horizontally arranged at the lower side in the working bin (1), a plurality of groups of supporting plates (9) are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the annular guide rail (8), the bottoms of the plurality of groups of supporting plates (9) are all fixed at the bottom of the inner wall of the working bin (1), the four groups of sliding blocks (10) are uniformly and slidably arranged at the front side, the left side, the rear side and the right side of the top of the annular guide rail (8), the arch-shaped fixing frame (11) is arranged at the lower side in the working bin (1), and the left side and the right side of the bottom of the arch-shaped fixing frame (11) are respectively fixed on the left sliding block and the right sliding block, the outer sides of two groups of connecting plates (12) are respectively fixed on the front side and the rear side of an annular guide rail (8), the inner sides of the two groups of connecting plates (12) are respectively obliquely with an outer toothed ring (25), the inner sides of the two groups of straight gears (24) are respectively meshed with the left side and the right side of the outer toothed ring (25), the outer ends of the two groups of third rotating shafts (19, two sets of push rods (27) pass two sets of third pivot (19) respectively and stretch into bow-shaped mount (11) inboard, two sets of push rods (27)
