Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the embodiments of the invention and that no limitation of the invention is intended. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some structures, not all structures, relating to the embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an electronic medical record processing method based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment applies a block chain technology to an electronic medical record processing scenario to solve problems that an existing electronic medical record is easily subjected to data loss, alteration, and attack in centralized storage, circulation, and sharing processes. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic medical record processing method is usually executed by an electronic medical record provider, a block link point, a supervision server and an electronic medical record user in a matching way. The electronic medical record provider is a party for providing medical record data to the blockchain network, and can be a medical institution user such as a hospital; the supervision service party can be an authoritative national supervision institution such as a drug administration and is used for managing and controlling storage, use authentication and the like of the electronic medical records so as to ensure the safety of the circulation and sharing process of the electronic medical records; the electronic medical record user is a user needing to use the electronic medical record data, and can be a medical institution user, an individual user, a pharmacy user independent of a hospital, and the like. Optionally, the electronic medical record provider, the monitoring server, and the electronic medical record user may be nodes in the blockchain network, or may not be nodes in the blockchain network, but may interact with the blockchain nodes through interfaces provided by the blockchain nodes to participate in the blockchain network.
The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the blockchain node, and the method can be executed by an electronic medical record processing device based on the blockchain, and the device can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode and can be integrated in computing equipment bearing the blockchain node. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include:
s110, a medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record provider is received.
In this embodiment, the medical record data, i.e. the medical record of the patient, may include, but is not limited to, basic information of the patient, basic information of the doctor who visits, admission record, discharge summary, examination (image part collection), examination, long-term medical advice, temporary medical advice, medication, cost, medical record, diagnosis and treatment result, related medical history, disease onset time, duration, exacerbation factor, remission factor, incentive, degree, etc.; the basic information of the patient can include, but is not limited to, name, sex, date of birth, identification number, participation insurance, and the year of participation insurance; the basic information of the doctor includes but is not limited to name, sex, birth date, work unit, department, etc.
The uplink transaction request of medical record data can be a request which is generated by an electronic medical record provider at regular time, needs to process data or detects a certain trigger event and the like and comprises medical record data, and the request is used for requesting a node in a block chain network to process the request to form transaction data and store the transaction data in a block chain. The triggering event may be a mechanism for triggering the electronic medical record provider to initiate a medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network, for example, the electronic medical record may exist and satisfy a medical record sharing condition.
Optionally, if the electronic medical record provider is a node in the block chain network, after the medical record data uplink transaction request is locally generated, the medical record data uplink transaction request may be directly sent to the current block generation node to request the current block generation node to process the medical record data uplink transaction request to form transaction data, and the transaction data is stored in the block chain. At this time, if the local node is the current block generation node, the medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record provider can be acquired.
If the electronic medical record provider is not a node in the blockchain network, the data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a webpage or a fixed interaction interface) provided by the blockchain node can interact with the blockchain, and the medical record data uplink transaction request can be sent to the blockchain network, so that the local node can obtain the medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record provider from the blockchain network.
For example, to ensure the security of medical record data, an encryption policy may be used to encrypt the medical record data, for example, an asymmetric encryption manner, an encryption manner specified by a blockchain network, such as hash encryption, a private key in an electronic medical record provider key pair, and the like may be used. For example, the electronic medical record provider can encrypt medical record data by using a private key of the electronic medical record provider, and then generate a medical record data uplink transaction request according to the encrypted medical record data and transmit the medical record data uplink transaction request to the block chain network; after the local node acquires the uplink transaction request of the medical record data from the blockchain network, the medical record data can be decrypted by adopting a public key of an electronic medical record provider, and then the medical record data and the like can be acquired.
And S120, calling the intelligent contract to generate a data processing notice, and sending the data processing notice to the supervision service party to instruct the supervision service party to screen and structurally process the medical record data to be linked.
In this embodiment, the intelligent contract refers to a code segment written based on a plug-in mechanism and available for a node in a blockchain network to call and execute. The data processing notification may be generated by the local node invoking a specific code segment in the intelligent contract to execute the uplink transaction request of the medical record data, for example, the local node may identify the medical record data or the medical record data as a parameter of the intelligent contract, generate the intelligent contract, and the like. Optionally, the data processing notification may include medical record data, or include medical record data identifier, and the like, where the medical record data identifier refers to a flag for uniquely identifying a certain medical record data.
The monitoring service party can filter data which do not accord with the on-chain storage rule, such as sensitive illness state data, from the medical record data to be linked, and can also filter repeated or obviously wrong content and the like from the medical record data to be linked; because different medical institutions such as hospitals have medical record data with different data formats, in order to facilitate data sharing and unified management, the monitoring service party can perform structured processing on medical record data to be linked, specifically, the medical record data after being screened can be converted into a standard data structure specified by on-chain storage.
Specifically, the local node can use the received medical record data uplink transaction request as a trigger condition for generating a data processing notification, and once the medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record provider is received, an intelligent contract can be called to generate the data processing notification, and the data processing notification is sent to the supervision server, so that the supervision server acquires the medical record data to be uplink from the data processing notification, or acquires the medical record data to be uplink from the electronic medical record provider, and performs screening and structural processing on the medical record data to be uplink and feeds back the processed medical record data.
And S130, receiving the medical record data processed by the monitoring service party, and writing the processed medical record data serving as transaction data into the block chain.
Specifically, if the local node is the current block generation node, after receiving the processed medical record data sent by the monitoring server, the processed medical record data can be directly written into the current block as transaction data, and the current block is transmitted to the block chain network, so that the link points of other blocks are verified and stored. If the local node is not the current block generation node, after receiving the processed medical record data sent by the monitoring server, the local node can send the processed medical record data to the current block generation node, so that the current block generation node writes the processed medical record data into the current block as transaction data and feeds the transaction data back, and the local node can store the current block acquired from the current block generation node into the local block chain.
For example, in order to ensure the safety of medical record data, the local node may further perform encryption processing on the processed medical record data, and then write the encrypted medical record data into the block chain as transaction data.
And S140, receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user, and feeding back the medical record data based on the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain.
In this embodiment, the medical record data usage transaction request may be a request sent to the blockchain network by the electronic medical record user when determining that a medical record usage requirement is locally generated, or when detecting a certain trigger event, such as receiving a medical record access request or a medical record query request sent by a certain client. Optionally, if the electronic medical record user is not a node in the blockchain network, the electronic medical record user may interact with the blockchain by using a data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a web page, or a fixed interaction interface) provided by the blockchain node, and send a medical record data use transaction request to the blockchain network, so that the local node may obtain the medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user from the blockchain network. If the electronic medical record user is a node in the blockchain network, the medical record data use transaction request can be directly sent to the blockchain network when the medical record use requirement is generated, and at the moment, if the local node is the current block generation node, the medical record data use transaction request can be obtained.
Specifically, after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record user, the local node may query and acquire medical record data required by the medical record data use transaction request from the electronic medical record data stored in the blockchain and feed back the medical record data. In order to protect privacy of patients and ensure safety of medical record data, after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record user, a local node can verify identity information of the electronic medical record user, and when the identity information passes verification, the local node feeds back the identity information based on the electronic medical record data stored in a block chain.
For example, the feedback based on the electronic medical record data stored in the blockchain may include:
A. calling the intelligent contract to generate an authentication notice and sending the authentication notice to the supervision service party to indicate the supervision service party to determine whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority;
in this embodiment, the authentication notification may be generated by the local node calling a code segment capable of generating the authentication notification in the intelligent contract after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user. Optionally, the authentication notification may be that the local node acquires a medical record data identifier from the medical record data use transaction request, and then runs a code segment capable of generating the authentication notification in the intelligent contract by using the medical record data identifier and the like as parameters of the intelligent contract, so as to generate the authentication notification.
Optionally, the electronic medical record users are different, and the supervision service party determines whether the electronic medical record users have different medical record usage rights according to different criteria. For example, if the electronic medical record user is a medical institution user, the monitoring service party may determine whether the electronic medical record user has medical record usage right by querying whether the identity information of the electronic medical record user has the right to share medical record data; the method can also be used for determining whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority or not by inquiring whether the identity information of the electronic medical record user is a user which is allowed by the electronic medical record provider to share medical record data or not. If the electronic medical record user is an individual user, the identity information of the individual user can be compared with the information of the patient to which the electronic medical record belongs, and whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority or not can be determined according to the comparison result.
Specifically, after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record user, the local node may invoke an intelligent contract to generate an authentication notification, and send the authentication notification to the monitoring service, so as to instruct the monitoring service to determine whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority and feed back an authentication result.
B. And if the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority in the authentication result fed back by the supervision service party, feeding back the electronic medical record data based on the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain.
Specifically, the local node can determine that the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority in the authentication result fed back by the monitoring service party, and can query and acquire medical record data required by a medical record data use transaction request from the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain and feed back the medical record data; if the electronic medical record user does not have medical record use authority in the authentication result fed back by the supervision service party, information without use authority can be fed back to the electronic medical record user, and the like.
The electronic medical record provider and the electronic medical record user are also exchanged. For example, for a certain medical record data, the medical institution user a may be an electronic medical record provider, and the medical institution user B may obtain the medical record data from the medical institution user a, which may correspond to a patient transfer scenario; conversely, for another medical record data, the medical facility user a can be an electronic medical record user and the medical facility user B can be an electronic medical record provider. In addition, in some scenarios, for a certain medical record data, the electronic medical record provider can also be an electronic medical record user. For example, in order to facilitate the patient to conveniently know the disease condition, the medical institution user a can be used as an electronic medical record provider to store medical record data of the patient into the blockchain; then, when the patient goes to the medical institution user a for a doctor, the medical institution user a can directly call the medical record data of the patient from local, and when the local data is lost or the situation occurs, the medical institution user a can send a medical record data use transaction request to the blockchain network as the electronic medical record use direction, and further obtain the medical record data of the patient from the blockchain.
In the embodiment, the electronic medical record is stored based on the block chain, so that the electronic medical record has high transparency, is difficult to tamper, has strong public trust and the like; and the electronic medical record provider and the electronic medical record user can safely share and transfer medical record data under the synergistic action between the local node and the supervision server.
In an actual scenario, if the electronic medical record provider is the medical institution user C and the electronic medical record user is the medical institution user D, when a patient needs to be transferred from the medical institution user C to the medical institution user D, the medical institution user D can obtain medical record data of the patient from the blockchain.
If the electronic medical record provider is a medical institution user C and the electronic medical record user is an individual user, the patient can inquire medical record data of the patient from the block chain at any time through the client.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record provider, a block chain node can call an intelligent contract to generate a data processing notice and send the data processing notice to a supervision service party, so that the supervision service party can perform screening and structuring processing on the medical record data and feed back the processed medical record data; in order to facilitate the electronic medical record user to use the electronic medical record data in different scenes, the processed medical record data can be stored in the block chain as transaction data, and then feedback can be carried out based on the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain after a medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user is received. Compared with the prior art, the electronic medical record is processed based on the block chain, so that the electronic medical record has the advantages of high transparency, difficulty in tampering, strong public confidence and the like, and the safety of the electronic medical record in the storage, circulation and sharing processes is improved.
For example, after writing the processed medical record data as transaction data into the block chain, the method may further include: and if the processed medical record data meets the medical insurance reimbursement conditions, calling an intelligent contract to generate a reimbursement notice, and sending the reimbursement notice to the medical insurance party to indicate the medical insurance party to reimburse.
In this embodiment, the medical insurance reimbursement condition may include, but is not limited to: the life limit of the insured life is more than the minimum life limit required to be met by reimbursement, the diseases of the insured personnel are in the reimbursement range specified by medical insurance, the treatment and used medicines of the insured personnel are in the reimbursement range specified by medical insurance, the cost spent in the current visit reaches the standard of the reimbursement of medical insurance, and the like. The reimbursement notification is generated based on an intelligent contract when the local node detects that the processed medical record data meets the reimbursement condition of the medical insurance, and is used for notifying the medical insurance party to reimburse the cost generated by the patient for the treatment according to a certain standard. The medical insurance party refers to an organization providing related medical insurance, and can be a unit issued by a medical insurance card.
Specifically, after the local node writes the processed medical record data as transaction data into the block chain, if it is detected that the processed medical record data meets medical insurance reimbursement conditions, the local node may use the processed medical record data as parameters of an intelligent contract and run the intelligent contract to generate reimbursement notifications, or extract basic information of a patient from the processed medical record data and medical record data in an reimbursement range as parameters of the intelligent contract and run the intelligent contract to generate reimbursement notifications; and then the generated reimbursement notice is sent to the medical insurance party to instruct the medical insurance party to reimburse.
For example, after writing the processed medical record data as transaction data into the block chain, the method may further include: and if the processed medical record data meets the underwriting condition of the underwriting, calling the intelligent contract to generate an underwriting notice, and sending the underwriting notice to the underwriting party to indicate the underwriting party to conduct the underwriting.
In this embodiment, the business insurance party may be an organization for providing insurance such as major illness other than medical insurance reimbursement for the user. Correspondingly, the merchant insurance reimbursement conditions may include, but are not limited to: the life limit of the insured life is more than the minimum life limit required to be met by reimbursement, the disease symptoms of the insured personnel are in the reimbursement range specified by the insured life, the treatment and used medicines of the insured personnel are in the reimbursement range specified by the insured life, and the cost spent in the treatment reaches the standard of reimbursement of the insured life.
Specifically, after the local node writes the processed medical record data as transaction data into the block chain, if it is detected that the processed medical record data meets the condition of merchant insurance reimbursement, the local node may use the processed medical record data as a parameter of an intelligent contract and run the intelligent contract to generate a reimbursement notice, or extract basic information of a patient from the processed medical record data and medical record data in a reimbursement range as an intelligent contract parameter and run the intelligent contract to generate a reimbursement notice; the generated reimbursement notification is then sent to the merchant insurance party to instruct the merchant insurance party to reimburse.
In addition, if the electronic medical record user is a medical insurance user or a business insurance user, the medical insurance user or the business insurance user can acquire corresponding medical record data from the blockchain or the electronic medical record provider after acquiring the reimbursement notification sent by the blockchain node, and then perform reimbursement operation according to the medical record data.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a block chain-based electronic medical record processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment applies a block chain technology to an electronic medical record processing scenario to solve the problem that an existing electronic medical record is easily subjected to data loss, alteration, and attack in centralized storage, circulation, and sharing processes. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic medical record processing method is usually executed by an electronic medical record provider, a block link point, a supervision server and an electronic medical record user in a matching way. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to an electronic medical record provider. The method can be executed by an electronic medical record processing device based on a block chain, and the device can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode and can be integrated in an electronic medical record provider. Referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s210, when detecting that the electronic medical record meets medical record sharing conditions, initiating a medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network, and storing the medical record data uplink transaction request in an uplink.
Wherein, the medical record sharing condition is generated according to the supervision information of the supervision service party. The monitoring information is used for stipulating the conditions required to be met, such as the electronic medical records are stored in the block chain for being used by different electronic medical record users. Optionally, the regulatory information may include, but is not limited to: the medical record data of the patient who needs to be transferred to the hospital for treatment is determined according to the condition of the patient, the medical record data of the patient who can not be cured within the specified time limit, the medical record data of the patient with serious diseases specified by the country, the patient voluntarily shares the medical record data and the like. Optionally, the monitoring information may be used as a medical record sharing condition; the supervision information can also be processed relatively to generate medical record sharing conditions, for example, the supervision information can be written into documents, webpages and the like which meet the format of an electronic medical record provider, and the written supervision information is the medical record sharing conditions.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the uplink transaction request of medical record data may be initiated by the block chain network when the electronic medical record provider detects that the electronic medical record satisfies the medical record sharing condition.
Optionally, if the electronic medical record provider is a node in the block chain network, when it is detected that the electronic medical record meets the medical record sharing condition, an intelligent contract is called to generate a medical record data uplink transaction request, and then the medical record data uplink transaction request is directly sent to the current block generation node to request the current block generation node to process the medical record data uplink transaction request to form transaction data, and the transaction data is stored in the block chain.
If the electronic medical record provider is not a node in the blockchain network, when the electronic medical record is detected to meet medical record sharing conditions, generating a template according to the medical record data uplink transaction request, and generating a medical record data uplink transaction request; and then, interacting with the blockchain by using a data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a webpage or a fixed interaction interface and the like) provided by the blockchain link point, and sending the medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network so as to request a node in the blockchain network to acquire the medical record data uplink transaction request from the blockchain network and process the medical record data uplink transaction request to form transaction data which is stored in the blockchain.
In addition, because the electronic medical record provider is opposite to the electronic medical record user, when the electronic medical record provider is used as the electronic medical record user, the electronic medical record provider can initiate a medical record data use transaction request to the blockchain network when medical record use requirements are generated; and further acquiring medical record data fed back by the block chain network.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the constraint of a supervision service party, when the electronic medical record provider detects that the electronic medical record meets the medical record sharing condition, the electronic medical record provider initiates a medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network, and the electronic medical record provider requests a node in the blockchain network to process the medical record data uplink transaction request to form transaction data which is stored in the blockchain. According to the scheme, the restriction of the supervision service party limits the sending of the medical record data cochain affair request by the electronic medical record provider, so that the block chain network can be ensured to be orderly carried out, and the medical record data stored in the block chain is useful, sharable, transferable and the like.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for processing an electronic medical record based on a block chain according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment applies a block chain technology to an electronic medical record processing scenario to solve the problem that an existing electronic medical record is easily subjected to data loss, alteration, and attack in centralized storage, circulation, and sharing processes. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic medical record processing method is usually executed by an electronic medical record provider, a block link point, a supervision server and an electronic medical record user in a matching way. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to an electronic medical record user. The method can be executed by an electronic medical record processing device based on a block chain, and the device can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode and can be integrated in an electronic medical record user. Referring to fig. 3, the method may specifically include:
s310, when the medical record using requirement is generated, a medical record data using transaction request is sent to the blockchain network.
In this embodiment, the generating of medical record using requirements may include at least one of the following: 1) locally generating medical record use requirements; 2) when a certain trigger event is detected, for example, a medical record access request or a medical record query request sent by a certain client is received, the medical record use requirement is determined to be generated. Optionally, the locally generated medical record using requirement may be generated by a user clicking a medical record obtaining request on an interactive page provided by an electronic medical record user, and the like.
The medical record data use transaction request can be a request sent to the blockchain network by an electronic medical record user when determining that medical record use requirements are generated locally, or when a certain trigger event is detected, such as a medical record access request or a medical record query request sent by a certain client is received. For example, if the electronic medical record user is not a node in the blockchain network, when the medical record use requirement is generated, the medical record data use request can be sent to the blockchain network by interacting with the blockchain through a data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a web page or a fixed interaction interface, etc.) provided by the blockchain link point. If the electronic medical record user is a node in the blockchain network, the medical record data use transaction request can be directly sent to the blockchain network when the medical record use requirement is generated.
For example, when generating a medical record usage requirement, initiating a medical record data usage transaction request to the blockchain network can include: when a medical record access request of a client of an electronic medical record user is received, a medical record data use transaction request is sent to the blockchain network, and the blockchain network is requested to provide medical record data for the client.
In this embodiment, the client of the electronic medical record user refers to a third-party client having a communication connection with the electronic medical record user. Optionally, the client of the electronic medical record user may be a common third party capable of interacting with the electronic medical record user, or may be a block chain client configured in the user terminal.
Specifically, if the electronic medical record user is a node in the blockchain network, when a medical record access request of a client of the electronic medical record user is received, an intelligent contract can be invoked to generate a medical record data use transaction request based on the medical record access request, and the medical record data use transaction request is directly transmitted to the blockchain network. If the electronic medical record user is not a node in the blockchain network, when a medical record access request of a client of the electronic medical record user is received, a transaction request generation template can be used according to medical record data, a medical record data use transaction request is generated according to the medical record access request, and then the medical record data use transaction request can be sent to the blockchain network by means of interaction between a data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a webpage or a fixed interaction interface and the like) provided by the blockchain link points and the blockchain network.
And S320, acquiring medical record data fed back by the blockchain network.
Specifically, if the electronic medical record user locally generates a medical record use requirement, a medical record data use transaction request initiated to the blockchain network is received, and then the blockchain link point can query and obtain medical record data required by the medical record data use transaction request from the electronic medical record data stored in the blockchain and feed back the medical record data after receiving the medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user, so that the electronic medical record user can obtain the required medical record data. In order to protect the privacy of a patient and ensure the safety of medical record data, after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record user, the block link point can verify the identity information of the electronic medical record user, and when the verification is passed, the block link point feeds back the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain, so that the electronic medical record user can obtain the required medical record data.
In addition, if the medical record data usage transaction request is initiated to the blockchain network when the electronic medical record user receives a medical record access request from the client of the electronic medical record user, the electronic medical record user can provide the medical record data to the client sending the medical record access request after acquiring the medical record data fed back by the blockchain network.
In an actual scene, the electronic medical record user can be a medical institution user, an individual user, a medical insurance party, a business insurance party, a pharmacy user independent of a hospital, and the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the electronic medical record user determines that the medical record use requirement is generated, the electronic medical record user can initiate a medical record data use transaction request to the blockchain network so as to request the blockchain network to acquire and feed back the required medical record data from the blockchain, and then the electronic medical record user can acquire the required medical record data. According to the scheme, medical record data are stored on the basis of the block chain, so that the electronic medical record has the advantages of high transparency, difficulty in tampering, strong public trust and the like; meanwhile, based on the block chain, the electronic medical record user can safely and conveniently acquire medical record data.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a block chain-based electronic medical record processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment applies a block chain technology to an electronic medical record processing scenario to solve the problem that an existing electronic medical record is easily subjected to data loss, alteration, and attack in centralized storage, circulation, and sharing processes. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic medical record processing method is usually executed by an electronic medical record provider, a block link point, a supervision server and an electronic medical record user in a matching way. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to a supervision server. The method can be executed by an electronic medical record processing device based on a block chain, which can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode and can be integrated in a supervision service side. Referring to fig. 4, the method may specifically include:
and S410, receiving a data processing notification sent by the blockchain node, wherein the data processing notification is generated according to a medical record data uplink transaction request of an electronic medical record provider.
In this embodiment, the uplink transaction request of the medical record data may be initiated by the electronic medical record provider to the blockchain network when detecting that the electronic medical record satisfies a medical record sharing condition, where the medical record sharing condition is generated according to the monitoring information of the monitoring service provider. For example, before receiving the data processing notification sent by the blockchain node, the method may further include: and sending supervision information to the electronic medical record provider to instruct the electronic medical record provider to generate medical record sharing conditions according to the supervision information.
The data processing notification may be generated by the block link point according to a medical record data uplink transaction request of an electronic medical record provider, specifically may be generated by the block link point calling a specific code segment in the intelligent contract to execute the medical record data uplink transaction request, and may be generated by the block link point using the medical record data or a medical record data identifier as a parameter of the intelligent contract, executing the intelligent contract, and the like. Optionally, the data processing notification may include medical record data, or include medical record data identifier, and the like, where the medical record data identifier refers to a flag for uniquely identifying a certain medical record data.
Specifically, in order to manage and control the electronic medical record provider to initiate a medical record data uplink transaction request so as to ensure that a block chain is performed orderly, the supervision server can send supervision information to the electronic medical record provider so as to instruct the electronic medical record provider to generate medical record sharing conditions according to the supervision information; when detecting that the electronic medical record meets medical record sharing conditions, the electronic medical record provider can initiate a medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network; after acquiring the medical record data uplink transaction request from the block chain network, the block chain node can generate a data processing notification according to the medical record data uplink transaction request and send the data processing notification to a supervision service party; and the supervision service party can receive the data processing notification sent by the blockchain node.
And S420, screening and structuring medical record data to be linked.
Specifically, after the supervision service side receives the data processing notification sent by the block chain node, medical record data to be linked can be acquired from the data processing notification, or medical record data to be linked can be acquired from the electronic medical record provider, then the medical record data to be linked is screened and structurally processed according to the on-chain storage rule, specifically, data which do not accord with the on-chain storage rule, such as sensitive illness state data, can be filtered from the medical record data to be linked, repeated or obviously wrong content and the like can be filtered from the medical record data to be linked, and for convenience of data sharing and unified management, the screened medical record data can be converted into a standard data structure and the like specified by on-chain storage.
For example, the screening and structuring of medical record data to be linked may include: filtering sensitive disease data from medical record data to be linked; and converting the screened medical record data into a standard data structure.
In this embodiment, the sensitive disease data may include disease data related to privacy of the patient, disease data related to sensitive words such as sensing, and the like. The standard data structure refers to a data structure which is set by the supervision service side and is required to be met by medical record data stored in the block chain, so that the data sharing and unified management are facilitated. Optionally, the standard data structure may include a typesetting order, fonts, font sizes, colors, and the like of the medical record data.
Specifically, after receiving a data processing notification sent by a block chain node, a monitoring service party can acquire medical record data to be linked from the data processing notification, or acquire medical record data to be linked from an electronic medical record provider, and then can filter sensitive disease data from the medical record data to be linked; and converting the screened medical record data into a standard data structure, thereby completing the processing of the medical record data.
And S430, sending the processed medical record data to the block chain nodes so as to write the processed medical record data into the block chain network.
Specifically, after processing medical record data to be linked, the monitoring service party can send the processed medical record data to the block chain node, so that the block chain node writes the processed medical record data into the block chain as transaction data.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the medical record data to be linked up is processed by the monitoring service party, and then the block link points are used for linking up the processed medical record data. According to the scheme, the medical record data to be linked are uniformly managed by the supervision service party, and convenience is provided for realizing data sharing and circulation based on the block chain subsequently.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a processing method for an electronic medical record based on a block chain according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, the method may specifically include:
and S510, receiving a data processing notification sent by the blockchain node, wherein the data processing notification is generated according to a medical record data uplink transaction request of an electronic medical record provider.
S520, screening and structuring the medical record data to be linked.
S530, the processed medical record data is sent to the block chain nodes, so that the processed medical record data is written into the block chain network.
And S540, receiving an authentication notice sent by the blockchain node, wherein the authentication notice is generated according to the medical record data use transaction request of the electronic medical record user.
In this embodiment, the authentication notification may be generated by the block link node according to a medical record data use transaction request of an electronic medical record user, and specifically may be generated by the block link node calling a code segment capable of generating the authentication notification in the intelligent contract after receiving the medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user.
In order to protect the privacy of the patient and ensure the safety of medical record data, after receiving a medical record data use transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record user, the block link point can call an intelligent contract to generate an authentication notification, and then the authentication notification can be sent to a supervision service party, so that the supervision service party can determine the use permission of the electronic medical record user.
And S550, determining whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority.
Specifically, whether the electronic medical record has the use authority or not can be determined according to the identity information of the user of the electronic medical record. Optionally, the electronic medical record users are different, and the supervision service party determines whether the electronic medical record users have different medical record usage rights according to different criteria.
For example, determining whether the electronic medical record user has medical record usage rights may include:
1) if the electronic medical record user is a medical institution user, determining whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority or not according to the identity information of the electronic medical record user and the identity information of the electronic medical record provider;
specifically, if the electronic medical record user is a medical institution user, the identity of the user of the medical record data shared by the electronic medical record user can be determined according to the identity information of the electronic medical record provider, and then whether the identity information of the electronic medical record user is a user allowed by the electronic medical record provider to share the medical record data is inquired, and if so, the electronic medical record user is determined to have medical record use authority; if not, determining that the electronic medical record user does not have medical record use authority.
For example, if the electronic medical record user is a medical institution user, the monitoring service party can also determine whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use permission only according to the identity information of the electronic medical record user; this situation may be applicable to a scenario where part or all of the medical record data stored in the default block chain is authorized to be acquired by the user of the medical institution.
2) If the electronic medical record is used by the individual user, determining whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority or not according to the identity information of the individual user and the information of the patient to which the electronic medical record belongs;
specifically, if the electronic medical record user is an individual user, the identity information of the individual user can be compared with the information of the patient to which the electronic medical record belongs, and then whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority or not can be determined according to the comparison result. For example, if the comparison result of the two is consistent, it may be determined that the electronic medical record user has medical record usage right; and if not, determining that the electronic medical record user does not have medical record use authority.
3) If the electronic medical record user is the medical insurance user, whether the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority can be determined according to the identity information of the medical insurance user and the information of the patient to which the electronic medical record belongs.
S560, the authentication result is fed back to the block chain node.
In this embodiment, the authentication result may be that the electronic medical record user has medical record usage right, or the electronic medical record user does not have medical record usage right.
Specifically, after the supervision service party determines the authentication result, the authentication result can be fed back to the block chain node, so that the block chain node feeds back the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain under the condition that the electronic medical record user has medical record use authority in the authentication result fed back by the supervision service party, or the block chain node feeds back no-use authority information to the electronic medical record user under the condition that the electronic medical record user does not have medical record use authority in the authentication result fed back by the supervision service party.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the medical record data to be linked up are processed by the monitoring service party, and then the processed medical record data are linked up and stored by the block link points; and then when the electronic medical record user needs to use the medical record data stored in the block chain, the block chain node can send an authentication notification to the supervision server, the supervision server determines the authority of the electronic medical record user and feeds the authority back to the block chain node, and the block chain node can determine whether to feed back the medical record data according to the authentication result. According to the scheme, the supervision service party manages the medical record data to be linked uniformly, and convenience is provided for realizing medical record data sharing and circulation based on the block chain subsequently; meanwhile, in the process of sharing and transferring the medical record data, the use permission of the medical record is determined by the supervision service side, so that the safety of the medical record data in the process of transferring and sharing is further ensured.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 6A is a flowchart of an electronic medical record processing method based on a block chain according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6B is a schematic diagram of an electronic medical record processing process based on a block chain according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, the method may specifically include:
s601, the supervision service side sends supervision information to the electronic medical record provider to instruct the electronic medical record provider to generate medical record sharing conditions according to the supervision information.
And S602, when detecting that the electronic medical record meets medical record sharing conditions, the electronic medical record provider initiates a medical record data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network, and stores the medical record data uplink transaction request in an uplink.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6B, the electronic medical record providers are hospital 1, hospital 2, and hospital 3, and the user visits different hospitals to perform different needs; for example, a user visits hospital 1, with hospital 1 providing a disease diagnosis; a visit is made at hospital 2, a physical examination report is provided at hospital 2, and the like. The disease diagnosis result is medical record data of hospital 1, the physical examination report is medical record data of hospital 2, and the chest radiography result is medical record data of hospital 3.
Optionally, when the user visits a doctor, the electronic medical record providers can sign a protocol for sharing medical record data with the user, and on the premise that the user voluntarily shares the medical record data, each electronic medical record provider can judge whether the medical record data meets medical record sharing conditions; and when the medical record sharing condition is met, initiating a medical record data uplink transaction request to the block chain network, and storing the medical record data uplink transaction request in an uplink.
S603, the block link node receives a medical record data uplink transaction request initiated by an electronic medical record provider.

And S606, the block chain link point receives medical record data processed by the monitoring server, and writes the processed medical record data into the block chain as transaction data.
S607, when the electronic medical record user generates the medical record use requirement, the electronic medical record user initiates a medical record data use transaction request to the blockchain network.
As shown in fig. 6B, the electronic medical record user can be a patient (i.e., an individual user), a hospital (i.e., a medical institution user), a medical insurance party (i.e., a medical insurance institution), a business insurance party (i.e., a commercial insurance institution), and so on. For example, if the electronic medical record user can be a patient, the electronic medical record user can directly initiate a medical record data use request to the blockchain network through a client configured on the user terminal, and can also send a medical record access request to an electronic medical record user (capable of interacting with the blockchain network, such as a hospital) in communication connection with the electronic medical record user through the client configured on the user terminal, so that the electronic medical record user initiates the medical record data use request to the blockchain network. If the electronic medical record user is a hospital, a medical insurance user, a business insurance user and the like, when medical record use requirements are generated, medical record data use requests can be directly sent to the blockchain network.
And S608, the block link point receives a medical record data use transaction request initiated by the electronic medical record user, and feeds back the medical record data based on the electronic medical record data stored in the block chain.
And S609, the electronic medical record user acquires medical record data fed back by the block link points.
Specifically, for a patient, the medical record data of the patient can be inquired from the block chain at any time through the client; for different hospitals, medical record data are stored based on the block chain, so that the medical record data can be shared among different hospitals, and the treatment efficiency of patients is improved; for the medical insurance party or the business insurance party, the reimbursement operation can be carried out according to the block chain stored medical record data. In addition, the electronic medical record user can also be a remote diagnosis and treatment institution, and further medical record data is stored based on the block chain, so that remote medical treatment is more credible.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic medical record is stored based on the block chain, so that the electronic medical record has the advantages of high transparency, difficulty in tampering, strong public trust and the like; and the electronic medical record provider and the electronic medical record user can safely share and transfer medical record data under the synergistic action between the local node and the supervision server.
