Background
After the on-load tap-changer operates for a long time, the problems of aging of a sealing rubber ring and the like can occur, so that the oil way is poor in sealing, oil leakage conditions of different degrees occur, or the phenomenon of too low oil level is caused due to the fact that a large amount of oil is taken, insulating oil expands with heat and contracts with cold, and the safe operation of the on-load tap-changer is influenced. At the moment, oil needs to be supplemented to the on-load tap-changer, when the existing on-load tap-changer is supplemented with oil, manual oil supplementation is carried out, an operator needs to control the oil supplementing time length according to the indication of an on-site oil meter and own experience, the oil supplementing precision is poor, and the efficiency is low.

The invention aims to provide an oil supplementing device and method for an on-load tap-changer of a transformer, wherein an external power supply is not needed during oil supplementing, the oil supplementing time can be automatically adjusted, and the oil supplementing precision and the oil supplementing efficiency are improved.

the direct-current oil pump is arranged in the shell, an inlet oil pipe of the direct-current oil pump is communicated with the oil inlet, an outlet oil pipe of the direct-current oil pump is communicated with the oil outlet, and the oil inlet is selectively communicated with or disconnected from the oil outlet through the direct-current oil pump;
the controller is arranged in the shell and is electrically connected with the sensor and the direct-current oil pump;
the storage battery provides electric energy for the direct-current oil pump and the controller.
Preferably, a filter is arranged on a communication pipeline between an outlet oil pipe of the direct-current oil pump and the oil outlet.

It should be noted that, when the on-load tap-changer oil replenishing device for the transformer is used for replenishing oil to an on-load tap-changer of a certain type for the first time, an operator needs to manually set a target oil level, record the height difference of the oil level and the oil pressure difference between the start and the end, calibrate the corresponding relationship between the oil level and the oil pressure, and store the corresponding relationship between the oil level and the oil pressure into the controller 3 to be used as a reference for subsequent constant-pressure oil replenishment.
