It should be noted that, although the maintaining member used in the preferred embodiment is a torsion spring, a technician may select other structures according to actual use requirements; for example, without limitation, electromagnets may also be used to achieve this effect.

As shown in fig. 4 and 12 to 15, the upper and lower end surfaces of the box 111 are each provided with a first mounting hole 1112, and the central axes of the two first mounting holes 1112 are overlapped; the first engaging rotation member 113 includes a first column-shaped main body 1131 and a connection hole 1132 disposed on the first column-shaped main body 1131, and the first column-shaped main body 1131 can be engaged into the first installation hole 1112, so that the first engaging rotation member 113 is connected to the box 111. Correspondingly, the upper and lower end surfaces of the box cover 112 are also respectively provided with a second mounting hole 1121, and the central axes of the two second mounting holes 1121 are overlapped; the second snap rotating member 114 includes a second cylindrical body 1141, and the second cylindrical body 1141 is rotatably coupled to the coupling hole 1132 through a second mounting hole 1121 provided in the cover 112 so that the cover 112 can rotate relative to the case 111. It should be noted that, a technician can change the number and the installation position of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 according to the actual use requirement, as long as the box cover 112 can rotate relative to the box 111 when the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 are engaged in place, which does not affect the connection relationship.
Further, the first engaging rotating member 113 further includes a first boss 1133 and an elastic claw structure 1134 disposed at two ends of the first cylindrical body 1131, wherein the first boss 1133 is in a disc shape, and the elastic claw structure 1134 adopts a back-off type anti-disengaging claw design. In the state that the first snap rotating member 113 is snapped in place (as shown in fig. 12), the lower side of the first boss 1133 abuts against the outer surface of the case 111, the first cylindrical body 1131 is just located in the first mounting hole 1112, and the upper side of the elastic claw structure 1134 abuts against the inner surface of the case 111, thereby fixing the first snap rotating member 113 into the first mounting hole 1112. As a preferable arrangement, the first engaging rotating member 113 is formed by injection molding of polyhexamethylene adipamide, which has good toughness, wear resistance and plasticity, and is high in cost performance, thereby being beneficial to cost saving. In the preferred embodiment, the first engaging and rotating member 113 is fixed to the first mounting hole 1112 by using a reverse buckling type deformation design, so that the effect of rotation is achieved, and simultaneously, the buffering and abrasion resistance can be effectively achieved, and the problem that the box body 111 and the box cover 112 are easy to wear and even rust due to direct contact can be effectively avoided; moreover, the elastic claw structure 1134 preferably adopts a cross-shaped split deformation groove design for the middle portion of the cylinder to form four elastic claws, and in the clamping process, the four elastic claws can be smoothly clamped into the first mounting hole 1112 through elastic deformation, and when the first clamping rotating member 113 is clamped in place, the reverse buckling design of the four elastic claws can ensure the firm abutting effect, so as to effectively prevent the first clamping rotating member 113 from falling off.
In addition, the second engaging rotating member 114 further includes a second boss 1142 and a third boss 1143 disposed at two ends of the second cylindrical body 1141, wherein the second boss 1142 is a disc shape, and the third boss 1143 is a disc shape with a lower side processed by a chamfer to implement a back-off anti-slip design. Under the condition that the second engaging rotating member 114 is engaged in place, the second boss 1142 abuts against the outer surface of the cover 112, and the third boss 1143 abuts against the bottom of the elastic claw structure 1134, so as to effectively improve the reliability of the connection relationship; moreover, an axial notch 1144 is further disposed at one end of the third boss 1143, and the second engaging rotating member 114 can be deformed by the axial notch 1144 to be smoothly connected, so as to effectively improve the installation efficiency. It should be noted that, a technician may set the specific shapes of the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143 according to the actual use requirement, as long as the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143 can have the abutting effect; in addition, the technician can set the width and depth of the axial notch 1144 according to the actual use requirement to adapt to different installation requirements.
As a preferred arrangement of the axial notch 1144, the axial notch 1144 is designed as a straight deformed groove and has a width C set to 0.25 times the diameter D4 of the third land 1143. When the second rotation engaging member 114 is installed, the second rotation engaging member 114 can be deformed radially through the axial notch 1144, so that it can be smoothly connected to the connection hole 1132; when the second engaging rotating member 114 is connected in place, the third boss 1143 is deformed under the action of the elastic force, so that the circumferential upper surface of the third boss can be completely abutted to the bottom of the elastic claw structure 1134, thereby effectively ensuring the restraining effect of the third boss and further effectively preventing the falling problem.
Continuing to refer to fig. 15, as shown in fig. 15, the second cylindrical body 1141 is further provided with three annular supporting ribs 1145, the three annular supporting ribs 1145 are located between the second boss 1142 and the third boss 1143, and the second cylindrical body 1141 is connected to the connection hole 1132 through the three annular supporting ribs 1145, so that the second engaging rotating member 114 can be smoothly connected to the connection hole 1132, and meanwhile, the supporting strength can be effectively improved, and the connection reliability can be effectively ensured. As a preferable arrangement, the outer diameters of the three annular support ribs 1145 decrease in sequence along the direction from the second boss 1142 to the third boss 1143 (i.e., the direction from top to bottom in fig. 15), and further, the outer diameters are preferably set to decrease by 1mm at equal intervals, so that the supporting force can be decreased by small and large, and thus sufficient supporting force can be provided to meet the design requirement. In addition, it should be noted that the specific shape, number, size and distribution of the annular supporting ribs 1145 can be set by a skilled person according to actual use requirements, for example, the annular supporting ribs 1145 may be a whole ring, or a plurality of circular arc segments which are annular as a whole, which is not limited.
With reference to fig. 13 to 15, taking the aperture of the first mounting hole 1112 as D and the aperture of the second mounting hole 1121 as D1 as an example, of course, a technician can set specific values of the aperture D of the first mounting hole 1112 and the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121 according to actual use requirements to meet different connection strength requirements, and the sizes of the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 are preferably set as follows: the diameter D6 of the second boss 1142 is set to be 2mm larger than the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121 in order to effectively fix the second snap rotating member 114 to prevent it from falling off; the diameter D5 of the second cylindrical main body 1141 is set to be 0.5mm smaller than the aperture D1 of the second mounting hole 1121, so that a gap margin is left between the second cylindrical main body 1141 and the hole wall of the second mounting hole 1121, so that smoothness of the rotating process is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the problem that the shaking phenomenon is obvious due to the fact that the shaking amount is too large in the rotating process due to too large gaps can be effectively avoided, and further, the overall assembling effect is effectively ensured; the height H2 of the second cylindrical body 1141 serving as an effective connecting shaft section is set to be 1-2 mm greater than the height of the constrained part (namely, the box cover 112 part and the first clamping rotating member 113), namely, the height H2 is set to be 1-2 mm greater than the sum of the plate thickness t of the box cover 112 and the height H3 of the first clamping rotating member 113, so that after the second cylindrical body is connected in place, the elastic claw structure 1134 of the first clamping rotating member 113 can be unfolded to a natural state, so that the integral constraint effect is effectively ensured, and the connecting strength is improved; the aperture D9 of the connection hole 1132 is set to be equal to the diameter D5 of the second cylindrical body 1141, so as to effectively provide sufficient supporting force; the diameter D8 of the first boss 1133 is set to be 4mm larger than the hole diameter D of the first mounting hole 1112 to prevent the first snap rotation member 113 from falling off; the diameter D11 of the first cylindrical body 1131 is set to be 0.5mm smaller than the diameter D of the first mounting hole 1112, so that the first snap-fit rotating member 113 can be quickly restored to a natural state after being mounted in place, and the overall assembly effect is effectively improved; the outer diameter D10 of the elastic claw structure 1134 is set to be 4mm larger than the aperture D of the first mounting hole 1112, so as to further achieve the effect of preventing falling off, and further effectively ensure that the first engaging rotating member 113 and the second engaging rotating member 114 can maintain a stable and reliable connection relationship. It should be noted that the above size setting mode is only a preferred setting mode, and technicians may set their specific size according to actual use requirements; such changes in the specific dimensions do not depart from the basic principle of the present invention and shall fall within the scope of the present invention.

the box body is further provided with a first clamping and fixing structure, the box cover is further provided with a second clamping and fixing structure matched with the first clamping and fixing structure, and the first clamping and fixing structure and the second clamping and fixing structure are jointly arranged to be capable of limiting the box cover to rotate relative to the box body when being clamped and allowing the box cover to rotate relative to the box body when being disengaged from the clamping.
2. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the first and second snap fixing structures is a jaw fixing member,
the other of the first clamping and fixing structure and the second clamping and fixing structure is a clamping hole structure matched with the clamping jaw fixing component.
3. The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the jaw fixing member includes a base and a jaw rotatably provided on the base,
the clamping jaw comprises a clamping end and an operating end, the clamping end is matched with the clamping hole structure, and an elastic component is arranged between the operating end and the base to limit the clamping jaw to be in a locking position in a natural state.

the maintaining member is arranged to maintain the state of opening at a preset angle under the action of the maintaining member when the first clamping and fixing structure and the second clamping and fixing structure are disengaged.
