the phenomenon that the air pressure inside the mixing barrel 1 is too high is avoided, therefore, the novel arrangement of the circular tube, the small circular ring and the large circular ring is not only convenient for rotating one end of the circular tube 3 around the first turbine 10, but also enabling the spray head 5 at the other end of the circular tube 3 to generate a pendulum-type twisting track, so that the uniformity of spray painting is improved; the principle of the device is that the sealing performance of the collar sleeve joint is easy to break by high-pressure airflow and damage.
Referring to fig. 1, the feed hopper 22 is provided with a sealing cover, and the air inlet pipe 21 and the sampling pipe 26 are provided with electromagnetic switch valves, so that the overall sealing performance of the mixing barrel 1 can be maintained, and the single trend of paint liquid and gas can be controlled.
The invention also provides a using method of the spraying equipment for uniformly spraying the paint on the surface of the furniture, which comprises the following steps:
a. cleaning treatment: adding a cleaning agent and a foaming agent from a feed hopper 22 for soaking treatment, starting a motor 19 to enable an incomplete gear 16 to rotate at a low speed in a counterclockwise direction, wherein the rotating speed is 1-2r/min, lifting a second worm 14, rapidly descending the second worm 14 under the action of an extension spring 17, driving a first turbine 10 to rotate in a reciprocating manner by a first worm 12 in an intermittent lifting-descending process, driving a stirring blade 13 to advance in a reciprocating spiral manner to generate a stirring and material lifting movement mode, appropriately opening a flow valve 6 low-flow mode at the moment, enabling the cleaning agent to enter a paint spraying pipe 2, a circular pipe 3 and a spray head 5, cleaning the mixing barrel 1 and the paint spraying pipe 2, and discharging the waste liquid after cleaning through a sampling pipe 26 and detecting the residual condition of paint;
b. drying treatment: pumping heated air from an air inlet pipe 21 through a pump 23, wherein the heated air is supplied by an air heater, the temperature is controlled to be 180-;
c. the material mixing process comprises the following steps: adding solvent, paint and other auxiliary agents from a feed hopper 22, starting a motor 19 to enable an incomplete gear 16 to rotate at a low speed anticlockwise, wherein the rotating speed is 2-3r/min, repeating the intermittent lifting-descending operation process of the second worm 14 in the step a, stirring for 10-20min, and performing needle punching sampling from a sampling pipe 26 to know the solubility, viscosity and uniformity of paint liquid;
d. and (3) paint spraying process: aligning the spray head 5 to the area of the furniture to be painted, closing all other pipelines, only opening the air inlet pipe 21, pumping room-temperature dry air through the pump 23, keeping the pressure in the mixing barrel 1 to be about 0.3MPa, and keeping for 3-5 min; slowly opening the flow valve 6 to enable the paint liquid to rapidly flow into the paint spraying pipe 2, the circular pipe 3 and the spray head 5, immediately increasing the pressure of the pump 23 to 0.5-0.6MPa, and enabling the spray head 5 to move in a twisting mode to carry out spraying treatment on the surface of the furniture; in the paint spraying process, the mixing barrel 1 is moved through the idler wheels 27, the slide rails are arranged in the through slide grooves 28, and the mixing barrel 1 is moved at a constant speed through the electric cart, so that the whole production line is uniformly sprayed with paint.
