The invention provides a wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear and a manufacturing method thereof, the wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear comprises a skin-attached layer, an outer layer, a plurality of leads and a plurality of contacts, the leads adopt silver core wires with insulating skins, the contacts adopt conductive cloth, the leads are sewn on the inner side of the skin-attached layer and can freely slide relative to the skin-attached layer, the upper ends of the leads are connected with corresponding contacts, the lower ends of the leads are concentrated to the lower hem of the electrocardiogram wear and then connected with a chip, and the contacts are fixed at corresponding positions on the inner side of the skin-attached layer through conductive gel. The skin-sticking layer adopts the nano polyester fabric, and the high friction property (high adhesion property caused by high specific surface area) brought by the nano polyester enables the adhesion property and the air permeability to be good after wearing, the elasticity to be moderate and the wearing to be comfortable. In the invention, the contact adopts the conductive cloth, the conductive cloth has no obvious feeling when contacting with the body, has no foreign body feeling of the electrode slice in the traditional mode, is comfortable to wear and is easy to be accepted by patients.

Technical Field
The invention relates to wearable medical equipment, in particular to wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram underwear and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Electrocardiographic examination is one of the most important auxiliary examinations for sudden cardiovascular events, but even hospitalized patients have difficulty in capturing meaningful electrocardiographic changes due to the characteristics of sudden and transient cardiovascular events.
Arrhythmia is a large group of diseases which are very complex in appearance, various types of arrhythmia have different manifestations on an electrocardiogram, and the characteristic manifestations of arrhythmia are not limited to a certain lead. Therefore, the information obtained by a single lead is very limited, and for judging various arrhythmia, comprehensive analysis needs to be carried out on twelve leads so as to enable a clinician to obtain comprehensive data for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
The existing 12-lead electrocardiogram instrument has no excellent wearable underwear adaptation, and most of the wearable 12-lead electrocardiogram clothes on the market are bound on the body by using a binding band, so that the wearing is laborious and uncomfortable. A few clothes are combined with clothes, the clothes are made of high-elasticity fabric to reduce sliding of the clothes, electrode plates are sewn on the clothes to serve as contacts, the electrode plates are in contact with the body, and foreign body sensation is caused. The current wearable 12-lead electrocardiograph clothes also have the following defects: 1. contact failure due to contact movement is easily caused after wearing; 2. in order to ensure the contact points to be stable, the clothes are too tight, so that the clothes are uncomfortable to wear; 3. the wires between the contacts and the chip lack flexibility and are prone to poor signals or to breakage due to stretching of the garment.

(3) according to the size of the wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear, related contacts are fixed on the inner side of the outer layer, including limb leads LA, RA, LL and RL, chest leads V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 and V6;
(4) each contact is connected with a lead respectively;
(5) cutting the nanometer terylene fabric into a skin-adhering layer, covering each conducting wire and sewing the outer layer, ensuring that the conducting wire can freely slide between the outer layer and the skin-adhering layer,
(6) and all the leads are connected with the processor after extending to the bottom of the wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The material of the skin sticking layer 1 is nano polyester, and the material of the outer layer 2 is spandex.
At least 10 contacts 4 are provided, including limb leads LA, RA, LL, RL, chest leads V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6.
The electrocardiogram clothes are made of elastic materials, and a row of slipknots at the back can be buckled (refer to a female bra) for wearing and taking off. Because of the adoption of the antibacterial material, the cleaning frequency can be reduced, and the battery needs to be taken down during cleaning. Because of the high elasticity of the fabric (the elasticity of the yarns is more than 300 percent by adopting spandex and nano terylene), the wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear is suggested to be made into three sizes for adults with the weight of 40kg to 100kg and the size of 1.5 m to 1.9 m, and the size is ensured to be moderate. When selecting clothes, the clothes need to be adjusted to ensure that the contact accurately contacts the correct position.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the wearable multi-lead electrocardiogram wear, which comprises the following steps:
