Referring first to fig. 1, the internal structure of the indoor unit is schematically illustrated. As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner of the present invention includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit (not shown in the figure), the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through a refrigerant pipeline, and a refrigerant circulates between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to realize heat exchange, wherein an electric cabinet 11 and an indoor unit main body 12 are disposed in a casing (not shown in the figure) of the indoor unit, and various electric devices are disposed in the electric cabinet 11 to realize electric control. It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific structure of the air conditioner, for example, the shape of the casing, the specific structure of the indoor unit main body 12, the connection relationship between the electric cabinet 11 and the indoor unit main body 12, etc.; in addition, the invention does not limit the specific shape and the setting position of the electric cabinet 11 and the specific types of the electric devices arranged in the electric cabinet, and technicians can set the electric cabinet according to actual use requirements.
Referring next to fig. 2 to 4, wherein fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an overall structure of the electric cabinet; FIG. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the encircled portion of FIG. 2; fig. 4 is an exploded view of the electric cabinet. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the electric cabinet 11 includes a box body 111 having an opening and a cover 112 for closing the opening, in the preferred embodiment, the box body 111 has a rectangular box-like structure, and the cover 112 has a rectangular plate-like structure matching the box body 111, and when the cover 112 is closed in place, the cover 112 closes the opening of the box body 111 to form a closed inner space for protecting electric devices disposed therein. It should be noted that, a skilled person may also set the specific structure and shape of the box 111 and the box cover 112 according to the actual use requirement. As a preferable specific setting mode, the box body 111 is formed by processing a passivated hot zinc plate with the thickness of 0.6 mm-1.0 mm through a die, the whole structure of the box body is designed to be a box body with an opening, and the edges at the bottom and the right side of the box body are flattened, so that the problems that the sharp edge easily scratches a hand and scratches an electric wire protective layer are effectively avoided; the top plate is arranged into a cover-shaped structure with four sides extending downwards and is connected with the lower part through fastening screws, so that the waterproof effect is better achieved. The box cover 112 is also formed by processing a passivated hot zinc plate with the thickness of 0.6-1.0 mm through a die, the whole structure of the box cover is a cover body with four sides extending to coat the edge of the box body 111, particularly, the periphery of the box body 111 is flattened, so that the problem that the sharp edge easily scratches a hand and cuts an electric wire protective layer is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the whole sealing performance of the electric cabinet 11 can be effectively improved. Of course, the above arrangement is only preferable, but not restrictive, and the technician may set the arrangement according to the actual use requirement.
Further, in the present preferred embodiment, the case 111 is provided with the first snap rotation member 113, the cover 112 is provided with the second snap rotation member 114, and the first snap rotation member 113 and the second snap rotation member 114 are connected in a snap and rotatable manner and thus the cover 112 can rotate relative to the case 111. It should be noted that, although the first engaging rotation member 113 and the second engaging rotation member 114 are used to realize the rotation connection relationship in the preferred embodiment, this is only a preferred connection method, and is not restrictive, and the skilled person may also use other rotation connection methods; for example, a vertically arranged rotating shaft is directly used.
In addition, it should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can set the specific structure of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 according to actual use requirements, as long as the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 can engage in a plugging manner, and after the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 are engaged in place, the case cover 112 can also rotate relative to the case 111 based on the connection; for example, the first and second engaging rotary members 113 and 114 may be cylindrical snaps provided with bosses at one end, after the two cylindrical snaps are engaged in place, the panels of the case 111 and the case cover 112 are positioned between the bosses at both sides, and the case 111 and the case cover 112 can be relatively rotated with the cylindrical portion positioned between the bosses at both sides as a rotation axis. In addition, the present invention does not limit the rotation direction of the cover 112 relative to the box 111, and technicians can adjust the setting positions of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 to adjust the opening direction of the cover 112 according to actual use requirements, so as to effectively adapt to different use scenarios.
Meanwhile, the box body 111 is further provided with a claw fixing member 115, the box cover 112 is further provided with a clamping hole structure 116 matched with the claw fixing member 115, and the claw fixing member 115 and the clamping hole structure 116 are jointly arranged to limit the box cover 112 to rotate relative to the box body 111 when being clamped and to allow the box cover 112 to rotate relative to the box body 111 when being disengaged. It should be noted that, although the locking assembly adopted in the preferred embodiment is a combination of the claw fixing member 115 and the claw hole structure 116, this is only a preferred arrangement, and is not restrictive, and the technician can set the arrangement according to the actual use requirement; for example, the locking can be realized by two claw structures, when the two claw structures are buckled with each other, the rotation of the box cover 112 relative to the box body 111 can be limited, and when the two claw structures are separated from each other, the rotation of the box cover 112 relative to the box body 111 can be allowed; as long as the locking assembly can overcome the elastic force of the elastic return member to restrict the rotation of the cover 112 relative to the case 111 in the locked state.
With continuing reference to fig. 2 to 4, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the left edge of the box 111 is further provided with a fixing shaft 1113, the right inside of the fixing shaft 1113 is further provided with a first fixing hole 1114, and correspondingly, the right inside of the box cover 112 is further provided with a second fixing hole 1122; the middle portion of the torsion spring 117 is inserted through the fixing shaft 1113, and the right end thereof is fixed to the first fixing hole 1114 and the left end thereof is fixed to the second fixing hole 1122. Based on the arrangement of the torsion spring 117, when the claw fixing member 115 is not clamped with the clamping hole structure 116, the box cover 112 can be opened and held at a preset angle under the elastic action of the torsion spring 117, so that the box cover 112 is maintained in a fully opened state, and the box cover 112 is prevented from rotating arbitrarily to influence the operations of overhauling, wiring and the like of technicians; meanwhile, the torsional spring 117 can further strengthen the rotation connection relationship between the box cover 112 and the box body 111, and further effectively ensure the effectiveness of the rotation connection. It should be noted that, although the elastic restoring member used in the preferred embodiment is a torsion spring; however, other structures may be selected by the skilled person according to the actual use requirement, as long as the elastic restoring member can open the box cover 112 under the elastic force when the claw fixing member 115 and the clamping hole structure 116 are not engaged.
Next, referring to fig. 4 to 8, wherein fig. 5 is a partial sectional view of the electric cabinet; FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the jaw securing member; FIG. 7 is a view of the jaw securing member in an unstressed condition; fig. 8 is a view showing a state where the jaw fixing member is forced. As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the preferred embodiment, the right edge of the box 111 is provided with a mounting notch 1111 (shown in fig. 4), the mounting notch 1111 specifically includes a square inlet located at the front side and a square receiving hole communicating with the inlet, and the width (i.e., the vertical dimension) of the square inlet is smaller than the width (i.e., the vertical dimension) of the square receiving hole. The jaw fixing member 115 includes a base 1151 and a jaw 1152, wherein the base 1151 has a rectangular block-shaped structure, a side surface of the base 1151 is provided with a U-shaped clamping groove 11513 having a square cross-sectional shape, a width of the clamping groove 11513 is equal to a plate thickness of the box body 111 so as to effectively improve fixing strength, and the base 1151 passes through an inlet of a front side of the installation notch 1111 through the clamping groove 11513 and is finally fixed in a square accommodating hole of a rear side; the insertion fixing mode can effectively improve the assembly speed, and the design of the narrow inlet can also effectively prevent the base 1151 from easily falling out of the installation notch 1111, so that the connection reliability is effectively improved. Two first mounting brackets 11511 are further arranged on the base 1151, the main body of the clamping jaw 1152 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure with one bent end, a second mounting bracket 11521 is arranged on the main body, the second mounting bracket 11521 is matched with the first mounting bracket 11511 and can be inserted between the two first mounting brackets 11511, and the rotating shaft 1153 simultaneously penetrates through the first mounting brackets 11511 on two sides and the second mounting bracket 11521 in the middle, so that the base 1151 and the clamping jaw 1152 are rotatably connected. It should be noted that, the specific structure and installation manner of the base 1151 and the clamping jaws 1152 can be adjusted by the technician according to the actual use requirement, which is not limited; as long as the base 1151 can be fixed to the housing 111 and the jaws 1152 can be rotatably provided on the base 1151.
Further, the clamping jaw 1152 comprises a clamping end (i.e. a bent portion) at the upper part and an operating end at the lower part, the clamping end of the clamping jaw 1152 is matched with the clamping hole structure 116, the cross section of the clamping end of the clamping jaw 1152 is rectangular, and the clamping hole structure 116 is also a through hole structure with a rectangular cross section, so as to achieve a good clamping effect; a plurality of bar-shaped non-slip protrusions 11522 are provided on the operating end of the jaws 1152 so that a user can perform a pressing operation. Meanwhile, the base 1151 is further provided with a guide support post 11512, the spring 1154 is sleeved on the guide support post 11512, one end of the spring 1154 is fixedly connected with the base 1151, and the other end of the spring 1154 is fixedly connected with the operating end of the clamping jaw 1152. With this arrangement, when the latch 1152 is not pressed to be in a natural state (as shown in fig. 7), the spring 1154 is in a natural extended state, a plane where the operation end of the latch 1152 is located is parallel to a plane where the base 1151 is located, and the engaging end of the latch 1152 is in a locked position, at this time, if the cover 112 is just in a closed state, the engaging end of the latch 1152 can be engaged with the engaging hole structure 116 provided on the cover 112 and thus locked, so that the cover 112 is effectively restricted from rotating relative to the box 111; when the operating ends of the claws 1152 are pressed (as shown in fig. 8), the claws 1152 rotate about the rotating shafts 1153 while pressing the springs 1154 to a compressed state, and the click ends of the claws 1152 tilt away from the locked position, at which time the click ends of the claws 1152 disengage from the click hole structures 116 provided on the cover 112 and thus unlock, thereby allowing the cover 112 to rotate relative to the case 111; and, after the pressing force is withdrawn, the claw 1152 can be restored to the locking state under the elastic force of the spring 1154 to realize the normally closed design, thereby effectively ensuring the reliability in the locking process. It should be noted that, the technical staff can also adjust the above specific structure according to the actual use requirement; for example, the slip prevention protrusion 11522 may also be provided as a plurality of hemispherical protrusions; also for example, spring 1154 may be replaced with a resilient block. All such modifications are intended to be included within the scope of this invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
With continued reference to fig. 5, as a preferred arrangement, the pawl 1152 is integrally formed as a rocker design, with the latching end formed as an inverted snap-fit structure, and with the front end formed as a retractable guide, so that the latching end of the pawl 1152 can more smoothly snap into the latching aperture structure 116. Correspondingly, the clamping hole structure 116 is also designed by adopting a curled edge, namely, the box cover 112 is also provided with a curled edge structure 1123, in the process that the clamping end of the clamping jaw 1152 is clamped to the clamping hole structure 116, the inner side (namely, a guide part) of the front end of the clamping jaw 1152 is firstly in extrusion contact with the curled edge structure 1123, at the moment, the spring 1154 is slightly compressed, when the box cover 112 is completely covered in place, the inner side of the front end of the clamping jaw 1152 is just buckled and abutted with the curled edge structure 1123 under the action of elastic force, and the box cover 112 is tightly and firmly buckled to the box body 111, so that the closing effect is effectively realized.
It should be noted that, a technician can set the specific shape and number of the engaging ends of the clamping jaws 1152 according to the actual use requirement, for example, the number of the engaging ends may be one, or a plurality of engaging ends arranged in parallel, as long as the specific shape and number of the clamping hole structures 116 are changed correspondingly; in addition, the specific number and the arrangement position of the jaw fixing members 115 can be set according to the actual use requirement, and the arrangement number of the jaw fixing members 115 can be multiple.
Referring now to fig. 4 and 9-12, wherein fig. 9 is a schematic view of the first and second snap rotating members assembled in place; FIG. 10 is a front view of the first snap rotating member; FIG. 11 is a plan view of the first snap rotating member; fig. 12 is a front view of the second snap rotating member. As shown in fig. 4, 9 to 12, the upper and lower end surfaces of the box 111 are each provided with a first mounting hole 1112, and the central axes of the two first mounting holes 1112 are overlapped; the first engaging rotation member 113 includes a first column-shaped main body 1131 and a connection hole 1132 disposed on the first column-shaped main body 1131, and the first column-shaped main body 1131 can be engaged into the first installation hole 1112, so that the first engaging rotation member 113 is connected to the box 111. Correspondingly, the upper and lower end surfaces of the box cover 112 are also respectively provided with second mounting holes 1121, and the central axes of the two second mounting holes 1121 coincide; the second snap rotating member 114 includes a second cylindrical body 1141, and the second cylindrical body 1141 is rotatably coupled to the coupling hole 1132 through a second mounting hole 1121 provided in the cover 112 so that the cover 112 can rotate relative to the case 111. It should be noted that, a technician can change the number and the installation position of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 according to the actual use requirement, as long as the box cover 112 can rotate relative to the box 111 when the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 are engaged in place, which does not affect the connection relationship.
Further, the first engaging rotating member 113 further includes a first boss 1133 and an elastic claw structure 1134 disposed at two ends of the first cylindrical body 1131, wherein the first boss 1133 is in a disc shape, and the elastic claw structure 1134 adopts a back-off type anti-disengaging claw design. In the state that the first snap rotating member 113 is snapped in place (as shown in fig. 9), the lower side of the first boss 1133 abuts against the outer surface of the case 111, the first cylindrical body 1131 is just located in the first mounting hole 1112, and the upper side of the elastic claw structure 1134 abuts against the inner surface of the case 111, thereby fixing the first snap rotating member 113 into the first mounting hole 1112. As a preferable arrangement, the first engaging rotating member 113 is formed by injection molding of polyhexamethylene adipamide, which has good toughness, wear resistance and plasticity, and is high in cost performance, thereby being beneficial to cost saving. In the preferred embodiment, the first engaging and rotating member 113 is fixed to the first mounting hole 1112 by using a reverse buckling type deformation design, so that the effect of rotation is achieved, and simultaneously, the buffering and abrasion resistance can be effectively achieved, and the problem that the box body 111 and the box cover 112 are easy to wear and even rust due to direct contact can be effectively avoided; moreover, the elastic claw structure 1134 preferably adopts a cross-shaped split deformation groove design for the middle portion of the cylinder to form four elastic claws, and in the clamping process, the four elastic claws can be smoothly clamped into the first mounting hole 1112 through elastic deformation, and when the first clamping rotating member 113 is clamped in place, the reverse buckling design of the four elastic claws can ensure the firm abutting effect, so as to effectively prevent the first clamping rotating member 113 from falling off.
In addition, the second engaging rotating member 114 further includes a second boss 1142 and a third boss 1143 disposed at two ends of the second cylindrical body 1141, wherein the second boss 1142 is a disc shape, and the third boss 1143 is a disc shape with a lower side processed by a chamfer to implement a back-off anti-slip design. Under the condition that the second engaging rotating member 114 is engaged in place, the second boss 1142 abuts against the outer surface of the cover 112, and the third boss 1143 abuts against the bottom of the elastic claw structure 1134, so as to effectively improve the reliability of the connection relationship; moreover, an axial notch 1144 is further disposed at one end of the third boss 1143, and the second engaging rotating member 114 can be deformed by the axial notch 1144 to be smoothly connected, so as to effectively improve the installation efficiency. It should be noted that, a technician may set the specific shapes of the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143 according to the actual use requirement, as long as the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143 can have the abutting effect; in addition, the technician can set the width and depth of the axial notch 1144 according to the actual use requirement to adapt to different installation requirements.
As a preferred arrangement of the axial notch 1144, the axial notch 1144 is designed as a straight deformed groove and has a width C set to 0.25 times the diameter D4 of the third land 1143. When the second rotation engaging member 114 is installed, the second rotation engaging member 114 can be deformed radially through the axial notch 1144, so that it can be smoothly connected to the connection hole 1132; when the second engaging rotating member 114 is connected in place, the third boss 1143 is deformed under the action of the elastic force, so that the circumferential upper surface of the third boss can be completely abutted to the bottom of the elastic claw structure 1134, thereby effectively ensuring the restraining effect of the third boss and further effectively preventing the falling problem.
Continuing to refer to fig. 12, as shown in fig. 12, the second cylindrical body 1141 is further provided with three annular supporting ribs 1145, the three annular supporting ribs 1145 are located between the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143, and the second cylindrical body 1141 is connected to the connection hole 1132 through the three annular supporting ribs 1145, so that the second engaging rotating member 114 can be smoothly connected to the connection hole 1132, and meanwhile, the supporting strength can be effectively improved, and the connection reliability can be effectively ensured. As a preferable arrangement, the outer diameters of the three annular support ribs 1145 decrease in sequence along the direction from the second boss 1142 to the third boss 1143 (i.e., the direction from top to bottom in fig. 12), and further, the outer diameters are preferably set to decrease by 1mm at equal intervals, so that the supporting force can be decreased by small and large, and thus sufficient supporting force can be provided to meet the design requirement. In addition, it should be noted that the specific shape, number, size and distribution of the annular supporting ribs 1145 can be set by a skilled person according to actual use requirements, for example, the annular supporting ribs 1145 may be a whole ring, or a plurality of circular arc segments which are annular as a whole, which is not limited.
With reference to fig. 9 to 12, taking the aperture of the first mounting hole 1112 as D and the aperture of the second mounting hole 1121 as D1 as an example, of course, a technician can set specific values of the aperture D of the first mounting hole 1112 and the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121 according to actual use requirements to meet different connection strength requirements, and the sizes of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 are preferably set as follows: the diameter D6 of the second boss 1142 is set to be 2mm larger than the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121 in order to effectively fix the second snap rotating member 114 to prevent it from falling off; the diameter D5 of the second cylindrical main body 1141 is set to be 0.5mm smaller than the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121, so that a gap margin is left between the second cylindrical main body 1141 and the hole wall of the second mounting hole 1121, so that smoothness of the rotating process is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the problem that the shaking phenomenon is obvious due to the fact that the shaking amount is too large in the rotating process due to too large gaps can be effectively avoided, and further, the overall assembling effect is effectively ensured; the height H2 of the second cylindrical body 1141 serving as an effective connecting shaft section is set to be 1-2 mm greater than the height of the constrained part (namely, the box cover 112 part and the first clamping rotating member 113), namely, the height H2 is set to be 1-2 mm greater than the sum of the plate thickness t of the box cover 112 and the height H3 of the first clamping rotating member 113, so that after the second cylindrical body is connected in place, the elastic claw structure 1134 of the first clamping rotating member 113 can be unfolded to a natural state, so that the integral constraint effect is effectively ensured, and the connecting strength is improved; the aperture D9 of the connection hole 1132 is set to be equal to the diameter D5 of the second cylindrical body 1141, so as to effectively provide sufficient supporting force; the diameter D8 of the first boss 1133 is set to be 4mm larger than the hole diameter D of the first mounting hole 1112 to prevent the first snap rotation member 113 from falling off; the diameter D11 of the first cylindrical body 1131 is set to be 0.5mm smaller than the diameter D of the first mounting hole 1112, so that the first snap-fit rotating member 113 can be quickly restored to a natural state after being mounted in place, and the overall assembly effect is effectively improved; the outer diameter D10 of the elastic claw structure 1134 is set to be 4mm larger than the aperture D of the first mounting hole 1112, so as to further achieve the effect of preventing falling off, and further effectively ensure that the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 can maintain a stable and reliable connection relationship. It should be noted that the above size setting mode is only a preferred setting mode, and technicians may set their specific size according to actual use requirements; such changes in the specific dimensions do not depart from the basic concept of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Based on the structural arrangement of the first engaging rotation member 113 and the second engaging rotation member 114, the specific assembly method is as follows: first, the first engaging rotating member 113 is engaged with the first mounting hole 1112, so that the first engaging rotating member 113 is connected to the box 111; aligning the connection hole 1132 on the first engaging rotation member 113 with the second mounting hole 1121, and then sequentially passing the second engaging rotation member 114 through the second mounting hole 1121 and the connection hole 1132 to realize fixation; finally, another set of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 is assembled in place according to the above assembling method; at this time, both upper and lower ends of the cover 112 are connected to the case 111, so that the cover 112 can stably and freely rotate with respect to the case 111. First block rotating member 113 and second block rotating member 114 are swift two-way operation structure, it can realize the assembly of box 111 and case lid 112 fast, also can realize dismantling fast simultaneously, need change it when, also need not with the help of any instrument, bare-handed can carry out quick assembly disassembly, the convenience of operation has greatly been promoted, the use of kit has been saved, and it still has with low costs, advantages such as reliability height, even if need change also need not to consume too much cost, more can not cause any damage to box 111 and case lid 112, help promoting electric cabinet 11's whole life.
Referring to fig. 4 and 13, fig. 13 is a partial schematic structural diagram of a point contact switch, and as shown in fig. 4 and 13, a point contact switch 118 is further disposed on the box 111, and the point contact switch 118 is used for detecting an opening and closing state of the box cover 112. As a preferable arrangement mode, the point-contact switch 118 is arranged at the right end of the upper folded edge of the box body 111, and a circular point-contact switch is adopted, a nut of the point-contact switch 118 is screwed and fixed into a hexagonal through hole reserved on the upper folded edge of the box body 111, and the circular point-contact switch 118 is not easy to generate the problems of relative rotation and wire sliding when being matched with the hexagonal through hole, so that the reliability of signal transmission is effectively ensured; meanwhile, the contact height of the point-contact switch 118 is set such that when the lid 112 is closed in place, the lid 112 can press the point-contact switch 118 to generate a corresponding electrical signal to reflect that the lid 112 has been closed in place. It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific type and the setting position of the point-contact switch 118, and the technician may set the setting according to the actual use requirement as long as the point-contact switch 118 can detect the opening and closing state of the box cover 112.
Based on the structure of the air conditioner described in the above preferred embodiment, the control method of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
s1: acquiring the opening and closing state of the box cover;
s2: and selectively sending out prompt information according to the opening and closing state of the box cover.
Further, in step S1, the open/close state of the lid 112 can be acquired by an electric signal from the point-contact switch 118; in step S2, a prompt message is selectively sent according to the open/close state of the box cover 112, so as to send a prompt message in time when necessary to remind an operator to close the box cover 112 in time, thereby effectively ensuring that the box cover 112 can be kept in a closed state all the time, and further ensuring the sealing effect of the electric cabinet 11 to the maximum extent, so as to form effective and reliable protection for electric devices arranged in the electric cabinet 11.
It should be noted that the control method of the present invention may be executed by the original controller of the air conditioner, or may be executed by an external or another controller; such variations in the specific implementation details do not depart from the basic idea of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Reference is now made to fig. 14, which is a flowchart illustrating the steps of a preferred embodiment of the control method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 14, based on the structure of the air conditioner described in the above preferred embodiment, the preferred embodiment of the control method of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring the current electrifying time of the air conditioner;
s102: judging whether the current electrifying time reaches a preset electrifying time length or not; if yes, executing step S103; if not, executing step S101 again;
s103: acquiring the opening and closing state of the box cover;
s104: if the box cover is in an open state, sending out prompt information;
s105: if the box cover is in a closed state, no prompt message is sent.
Further, in step S101, whether the air conditioner is in a normal use state is determined by obtaining the current power-on time of the air conditioner, and then the time for obtaining the opening/closing state of the box cover 112 is accurately determined, so as to effectively avoid the problem that the accuracy of the determination result is affected by obtaining invalid data. Based on the judgment result of the step S102, under the condition that the current electrifying time of the air conditioner does not reach the preset electrifying time length, the step S101 is executed again so as to accurately and timely master the best acquisition opportunity; when the current power-on time of the air conditioner reaches the preset power-on duration, step S103 is executed to timely acquire the open/close state of the box cover 112 at a proper acquisition time. It should be noted that, a technician can set a specific value of the preset energization time length according to actual use requirements; preferably, the preset energization time period may be set to 30S.
Further, in step S103, the open/close state of the cover 112 is acquired by an electric signal from the point-contact switch 118. Accordingly, in step S104, if the box cover 112 is in the open state, a prompt message is sent to prompt the operator to close the box cover 112 in time. It can be understood that the manner of sending the reminding message is not limited, and it may be to make a reminder of the air conditioner sound, or to make a warning light of the air conditioner flash, and preferably, the point-contact switch 118 may be directly connected in series with the reminder and the warning light in the same circuit, so as to effectively shorten the feedback path and increase the reaction speed; or the corresponding prompt code can be displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner, or the corresponding prompt code can be displayed on the control terminal connected with the air conditioner; the control terminal can be a cloud platform, a mobile phone or other mobile terminals; the prompt code displayed by the display device can be character information or combination of English and numbers. Of course, the mode of sending the prompt message can be one or more, and the technical personnel can set the prompt message according to the actual use requirement, so long as the operation personnel can know the prompt message in time. Meanwhile, in step S105, if the box cover 112 is in the closed state, no prompt message is sent, and the air conditioner may operate normally.
Further, the control method further includes: acquiring the times of sending out prompt information in a preset time period; and if the number of times of sending the prompt information in the preset time period reaches the preset number of times, stopping executing the operation of sending the prompt information for a preset stop duration. It can be understood that, in the process of the operator overhauling the electric cabinet 11, the on-off operation is often required to be repeatedly performed for many times; based on this, if the number of times of sending the prompt message within the preset time period reaches the preset number of times, it is determined that the operator is overhauling the electric cabinet 11, and in this case, the operation of sending the prompt message is automatically stopped for the preset stop duration, so as to avoid affecting the normal maintenance operation of the operator.
It should be noted that, a technician can set the specific values corresponding to the preset times and the preset stop duration according to actual use requirements; preferably, the preset time period is within 30S, the preset times are 2 times, and the preset stop time is 10 minutes. Based on this setting, if the number of times of issuing the prompt message reaches 2 times in any consecutive 30S, the execution of the operation of "issuing the prompt message" is stopped in the following consecutive 10 minutes; after 10 minutes, the normal detection is continued.
