when the electric cabinet is controlled to work the lifting motor 27, the lifting motor 27 drives the rotating gear 28 to rotate, the rotating gear 28 drives the toothed rod 30 to move up and down, and then drives the two groups of fixing rods 32 on the connecting rod 31 to move up and down, the two groups of fixing rods 32 are clamped between the two groups of fixing rods 26, the positioning rods 26 can limit the up and down movement of the fixing rods 32, the movement track of the fixing rods can be carried out along the up and down line all the time, and the up and down movement of the first mounting frame 33 and the second mounting frame 34 can be well controlled;
one working cycle comprises the steps that three filter plates are pulled by the plate pulling device, the gear conveying unit 1 drives the supporting frame 2 to move to a corresponding position, then the lifting motor 27 drives the first cleaning frame 37 and the second cleaning frame 38 to move downwards to clean the filter plates, and then the first cleaning frame 37 and the second cleaning frame 38 are driven to move upwards to reset; then the plate pulling device continues to pull back the three following filter plates, and the process is repeated until the buffer device moving to the rear side is a cleaning cycle;
after completion of one working cycle, the main motor 15 is reversed, moving the support frame 2 to the original position, ready for the next working cycle.
