the first level state is used for representing whether the key to be tested is in a normal state in a pressed state, and the second level state is used for representing whether the key to be tested is in a normal state in a released state.
When testing the keys of the remote controller, position marks are carried out on all the keys of the remote controller, the rows and the columns where the keys are located are marked, so that a matrix-type key row can be obtained, all the keys are set to be in a pressed state according to a first operation instruction, and the first operation instruction can be that the remote controller detects that a specific key is pressed, for example, detects that certain four keys are pressed simultaneously, the test on the keys of the remote controller is started, all the keys are set to be in a pressed state, other trigger test rules can be set, the test on the keys of the remote controller is started, and all the keys are set to be in a pressed state. Furthermore, the working mode of all keys in the pressed state is set as a first mode, the first level state of each row of keys is obtained, namely whether all keys are normal in the pressed state or not is judged according to the first level state, and further, all keys are set as a released state according to a second operation instruction, and the second operation instruction can be to release all the pressed keys, so that all the keys are in the released state, the working mode of all the keys in the released state is set as a second mode, the second level state of each row of keys is obtained, namely whether all the keys are normal in the released state or not is judged according to the second level state, so that whether the keys are normal in the pressed state or not can be represented through the first level state and the second level state, the normal/abnormal states of the remote controller keys are rapidly tested, the time is saved, and the testing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, step S200, according to a first operation instruction, sets all keys to a pressed state, including:
and S210, simultaneously pressing all the keys, and setting all the keys to be in a pressed state.
When testing whether the remote controller keys are normal in the pressed state, firstly, all the keys are pressed simultaneously to enable all the keys to be in the pressed state, and then, the working mode of all the keys in the pressed state is set to be a first mode, the first level state of each row of keys is obtained, namely, whether all the keys are normal in the pressed state is judged according to the first level state.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, step S300 sets the operation mode of all the keys in the pressed state as the first mode, and obtains the first level state of the keys of each row, including:
s310, setting the working mode of keys of each row as a third mode;
s320, setting the working mode of the keys of the target row as a fourth mode and setting the working mode of the keys of the non-target row as a fifth mode;
s330, the first level state of the keys of each row is acquired.
Firstly, setting the working mode of each row of keys as a third mode, for example, setting the I/O port of each row of keys as a pull-up input mode; and setting the working mode of the keys in the target columns as a fourth mode, and setting the working mode of the keys in the non-target columns as a fifth mode, for example, setting the I/O ports of the keys in the target columns as a low-level output mode, and setting the I/O ports corresponding to the non-target columns as a non-pull-up input mode, so that by acquiring the first level state of the I/O ports of the keys in each row, whether the keys in the target columns are normal can be judged, specifically, if the first level state of the I/O ports corresponding to each row is low, the pressing states of all the keys in the target columns are normal, otherwise, the keys in the target columns are abnormal, so that whether the keys are normal in the pressing state can be quickly tested, the normal/abnormal states of the keys of the remote controller can be quickly tested, the time is saved, and the testing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, step S310 sets the operation mode of the keys of each row to the third mode, including:
s311, setting the I/O port of the key of each row as a pull-up input mode.
When testing whether the remote controller keys are normally in a pressed state or not, firstly pressing all keys simultaneously to enable all keys to be in a pressed state, and firstly setting the I/O ports of the keys in each row to be in a pull-up input mode; and then the working mode of the keys in the target row is set to be a fourth mode, and the working mode of the keys in the non-target row is set to be a fifth mode, so that whether the keys in the target row are normal or not can be judged by acquiring the first level state of the I/O ports of the keys in each row, and whether the keys are normal or not can be rapidly tested in a pressing state or not can be rapidly tested, thereby rapidly testing the normal/abnormal states of the keys of the remote controller, saving time and improving the testing efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S320 of setting the operation mode of the key of the target column to the fourth mode and setting the operation mode of the key of the non-target column to the fifth mode includes:
s321, setting the I/O port of the key of the target column as a low-level output mode;
s322, setting the I/O port of the key of the non-target column as a non-pull-up input mode.
When testing whether the remote controller keys are normally in a pressed state, firstly pressing all the keys simultaneously to enable all the keys to be in a pressed state, and firstly setting the working mode of each row of keys as a first mode, for example, setting the I/O ports of each row of keys as a pull-up input mode; and the I/O ports of the keys in the target columns are set to be in a low-level output mode, the I/O ports corresponding to the non-target columns are set to be in a non-pull-up input mode, so that whether the keys in the target columns are normal or not can be judged by acquiring the first level state of the I/O ports of the keys in each row, specifically, if the first level state of the I/O ports corresponding to each row is in a low level, the condition that all the keys in the target columns are pressed is indicated to be normal, otherwise, the keys in the target columns are abnormal, and therefore whether the keys are pressed is tested to be normal or not can be tested quickly, so that the time is saved, and the testing efficiency is improved.
After testing whether the keys in all columns are normal in the pressed state, the first level state can be directly represented by at least one mode of displaying the test result through the LED lamp, the display screen and the wireless code sending, when determining that the keys in a certain column are abnormal, stopping the subsequent testing steps, and adopting the directional test on the certain column with the abnormal keys to determine the positions of the abnormal keys, so that the testing process can be further simplified, and the testing time can be saved.
In some embodiments, step S400, according to a second operation instruction, sets all the keys to a released state, including:
s410, pressing all keys simultaneously, releasing all keys after a predetermined time, and setting all keys to a released state.
When testing whether the remote controller key is normally in the released state, firstly, all keys are pressed simultaneously and kept in the pressed state, and after a preset time, all keys are released, so that all keys are in the released state, it should be noted that the preset time can be set according to practical situations, for example, all keys can be pressed simultaneously, after all keys are pressed for 2 seconds, all keys can be released, and other preset time values can also be used, but the remote controller key is not limited to this.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S500 sets the operation mode of all keys in the released state to the second mode, and obtains the second level state of each row of keys, including:
s510, setting the working mode of the keys of each row as a sixth mode and setting the working mode of the keys of each column as a seventh mode;
s520, obtaining a second level state of the keys of each row.
When testing whether the remote controller keys are normally in the released state, firstly, all keys are simultaneously pressed and kept in the pressed state, after a preset time, all keys are released, so that all keys are in the released state, further, the working mode of each row of keys is set to be a sixth mode, the working mode of each column of keys is set to be a seventh mode, for example, the I/O port of each row of keys is set to be a pull-up input mode, the I/O port of each column of keys is set to be a low-level output mode, and thus, whether all keys are normal in the released state can be judged by acquiring the second level state of the I/O port of each row of keys.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, step S510, setting the operation mode of the keys of each row to be the sixth mode and setting the operation mode of the keys of each column to be the seventh mode includes:
s511, setting the I/O ports of the keys of each row as a pull-up input mode;
s512, the I/O port of each row of keys is set to be in a low level output mode.
When testing whether the remote controller keys are normally in the released state, firstly, simultaneously pressing all keys and keeping all keys in the pressed state, releasing all keys after a preset time to enable all keys to be in the released state, setting the I/O ports of the keys of each row to be in a pull-up input mode, setting the I/O ports of the keys of each column to be in a low-level output mode, judging whether all keys are normally in the released state by acquiring the second level state of the I/O ports of the keys of each row, specifically, if the second level state of the corresponding I/O ports of each row is high level, indicating that the released state of all keys is normal, and if the second level state of the corresponding I/O ports of the keys of at least one row is low level, indicating that the released state of the keys of at least one row is abnormal, thus, rapidly testing whether the keys are normally in the released state, rapidly testing the normal/abnormal state of the keys of the remote controller, saving time and improving testing efficiency.
In some embodiments, the level state is characterized by at least one of an LED light, a display screen display, and a wireless code. After the first level state and the second level state of the keys in each row in the pressed state and the released state are obtained, the first level state and the second level state are represented by adopting at least one mode of an LED lamp, a display screen for displaying and wireless code sending according to the actual conditions of the first level state and the second level state, for example, when whether the pressed state of the keys is normal or not is tested, the first level state of an I/O port of each key in each row is low level, which indicates that the keys in a target column are normal, at this moment, the mode of indicating by the LED lamp can be adopted, the key test in the target column is normal by indicating that the first level state of the I/O port of the keys in at least one row is high level through the flash of the LED lamp, and if the keys in the target column are abnormal, the key test in the target column is abnormal by indicating that the keys in the flash of the LED lamp is abnormal. Similarly, the normal test and the abnormal test can be displayed on the display screen, the Key test passed is displayed on the display screen when the test is normal, and the Key test failed is displayed when the test is abnormal; the first level state can be characterized by adopting a wireless code transmitting mode, and the '0 x55 0xaa0x 01' is wirelessly transmitted when the test is normal, and the '0 x55 0xaa0x 02' is wirelessly transmitted when the test is abnormal. Other ways of characterizing the first and second level states may also be used in other embodiments, without limitation. Therefore, the testing condition of the remote controller key can be acquired more clearly and intuitively, the testing condition is displayed after one-time testing, whether the remote controller key is normal in a released state can be tested rapidly, time is saved, and testing efficiency is improved.
