The types of oral care products are increasingly subdivided, and compared with the traditional oral care products such as toothbrushes, toothpicks and dental floss, the oral cleaning care solution can penetrate into the places which are difficult to clean, such as tooth gaps, tongue roots and the like, and has the advantages of convenience and rapidness in use, comprehensive cleaning range, lasting fresh effect, pleasure in body and mind and the like. The oral cleaning and nursing liquid in the current market can be divided into three types according to the main components: antibiotics such as chlorhexidine, chemical and Chinese medicinal preparations such as fluorine and thymol, and pure natural ingredients such as theanine and tannin, which are different from each other, are used to clean, care, treat and prevent oral cavity problems by killing microorganisms. Meanwhile, literature researches find that besides the bacteriostatic agent, the oral pH environment also influences the growth of bacteria, when the pH of the oral cavity of a patient is acidic, the oral pH environment is suitable for the growth of microorganisms, and the oral pH environment can be neutralized by using an alkaline care solution generally, so that the growth of part of bacteria can be effectively inhibited. And the acidic or neutral care solution is more suitable for oral care of the general population.

Doctors can prescribe care solutions with different pH values for patients according to the oral conditions of the patients, and the patients can select different tastes.
Application example one:
the application example is used for the oral cleaning care solution.
Taking 5mL of the oral cleaning composition in example 1, adding normal saline or purified water or boiled and cooled drinking water for dilution by 12 times, preparing 60mL of oral cleaning care solution, and filling the oral cleaning care solution into a container to normally wash or rinse the oral cavity.
Application example two:
the application example is used for toothpaste.
10mL of the oral cleaning composition in example 1, 45g of calcium carbonate, 30g of glycerol, 0.1g of saccharin sodium, 0.1g of sodium benzoate, 1g of silica powder, 1g of disodium lauroamphodiacetate and a proper amount of purified water are uniformly mixed, and then 100g of toothpaste with antibacterial and breath freshening effects can be respectively obtained.
And (3) evaluating the coolness:
the composition prepared in example 6 was diluted 12-fold to obtain an oral cleaning and care solution. 100 volunteers were randomly recruited to perform double-blind trial evaluation on the cooling effect of the diluted oral cleaning care solution, and the evaluation criteria were as follows: the cool feeling lasts for 10-20 minutes: 1 minute; the cool feeling lasts for 20-40 minutes: 2 min; the cooling sensation lasts for 40-60 minutes: 3 min; the cooling feeling lasts for 60-80 minutes: 4, dividing; the cool feeling lasts for 80-100 minutes: 5 min; the cooling sensation lasts for 100-: 6 minutes; the cool feeling lasts for more than 120 minutes: 7 minutes. After trial training on 100 volunteers, the oral cleaning compositions prepared in examples 1-7 were evaluated.
And (4) evaluation results: the average score of the evaluation of the cooling sensation of 100 volunteers with respect to the oral cleaning composition obtained in example 6 was 6.8, indicating that the oral cleaning composition can maintain the cooling sensation for a long period of time. The oil-soluble freshener is dissolved in the oil phase, and forms a stable oil-in-water structure through emulsification, so that the release of the freshener is delayed, and the oil phase components can be better attached to oral mucosa due to good adhesiveness and modeling, so that a lasting cooling effect is achieved. In addition, the sensory evaluation of the cooling sensation was performed using a 12-fold dilution, and if the user pursues a longer cooling sensation, the dilution can be selected to be appropriately reduced.
Evaluation of cooling sensation:
the compositions prepared in examples 3 and 4 were diluted 12-fold to obtain oral cleaning solutions, which were labeled as solution No. 1 and solution No. 2, respectively. Then, 50 volunteers were recruited to evaluate the cooling effect of the diluted oral cleaning solution, wherein 48 patients considered that the cooling effect of the No. 2 solution (i.e., example 4) was more abundant and more hierarchical, and 2 patients considered that the two solutions were not very different. It is demonstrated that when menthol (natural freshener) and a freshener WS-3(WS series freshener) are mixed for use, it is helpful to obtain richer mouthfeel and to improve the refreshing feeling and the layering feeling.
And (3) testing the antibacterial persistence:
120 patients with oral problems were recruited as volunteers and randomly divided into three groups of 40 persons, the first group was rinsed for 1 minute with 12-fold dilution of the oral cleaning composition prepared in example 1, the second group was rinsed for 1 minute with 12-fold dilution of the oral cleaning composition prepared in example 7, the third group was rinsed for 1 minute with a commercially available oil-free water-soluble oral care solution, the conditions of major pathogenic bacteria (gram negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, gram positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus) in the oral cavity were detected before rinsing, and the detection was performed every 2 hours after rinsing for 12 hours, and the antibacterial data were obtained as shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1 variation of oral pathogens in three groups of volunteers within 12h
Figure BDA0002877429040000081
As can be seen from table 1, the first group showed far better duration of inhibition than the second and third groups. The bacteriostatic agent in the embodiment 1 comprises an oil-soluble bacteriostatic agent and a water-soluble bacteriostatic agent, wherein the oil-soluble bacteriostatic agent is dissolved in an oil phase, the water-soluble bacteriostatic agent is dissolved in a water phase, and then a stable oil-in-water structure is formed through emulsification, so that the release of the bacteriostatic agent is favorably delayed, and the oil phase component can be better attached to the oral mucosa due to good adhesiveness and modeling, so that a lasting bacteriostatic effect is achieved. In example 7, only the water-soluble bacteriostatic agent is added, although the oil-in-water structure is beneficial to corrosion inhibition of the bacteriostatic agent, the oil-soluble bacteriostatic agent is not present, so that the adhesion effect and the film forming effect are poor, and the durability is poor. The long-lasting effect of example 7 is far less than that of example 1, but the water retention structure obtained by emulsification of the oil and water phases is still superior to that of the pure water-soluble solutions (third group).
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
