1. An open platform for regional health and medical data and applications, comprising: the system comprises a sharing terminal, a service platform and a demand terminal;
sharing the terminal: the system is used for storing medical health data and application data of a medical health institution;
a demand terminal: the system comprises a service platform, a data acquisition module and a data processing module, wherein the service platform is used for receiving medical health data or application data;
the service platform comprises: the system comprises an interface module, a database module and a service platform, wherein the interface module is used for serving as an interface of a database in a shared terminal of an open target according to the qualification of a demand end of a demand terminal after the service platform receives an access request; the system also comprises a data acquisition module used for acquiring corresponding medical and health data and application data according to a data sharing protocol between the demand terminal and the service platform.
2. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 1, wherein: and the data acquisition module gives corresponding data acquisition permission according to a data sharing protocol between the service platform and the demand terminal.
3. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 1, wherein: the application data includes network application data and local application data.
4. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 3, wherein: the local application data includes HIS, LIS and PACS system application data within a healthcare facility.
5. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 1, wherein: the healthcare data includes healthcare resource information of a healthcare institution.
6. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 1, wherein: the service platform is also provided with a label generation module which is used for respectively establishing information labels for the medical and health data and the application data.

The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 6, wherein: the sharing terminal further comprises a label obtaining module, and the label obtaining module is used for obtaining the information labels in the service platform and synchronously updating after the information labels change.
8. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 7, wherein: and the demand terminal creates an access request according to the information label and in combination with the data demand.
9. The open platform for regional health data and applications of claim 1, wherein: the service platform stores authority levels of all medical and health institutions; the interface module is also used for judging whether the access request accords with the authority rule according to the authority levels of the medical health organization corresponding to the demand terminal and the target medical health organization after receiving the access request, and opening an interface of a database in the target sharing terminal according to the qualification of the demand terminal when the access request accords with the authority rule.
10. A method for opening regional health data and applications, which is applied to any one of the regional health data and applications opening platforms of claims 1-9, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, a sharing terminal stores medical and health data and application data of a medical and health organization;
step two, the demand terminal sends an access request for acquiring medical and health data and application data to the service platform;
step three, after the service platform receives the access request, the interface module is used as an interface of a database in the sharing terminal of an open target according to the qualification of a demand end of the demand terminal; the data acquisition module acquires corresponding medical and health data and application data according to a data sharing protocol between the demand terminal and the service platform.
