Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by the technicians in this field without creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Currently, in the operating room, besides the operating doctors, anesthetists and operating room nurses to perform the operation tasks, a lot of services are needed to be completed by nursing staff, including patient transportation, specimen transportation, cleaning of the operating room, medicine transportation, high-value consumable transportation, operating clothing transportation, shoes transportation, packing, instrument bag transportation and the like.
The traditional task assignment method sets a total duty station for the operating room, and all the nursing workers are on duty at a centralized location. When the task has a task requirement, the general attendant is assigned to the most appropriate escort after comprehensive evaluation according to the requirements of the task type, the role of the escort, the task specificity and the like. The general attendant must be familiar with both the task requirements and the attendant's situation in order to properly assign tasks in the manner described above. Meanwhile, the general operator on duty must manually record the task implementation condition, the accuracy and integrity of information recording are lost sometimes, problems of uneven busy and idle work of the maintenance worker, delayed task implementation and the like caused by manual dispatching sometimes occur, and the rationality of maintenance worker scheduling cannot be completely guaranteed.
Based on this, the task assignment method, the task assignment device and the server provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to task assignment processes in operating rooms, factories and other scenes.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, the task assigning method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is first described in detail.
The embodiment of the invention provides a task assignment method, which is applied to a server, wherein the server is in communication connection with electronic equipment corresponding to a to-be-assigned worker protector; as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S100, the task to be dispatched is obtained.
The tasks to be dispatched may be established in the server by a task dispatcher (nurse clerk, general nurse, etc.) having task dispatching authority. The tasks to be dispatched may be sequentially saved in a set storage space, which may be referred to as a "task pool", according to the setup time.
And step S102, generating task issuing information based on the task to be dispatched.
The task to be dispatched includes task information such as task type, task time, task location and the like, for example, when the task type is to receive a patient, the task to be dispatched stored in the task pool also includes information such as departure time, arrival location, operation room number, operation name, patient information, special remarks and the like. The task information can be extracted from the tasks to be dispatched, and the task issuing information is generated in a set format.
And step S104, determining preliminary assignment of the maintenance workers according to the task issuing information and the pre-stored capability parameters of the maintenance workers to be assigned.
The capability parameters of the maintenance workers to be dispatched can be stored in a set storage space in advance. The capability parameters may include work skills, skill proficiency, and the like. If the nursing worker to be dispatched is the nursing work of a hospital, the working skill can be through first-aid training, can transport the specimen and can clean, and the skill proficiency can be the speed ranking of transporting the specimen, the quality ranking of cleaning and the like. Matching task information in the task issuing information with capability parameters of the maintenance worker to be assigned; for example, when the task type is a transfer specimen, the task to be dispatched is matched with a worker to be dispatched whose capability parameter includes a transferable specimen, and the worker to be dispatched whose capability parameter includes a transferable specimen can be determined as a preliminary dispatch worker.
And step S106, sending the task issuing information to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preliminary assignment daemon, so that the preliminary assignment daemon receives the task to be assigned through the electronic equipment, and sending a receiving message corresponding to the task to be assigned to a server.
And after the preliminary assignment daemon receives the task issuing information through the corresponding electronic equipment, if the preliminary assignment daemon wants to receive the task to be assigned, the preliminary assignment daemon can send a receiving message to the server through the electronic equipment.
And step S108, determining a task assignment result according to the receiving message.
Upon receiving the acceptance message, it may be determined which of the backups to be dispatched accepted the tasks to be dispatched. Furthermore, the ability parameters of the to-be-dispatched daemons related to the to-be-dispatched tasks and the current task quantity can be checked, the to-be-dispatched daemons which have higher skills and can timely complete the to-be-dispatched tasks are selected as the completion daemons of the tasks, and task dispatching results are obtained.
The embodiment of the invention provides a task assignment method, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a task to be assigned, and generating task release information based on the task to be assigned; determining preliminary assignment of the maintenance workers according to the task issuing information and pre-stored capability parameters of the maintenance workers to be assigned; then sending the task issuing information to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preliminary assignment worker, so that the preliminary assignment worker receives the task to be assigned through the electronic equipment, and sending a receiving message corresponding to the task to be assigned to a server; and further determining a task assignment result according to the receiving message. The method determines the initial assignment of the maintainers by matching the task issuing information with the capability parameters of the maintainers to be assigned, and determines the assignment result by combining the willingness of the initial assignment of the maintainers to receive the tasks, thereby improving the rationality of the task assignment and improving the working efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another task allocation method, which is realized on the basis of the method shown in the figure 1; as shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S200, acquiring a task to be dispatched; in particular, the task to be dispatched may be a transfer task, a cleaning task or a handling task.
Step S202, judging whether the task to be dispatched is in compliance or not based on the release identification carried by the task to be dispatched; if so, executing step S204; if not, the task to be dispatched is abandoned.
The release identifier corresponds to the creator of the task to be dispatched, and different creators have different release identifiers. Whether the establisher corresponding to the release identification has the permission to establish the task can be checked, so that whether the task to be dispatched is in compliance is judged; if the builder has the authority to build the task, the task to be dispatched conforms to the rules; and if the builder does not have the authority to build the task, the task to be dispatched is not in compliance, and the task to be dispatched is abandoned.
Step S204, extracting parameter data corresponding to task parameters from the tasks to be dispatched based on the preset task parameters; specifically, the task parameters may include a task type, an execution time, a relevant place, an execution object, a worker protection capability requirement, and a personalized requirement;
the task parameters may include task type, task time, task location, etc. The parameter data corresponding to the task parameters can be the specific content of the task parameters, for example, the task type of a task to be assigned is a patient transfer, the task time is three afternoons of a certain day in a certain month in a certain year, and the task location is in a certain ward of a certain hospital.
And step S206, processing the parameter data according to a set format to generate task release information.
Step S208, matching the worker protection capability requirement in the parameter data of the task to be dispatched with the pre-stored capability parameter of the worker to be dispatched, and determining the capability matching degree of each worker to be dispatched; the capability parameters comprise one or more of first aid capability, load bearing capability, transport efficiency, cleaning quality and sex parameters. Specifically, the process is also referred to as escort filtering, and the capability parameter may also include whether a new task can be executed at the current time, and if the task to be dispatched requires to be executed as soon as possible, the escort to be dispatched, where the current task is already in place, is determined to be not matched.
Step S210, determining the to-be-dispatched service worker whose capability matching degree is greater than or equal to the preset threshold as the preliminary dispatch service worker.
Step S212, sending the task issuing information to the electronic device corresponding to the preliminary assignment daemon, so that the preliminary assignment daemon receives the task to be assigned through the electronic device, and sends a receiving message corresponding to receiving the task to be assigned to the server.
Step S214, if a plurality of receiving messages are received, arbitrating based on the capability matching parameters of the initial dispatching maintenance worker corresponding to the receiving messages, the receiving time of the receiving messages and a preset arbitration index to obtain an arbitration result; arbitration metrics may include capability matching thresholds, receive time order, and degree of task conflict.
In some cases, where the matched preliminary assignment caretaker includes multiple caretakers to be assigned, a task posting message may be sent to the electronic device of each preliminary assignment caretaker, and more than one preliminary assignment caretaker may receive the task. At this point, multiple acceptance messages are received. The arbitration is performed according to the matching degree of the capability parameter of the preliminary assignment worker protector receiving the task and the task to be assigned, and the time of receiving the task is considered, so that an arbitration result is obtained, and the arbitration result is the most suitable preliminary assignment worker for completing the task to be assigned.
In step S216, the task to be dispatched is dispatched to the preliminary dispatch daemon corresponding to the arbitration result.
In some cases, the matched preliminary assignment caretaker only comprises one caretaker to be assigned, and the task assignment at this time can be regarded as the task assignment; and if the acceptance message of the preliminary assignment worker is received, assigning the task to be assigned to the preliminary assignment worker.
The method comprises the steps of firstly determining the compliance of the task to be dispatched, then generating task release information according to the compliant task, further matching the task release information with the capability parameters of the worker to be dispatched to determine the primary dispatching worker, and determining a dispatching result according to the intention of the primary dispatching worker for receiving the task, so that the rationality of task dispatching is ensured, and the working efficiency is further improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a task allocation method, which is realized on the basis of the method shown in the figure 1. The method is mainly applied to scenes of intelligently allocating tasks of various nursing workers in operating rooms. The method can reasonably, quickly and accurately match tasks and maintenance workers by using an information system and an intelligent algorithm in order to improve the reasonability and the working efficiency of task assignment. Task parameters are preset for each type of task, personal ability parameters are set for each worker, after a new task is generated, the system respectively extracts task requirement parameters and worker protection ability parameters to compare, and the most appropriate matching result is sent to the worker. And the system judges whether the task is completed according to the task completion condition and records the completion quality.
Based on the method, the task requirements are initiated at each operation time, the system rapidly and reasonably allocates the tasks through the analysis and the judgment of the requirements, and the task implementation process is tracked; the method is an information processing method for improving the work efficiency of the nursing staff and scientifically evaluating the work quality of the nursing staff in the operating room.
The method requires acquiring task information in advance. The task information can be established through manual input or information communication between systems. In the operating room, the task contents (also referred to as "task requirements") that the care giver needs to perform are predetermined, and include inter-operative cleaning, receiving a surgical patient, delivering a specimen, and carrying articles, but the time for generating the task is random. After the task requirements are proposed, the system task pool is entered according to the sequence.
The method also requires setting in advance the capability label of the serviceman (corresponding to the above-mentioned "serviceman to be dispatched"). And setting a capability label for each worker according to the specific condition of each worker. The capability label items of the caretaker may include: a. training through emergency (with emergency capability); b. is suitable for transporting patients with larger weight (has stronger weight bearing capacity); c. ranking the speed of transferring the specimen; d. ranking the cleaning quality; 5. nursing staff gender tags (male, female), etc., and may also include the nursing staff's time on duty, group, etc. The capability label can be used in the task dispatching process, and one of the officials who adjudicate and accept the capability label is matched with the capability label of the guardian according to the special requirements of the task.
After acquiring task information and setting a capability label of a maintenance worker, the method is mainly executed in the following way:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a task requirement; it may also be referred to as "generation of a task sheet". The system acquires a certain task from the task pool and extracts the task parameters, and the method specifically includes: task type (receiving patient), departure time, arrival location, inter-operative number, operative name, patient information, special notes, etc.
Step two: and (5) task issuing compliance judgment. When the task is released, the system can carry out compliance judgment. Tasks can be issued by not any one, roles which can issue the tasks include nurse officer, nurse in surgery and nurse in professional management, and other roles can not issue the tasks. The guardian can only implement tasks according to roles, and the roles of the guardian are two main categories: a nurse working only in the operating room, and a nurse working outside the operating room, and a nurse working only in the operating room cannot perform the work outside the operating room. And only the compliant tasks enter the task pool, and a formal task list is generated for releasing. The system analyzes the task according to the preset task parameters of each type of task, determines whether the task is directly assigned or issued, and respectively enters an assigned task list and a task list to be issued. For example, in the No. 1 operating room, a patient is requested to be taken from a ward, and a special remark patient is heavy in weight and needs to be transported by a male nurse.
Step three: and assigning the task. When an assigned task is issued, the task is directly assigned to a particular escort without issuing a broadcast.
Step four: non-assignment tasks are issued. When the tasks are distributed in the system, the tasks are not broadcasted to all people, but the tasks and the guardians are filtered firstly, then the tasks are distributed in a targeted mode, and the content mainly comprises task categories, task requirements, time, the number of people and the like. If the issued task is required to be implemented as soon as possible, the current guardian of the existing task does not receive the task notification; if the system determines that the task needs to be performed outside the operating room, it is not broadcast to the work caregivers who can only work in the operating room.
Step five: and (6) task arbitration. When several persons receiving the task notification send out a task accepting application, the system arbitrates to determine to which person the task is finally assigned. Because the system has already filtered before releasing the task, the task can be accepted by the nurse care worker who received the notification. 1 guard can receive multiple tasks according to task time requirements. When the determination is made, the evaluation is performed under the following conditions:
(1) capability matching (judgment of the capability of a receiver), receiving matching items of the worker protection capability labels of the tasks and task requirements, wherein the more the matching items are, the higher the priority assignment level is.
(2) Whether the types of the tasks currently accepted conflict or not (task conflict judgment), for example, the first task is to carry medicines, the second task is to transport samples, and if the time interval between the two tasks is less than 30 minutes, the task conflict is judged, and only the 1 st task can be accepted.
(3) The time order of the reception tasks (reception order determination).
Step six: task management: after the maintainer receives the task, the responsible person of the task is bound with the task (namely the task is sent to the person), when the task is completed, the responsible person needs to confirm in the system (namely the task is completed), the system automatically records the completion time, compares the predicted completion time, and marks if the predicted completion time is exceeded. When the administrator counts and judges the task implementation condition, the administrator can perform assessment (namely task quality judgment) according to the workload of each maintenance worker and the periodic completion rate, and finally close the task. Each nurse can also inquire the work information of the nurse through the system.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a mode of combining active task assignment and passive acceptance, and quickly finishes task assignment of the maintainers through information processing and accounting, thereby reducing common maintainer management problems of unreasonable task assignment, busy and idle maintainer work, unsatisfactory performance assessment and the like caused by manual assignment; meanwhile, the reasonability of task assignment is greatly improved by endowing the maintainers with detailed capability labels. When the dispatching arbitration is carried out, the system carries out modular decomposition on the requirement of each task, extracts the identification for identifying each ability of the maintainer, comprehensively compares and calculates, and can identify a reasonable receiver most quickly through various conditions of the preset tasks to finish task dispatching.
The application scene of the task assignment method is different from that of a common order dispatching system, the task assignment method is mainly applied to a specific environment of a hospital operating room, and an order dispatching object (namely, a nurse) has the ability of label identification and is a special requirement under the specific scene of the hospital; the task arbitration has innovation and needs to be matched with a special medical application scene; the task management and the assessment are tightly combined with the medical application, and the problem can be solved by a non-universal order dispatching system. The method can maximally reduce the task connection time, the maintainers can actively calculate the tasks which can be completed and receive the tasks as much as possible, the working efficiency, the subjective activity and the task completion quality of the maintainers are greatly improved, and the overall operation efficiency of the operating room is further improved.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides an operating room nursing task assigning device, which is arranged on a server, and the server is in communication connection with the electronic equipment corresponding to the nursing staff to be assigned; as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
a task obtaining module 300, configured to obtain a task to be assigned;
an information generating module 302, configured to generate task issuing information based on a task to be dispatched;
the preliminary assignment module 304 is configured to determine preliminary assignment of the maintainers according to the task issuing information and pre-stored capability parameters of the maintainers to be assigned;
the task issuing module 306 is configured to send task issuing information to the electronic device corresponding to the preliminary assignment daemon, so that the preliminary assignment daemon receives the task to be assigned through the electronic device, and sends a receiving message corresponding to the task to be assigned to the server;
and the task dispatching module 308 is used for determining a task dispatching result according to the receiving message.
Further, the tasks to be dispatched comprise transferring tasks, cleaning tasks or carrying tasks; the information generating module is further configured to: extracting parameter data corresponding to task parameters from the tasks to be dispatched based on the preset task parameters; the task parameters comprise task types, execution time, relevant places, execution objects, worker protection capability requirements and personalized requirements; and processing the parameter data according to a set format to generate task release information.
The task assigning device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the task assigning method provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a task dispatching system, which comprises a communication connection server, electronic equipment (also called as a mobile terminal) and a sensor; the device is arranged on the server; the electronic equipment is bound with the personnel to be dispatched through preset biological identification information and/or a preset account password; the sensor is arranged at a preset geographical position and used for judging whether the electronic equipment is located in a set range of the geographical position.
The mobile terminals are usually fixedly assigned to the respective transport personnel for use, and each transport usually uses its own dedicated mobile terminal. The corresponding relation between the mobile terminal and the transfer personnel can be configured in advance in the patient transfer management server. In some cases, the mobile terminal and the transfer personnel may not be in a one-to-one fixed correspondence relationship, such as: only the transit of the current shift is allocated with the mobile terminal. In this case, before the system starts to work every day, the corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal and the transfer needs to be configured on the patient transfer management server in advance, or the transfer personnel binds the terminal and the identity information of the user on the mobile terminal which is respectively obtained. This binding may be done by biometric means, such as: the method is realized through one or a combined mode of fingerprint identification, voice identification, iris identification, palm print identification, palm vein image identification and the like, or the binding of the user identity and the use terminal is carried out on the mobile terminal through inputting a user account and a password or a hardware identity identification mode and the like. After binding, positioning of specific transfer or notification reminding in a system and the like can be sent to the corresponding terminal, and application of information reminding, position positioning and the like based on the mobile terminal is achieved.
The sensor (similar to an RFID reader-writer and the like) can be arranged on a main path (a critical path) of a hospital, the system can know the geographical position of a maintenance worker in the hospital through the positioning information of the mobile terminal, and the emergency task preferentially distributes the maintenance worker at a position close to a task execution place; during the task execution process, the main way of the guardian is perceived, and the task execution dynamics (similar to a ticker, a vehicle is 1 kilometer away from you, and arrives in about 1 minute) is known in real time by combining the mobile terminal positioning information.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, as shown in fig. 4, the server includes a processor 130 and a memory 131, the memory 131 stores machine executable instructions capable of being executed by the processor 130, and the processor 130 executes the machine executable instructions to implement the task assigning method.
Further, the server shown in fig. 4 further includes a bus 132 and a communication interface 133, and the processor 130, the communication interface 133 and the memory 131 are connected through the bus 132.
The Memory 131 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory.
