Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, in particular to a washing machine stirrer and a washing machine with the same.
Background
There are three major types of washing machines in the world today, namely pulsator type, drum type and agitator type. These three major types of washing machines have their own advantages and disadvantages: the pulsator washing machine is time-saving and labor-saving, is simple to operate, has lower price, consumes water, is seriously wound by clothes and is uneven in washing; the drum-type washing machine saves water, has lower clothes winding degree than the impeller washing machine, but wastes time and electricity and has higher price; the agitator washing machine has high washing efficiency and low clothes entanglement rate, but takes time and has high clothes abrasion.
In order to overcome the defects of the three types of washing machines, people combine the advantages of the three types of washing machines and improve the washing machines: for example, a pulsator is provided in a pulsator type washing machine or a drum type washing machine to solve the problem of high laundry entanglement rate. Although the arrangement of the stirrer reduces the clothes winding rate to a certain extent, the problem of clothes winding still exists in the washing process.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine agitator, which prevents the laundry from being entangled by arranging the agitating blades on the agitating shaft of the agitator in a staggered manner and intersecting the projections of two connecting portions formed by two adjacent agitating blades at two connecting positions of the agitating shaft on the axis of the agitating shaft.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine having the above agitator, which can prevent the laundry from being entangled, shorten the washing time, and save energy.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the stirrer of the washing machine comprises a stirring shaft and at least two stirring blades connected with the stirring shaft, wherein the stirring blades are arranged in a staggered mode in the axial direction of the stirring shaft, the connecting part is formed at the connecting part of the stirring shaft, and the adjacent projection of the connecting part on the axis of the stirring shaft is intersected.
In the above scheme, when the projections of the two adjacent connecting parts on the stirring shaft are intersected, the space formed by the two stirring blades and the connected stirring shaft is divided into two relatively independent small spaces by the two stirring blades, and clothes can roll up and down and back and forth in the respective small spaces, but cannot be wound together with clothes in the other small space, so that the clothes are effectively prevented from being wound.
Further, adjacent connecting portions have overlapping portions in projection on the axis of the stirring shaft.
Furthermore, at least one end of the stirring shaft is connected with the stirring blade, and the formed connecting part is flush with the end part of the stirring shaft;
preferably, the stirring rotating shaft is connected with the stirring blade, and the formed connecting part is flush with the end part of the stirring shaft;
preferably, the sum of the widths of the stirring blades along the axial direction of the stirring shaft is greater than the axial length of the stirring shaft.
Further, the stirring blade extends in a direction away from the stirring shaft;
preferably, the stirring blade extends in a radial direction of the stirring shaft.
A washing machine with the stirrer comprises an inner barrel, wherein the stirrer is arranged in the inner barrel;
preferably, the axial length of the stirring shaft is less than the axial length of the inner cylinder, and is greater than one half of the axial length of the inner cylinder.
Furthermore, one end of the stirring shaft is close to the clothes feeding opening of the inner drum and is positioned on the same circumferential section of the inner drum with the inner side of the clothes feeding opening of the inner drum;
preferably, the other end of the stirring shaft is close to the bottom of the inner cylinder.
In the scheme, the washing machine is provided with the stirrer with the anti-winding function, and the length of the stirrer is almost equal to that of the inner drum, so that the clothes can be prevented from being wound; if the pulsator washing machine or the drum washing machine is adopted, the clothes can be washed by kneading the clothes by the stirrer, and the clothes can be washed by combining the functions of the pulsator or the drum, so that the double washing effect is generated, the washing time is shortened, and the energy is saved, and the pulsator washing machine or the drum washing machine is environment-friendly and efficient.
Furthermore, the radial length of the stirring blade extending towards the direction of the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder is more than one half of the radius of the inner cylinder and less than the radius of the inner cylinder.
Furthermore, the inner circumferential wall of the inner cylinder is provided with water stirring blades, and the sum of the height of the water stirring blades protruding out of the inner circumferential wall of the inner cylinder and the radial length of the stirring blades extending towards the direction of the inner circumferential wall of the inner cylinder is greater than one half of the radius of the inner cylinder and smaller than the radius of the inner cylinder.
In the above scheme, when the stirring blade is opposite to the water stirring blade in positive phase, a certain distance is formed between the stirring blade and the water stirring blade, so that clothes can pass through the stirring blade and can be extruded and sheared to some extent, and the washing effect is enhanced to some extent.
Furthermore, one end of the water stirring blade is close to the clothes feeding opening of the inner drum, and the end of the water stirring shaft close to the clothes feeding opening of the inner drum are positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner drum;
preferably, the other end of the water stirring blade is close to the bottom of the inner cylinder, and the end of the stirring shaft close to the bottom of the inner cylinder is positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner cylinder.
In the above scheme, the length of the water stirring blades is almost equal to that of the stirring shaft, so that each stirring blade arranged on the stirring shaft has a chance to be just opposite to the water stirring blade, extrusion and shearing friction are caused to clothes, and the washing effect is enhanced.
Further, the washing machine is a drum washing machine;
preferably, the washing machine is a wall-mounted drum washing machine.
According to the scheme, the wall-mounted type drum washing machine provided with the stirrer shortens the washing time, so that the service life of the wall-mounted type drum washing machine is prolonged; and the distribution mode of the stirring blades on the stirring shaft enables the stirring blades to drive clothes to rotate in the 360-degree direction, so that the vibrating acting force is uniform, the vertical vibration strength of the clothes is reduced, and the washing machine is prevented from falling off from a wall body easily due to uneven stress.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the following beneficial effects are brought:
the stirrer of the washing machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the stirring blades are arranged on the stirring shaft of the stirrer in a staggered mode, and the projections of two connecting parts formed by two adjacent stirring blades at two connecting positions of the stirring shaft on the axis of the stirring shaft are intersected, so that clothes are prevented from being wound.
The washing machine with the stirrer provided by the invention cleans clothes by stirring and combining the functions of the impeller or the drum, generates multiple washing effects, and shortens the washing time, thereby saving energy, and being environment-friendly and efficient.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, several embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below for the purpose of explanation and not for the purpose of limitation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a stirrer for a washing machine includes a stirring shaft 2, and at least two stirring blades 1 connected to the stirring shaft 2. The stirring blades 1 are arranged in a staggered manner along the axial direction of the stirring shaft 2, namely, two adjacent stirring blades 1 are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft 2; the joints with the stirring shaft 2 are on different straight lines in the axial direction and on different circumferential surfaces in the circumferential direction. The stirring blade 1 extends for a certain length along the direction far away from the stirring shaft 2 to form a structure with a certain shape; preferably, the stirring vanes 1 extend in the radial direction of the stirring shaft 2. The connection part of the stirring blade 1 on the stirring shaft 2 forms a connection part, and the projections of the adjacent connection parts on the axial line of the stirring shaft 2 are intersected. That is to say, stirring leaf 1 distributes on the global of (mixing) shaft 2 in a staggered way, and two stirring leaf 1 adjacent in axial are connected the punishment with (mixing) shaft 2 and are formed two connecting portion respectively, and these two connecting portion projections on the axis of (mixing) shaft 2 have overlap portion or just meet, and the projection that preferably forms has overlap portion, and stirring leaf 1 distributes in whole (mixing) shaft 2 according to this mounting means. At least one end of the stirring shaft 2 is provided with the stirring blade 1, and preferably both ends are provided with the stirring blade 1, namely two stirring blades 1 located at two outer ends of the stirring shaft 2, and two connecting parts formed by the stirring shaft 2 are flush with the end part of the stirring shaft 2.
In a further embodiment, the sum of the widths of the stirring blades 1 along the axial direction of the stirring shaft 2 is greater than the axial length of the stirring shaft 2; the number of the stirring blades 1 on one stirrer 100 is 3 to 5. The shape of the stirring blade 1 may be a blade shape, a paddle shape, a spiral pattern, etc., and a paddle shape is preferable because the paddle-shaped stirring blade is simple and beautiful, is easy to process, and is uniformly stressed. The lengths of the stirring blades 1 extending in the direction away from the stirring shaft 2 can be equal or different, preferably equal, so that the appearance is attractive, and the stress is uniform. The shapes of the stirring blades 1 can be the same or different, preferably the same, so that the arrangement is attractive, the processing technology is relatively simple, and the cost is saved to a certain extent.
According to the arrangement mode of the stirring blades 1, clothes 9 cannot wind the stirring shaft 2 along the circumferential direction perpendicular to the stirring shaft 2, and even if the stirring shaft 2 is wound, the clothes can be wound only by the stirring blades 1, so that the winding length is greater than the circumferential length of the stirring shaft 2, and the clothes 9 cannot be easily bound and wound on the stirring shaft. When the width of the stirring blade 1 in the axial direction of the stirring shaft is relatively large, the clothes 9 do not have enough length to form a winding on the stirring shaft 2. In the axial direction of the agitator 100, the agitating blades 1 are arranged on the agitating shaft 2 in a staggered manner, and the projections of two connecting parts formed by two adjacent agitating blades 1 at two connecting positions of the agitating shaft 2 on the axial line of the agitating shaft 2 are intersected, so that the clothes 9 can only be wound along a shape which is inclined to the circumferential surface of the agitating shaft 2 and is similar to an ellipse even if being wound, especially when the projections formed by the two connecting parts have an overlapped part, the long axis of the ellipse is longer, so that the winding is more difficult, and when the washing machine works, the clothes 9 moves back and forth (a drum washing machine) or up and down (a pulsator washing machine) in the axial direction and breaks away from the agitating shaft 2, so that the winding is released, and the clothes 9 cannot be wound together. For example, when the structure is applied to the drum washing machine to operate, under the combined action of the observation window, the water stirring blades and the rotating centrifugal force, the clothes 9 move back and forth along the axial direction, and the acting force formed in the axial direction enables the clothes to be loosened and separated from the stirring shaft 2 and not to be bound and wound on the stirring shaft; when the stirring shaft is applied to the impeller washing machine to operate, under the combined action of the buoyancy of the impeller and water, the self gravity of the clothes 9 and the rotating centrifugal force, the clothes 9 move up and down along the shaft, so that the stirring shaft 2 is loosened and separated.
Only set up (mixing) shaft 2 on current washing machine agitator 100 and do not set up stirring leaf 1, then the clothing twines on the (mixing) shaft very easily, if (mixing) shaft 2 sets up the stirring leaf that the spiral extends, because this stirring leaf protrusion is lower in the height on (mixing) shaft surface, although there is certain antiwind function, clothing 9 still can twine and live (mixing) shaft 2 and stirring leaf 1, even play in the axial, also follow the stirring leaf motion of spiral extension all the time, can't thoroughly loosen, make clothing 9 when unable thorough cleaning, also easy deformation damage, even when twining is serious, make (mixing) shaft 2 because of being twined and live and reduce the rotational speed or even stall, reduce or lose stirring function.
If the stirrer 100 is provided with the stirring blades 1 and the stirring blades 1 extend for a sufficient length in a direction away from the stirring shaft 2, but if two connecting portions are formed at the connecting portions of two adjacent stirring blades 1 and the stirring shaft 2, the projections on the axes of the stirring shaft 2 do not intersect, that is, in the axial direction of the stirring shaft 2, a section of the stirring shaft 2 between two adjacent stirring blades 1 is not provided with the stirring blades 1, and then the clothes 9 can still wind around the section of the stirring shaft 2 in a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft 2. Or two connecting parts formed at the connecting positions of the two adjacent stirring blades 1 and the stirring shaft 2 intersect in the projection on the axis of the stirring shaft 2, but the stirring blades 1 are not distributed on the whole stirring shaft 2, that is, the stirring blades 1 are not arranged at one end or two ends of the stirring shaft 2, so that the clothes 9 can still wind the stirring shaft 2 in the circumferential direction perpendicular to the stirring shaft 2 at the end where the stirring blades 1 are not arranged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the present invention provides a washing machine 200 provided with the pulsator 100, including a tub 3 and the pulsator 100. The agitator 100 is rotatably provided in the inner cylinder 3, and the center axis of the agitator 100 coincides with the center axis of the inner cylinder 3. The axial length of the stirring shaft 2 of the stirrer 100 is at least longer than one-half of the axial length of the inner cylinder 3, is generally almost equal to the axial length of the inner cylinder 3, and is slightly shorter than the inner cylinder 3 so as to be installed in the inner cylinder 3. One end of the stirring shaft 2 is close to the clothes throwing-in opening of the inner drum 3 and is positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner drum 3 with the inner side of the clothes throwing-in opening of the inner drum 3; the other end of the stirring shaft 2 is close to the bottom of the inner cylinder 3, and has a certain distance with the inner wall of the bottom of the inner cylinder 3 to form a gap, so that the stirring shaft 2 can rotate relative to the inner cylinder 3.
According to the stirrer 100, the stirring blades 1 at two ends of the stirring shaft 2, and the end part of the connecting part formed at the connecting part of the stirring shaft 2 are flush with the end part of the stirring shaft 2, so that when the stirrer 100 is installed in the washing machine 200, the stirring shaft 2 and the stirring blades 1 penetrate through the clothes feeding opening of the inner drum 3 to the bottom inner wall of the inner drum 3 in the axial direction of the inner drum 3 of the washing machine, and therefore clothes 9 in the washing machine 200 cannot be twisted together in the washing or dewatering process. In addition, the end part of the stirring shaft 2 at one end of the inner wall at the bottom of the inner cylinder 3 can be connected with the inner wall at the bottom of the inner cylinder 3, no gap exists between the end part and the inner wall, the stirring shaft 2 can rotate relative to the inner cylinder 3, but the end part and the inner wall can rub against each other, so that abrasion is caused, and the service life is influenced. The washing machine 200 provided with the agitator 100 of the present invention can prevent the laundry from being entangled if it is an agitator type washing machine, and can prevent the laundry from being entangled if it is a pulsator type washing machine or a drum type washing machine, and can wash the laundry in combination with the function of the pulsator or the drum, in addition to washing the laundry by rubbing the laundry with the agitator 100, thereby generating a double washing effect, shortening the washing time, and saving energy, and being environmentally friendly and efficient. If the agitator 100 of the present invention is disposed in a pulsator washing machine, the washing machine can wash the laundry by rubbing and the friction between the laundry and the drum wall; the washing machine is arranged in the drum washing machine, and can wash clothes through rubbing and beating.
The stirring blade 1 of the stirrer 100 extends towards the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 3, and the radial length of the extension is larger than one half of the radius of the inner cylinder 3 and smaller than the radius of the inner cylinder 3. The inner circumferential wall of the inner drum 3 of the washing machine is uniformly provided with the water stirring blades 4, and the sum of the height of the water stirring blades 4 protruding out of the inner circumferential wall of the inner drum 3 and the radial length of the stirring blades 1 extending towards the circumferential wall of the inner drum 3 is more than one half of the radius of the inner drum 3 and less than the radius of the inner drum 3. The water stirring blade 4 extends along the axial direction of the inner barrel 3, one end of the water stirring blade 4 is close to the clothes putting port of the inner barrel 3, and the end of the stirring shaft 2 close to the clothes putting port of the inner barrel 3 are positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner barrel 3 or not, preferably positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner barrel 3; the other end of the water stirring blade 4 is close to the bottom of the inner cylinder 3, and is positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner cylinder 3 with the end of the stirring shaft 2 close to the bottom of the inner cylinder 3, or is not positioned on the same circumferential cross section, preferably positioned on the same circumferential cross section of the inner cylinder 3. Preferably, 3 or 4 water-repellent blades 4 are arranged on the inner cylinder 3.
With the arrangement, when the stirring blade 1 and the water stirring blade 4 rotate to opposite positions, a small distance is formed between the stirring blade 1 and the water stirring blade 4, so that the intensity of stirring water flow is enhanced, the stirred clothes can be extruded and sheared and rubbed to a certain degree, and the washing effect is enhanced to a certain degree; and the length of the water stirring blade 4 is almost equal to that of the stirring shaft 2, so that each stirring blade 1 arranged on the stirring shaft 2 can act in cooperation with the water stirring blade 4, extrusion and shearing friction are caused to clothes, and the washing effect is enhanced. If the length of the water stirring blade 4 is much shorter than that of the stirring shaft 2, the water stirring blade 4 may be only arranged in the middle or at two ends of the side wall of the inner drum 3 of the washing machine, and in the washing process, part of the stirring blade 1 cannot be matched with the water stirring blade 4, so that the washing effect is relatively weakened, and therefore, the optimal design is that the projections of the stirring blade and the water stirring blade on the stirring shaft are completely overlapped. Therefore, the washing machine provided by the invention can clean clothes through stirring, squeezing and shearing friction if being a stirring type washing machine, and can generate double washing effects; if the impeller washing machine is used, the clothes can be cleaned through rubbing, extruding and shearing friction and the friction force between the clothes and the cylinder wall, so that triple washing effects are achieved; if the drum washing machine is used, the clothes can be cleaned by rubbing, extruding, shearing, rubbing and beating, and triple washing effects are achieved. The three washing machines can prevent clothes from being wound, can achieve better washing effect than the original washing machine, and shorten the washing time, thereby saving energy, protecting environment and being efficient.
The washing machine having the washer agitator 100 of the present invention is preferably a wall-mounted drum washing machine having all of the features and advantages of the agitator drum washing machine described above, as well as others. The wall-mounted stirring type drum washing machine also comprises an outer drum and a driving device. The inner cylinder 3 is rotatably provided in the outer cylinder. The drive means comprise a drive motor 6, a commutator (not shown) and a drive shaft 7. The transmission shaft 7 penetrates through the outer cylinder and is respectively connected with the inner cylinder 3 and the stirrer 100. The driving device can drive the inner cylinder 3 and the stirrer 100 to rotate in the same direction or in the opposite direction, and can also drive the inner cylinder 3 and the stirrer 100 to operate at different rotating speeds. For example, in washing, the stirrer 100 rotates, the inner drum 3 does not move, or both the stirrer 100 and the inner drum 3 rotate but at different speeds; during dehydration, the stirrer 100 and the inner cylinder 3 rotate synchronously. Or the driving device drives the stirring blades 1 to rotate positively and negatively, so that the kneading effect similar to that of a pulsator washing machine is generated. The user can select different modes according to different clothes. These are prior art and will not be described further herein. The outer cylinder comprises an outer cylinder body and a back plate 5, four corners of the back plate 5 are respectively provided with an installation through hole 8, and the installation mechanism is matched with the installation through holes 8 to fix the washing machine 200 on a wall. The mounting means is preferably an expansion bolt. The wall-mounted type arrangement can effectively save the home space. However, in general, the wall-mounted drum washing machine has a longer washing time than the pulsator washing machine, and the increase of the washing time accelerates fatigue of the mounting mechanism and the wall, thereby affecting the service life of the wall-mounted drum washing machine. The wall-mounted stirring type drum washing machine shortens the washing time, thereby prolonging the service life of the wall-mounted washing machine. In addition, in a general wall-mounted drum washing machine, when clothes are lifted to a high position along with a drum and then fall down, the up-and-down vibration amplitude of the inner drum 3 is large, the stress is not uniform, and the washing machine is easy to fall off from a wall body, so that the service life of the wall-mounted drum washing machine is influenced; when the clothes are lifted along with the drum, the stirring blades 1 drive the clothes to rotate in the 360-degree direction, so that the vibration acting force is uniform, the vertical vibration strength of the clothes is reduced, and the vibration of the washing machine body and the mounting mechanism is reduced, so that the washing machine is prevented from falling off from a wall body due to uneven stress.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, many variations and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, which should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
