s1, blending linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and an antioxidant according to selected parts by mass, putting the mixture into a single-screw extruder to perform melt extrusion on a sheet with the thickness of 1.5mm, wherein the process conditions are as follows: the temperature of the first zone is 170 ℃, the temperature of the second zone to the eighth zone is 180-; the temperature of the cooling roller is upper roller: 40 ℃, middle roll: 45 ℃, lower roll: and (4) obtaining the flexible easily-bonded waterproof material at 45 ℃.
Mechanical property detection of flexible easy-bonding waterproof material
The mechanical properties of the flexible easy-adhesion waterproof materials of the examples and the comparative examples are detected, wherein the tensile property is detected according to GB/T528, the tearing property is detected according to GB/T529, the adhesion property is detected according to GB/T328.20, a sample is prepared by adopting a commercially available hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the ball indentation hardness is detected according to GB/T3398.1. The results are shown in Table 1 below. As can be seen from the results in the table below, compared with the comparative examples, the flexible easy-to-bond waterproof material of the invention has significantly higher tensile strength and tear strength, good flexibility, low ball indentation hardness and high bonding strength with various hot melt adhesives. In contrast, the formulations of examples 1-4 are the preferred formulation range, with superior performance compared to examples 5-9. The flexible, easily bondable, waterproof material of example 7 had poor compatibility with the base material during the extrusion production process due to the low methyl acrylate content, low melt flow rate, and poor easy bondability of the base material in the ethylene-acrylate rubber of the formulation. The flexible and easily-bonded waterproof material of example 8 cannot provide effective mechanical support because the mass percentage of vinyl in the vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber in the formula is too small, and the crosslinked network is incomplete; the flexible, easily bondable, waterproof material of example 9 has a strong colloidal brittleness due to the fact that the mass percentage of vinyl in the vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber in the formulation is too much, and the crosslinking points are too dense.

Claims (6)
1. The flexible easy-bonding waterproof material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
65-85 parts of polyolefin, 3-8 parts of ethylene-acrylate rubber, 6-20 parts of vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 15-25 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-2 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary cross-linking agent, 0.01-0.2 part of sulfur and 0.01-0.1 part of accelerator;
the polyolefin is one or a mixture of two of linear low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene; the melt flow rate of the polyolefin is 1-10g/10 min;
the ethylene-acrylic ester rubber is ethylene-methyl acrylate rubber, and the content of methyl acrylate in the ethylene-methyl acrylate rubber is 15% -30%; the melt flow rate of the ethylene-methyl acrylate rubber is 2-5g/10 min;
the molecular weight of the vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber is 45-60 ten thousand; the vinyl content in the vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber is 0.03 to 0.8 percent;
the cross-linking agent is one or the mixture of two of dicumyl peroxide and azodiisobutyronitrile;
the auxiliary crosslinking agent is triallyl isocyanurate.
2. The flexible, easily bondable, waterproof material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the preparation raw materials also comprise 0.2-4 parts of antioxidant according to the mass parts.
3. The flexible, easily bondable, waterproof material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the content of vinyl acetate is 15-45%; the melt flow rate of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 5-30g/10 min.
4. A method for preparing the flexible easy-to-bond waterproof material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing the ethylene-acrylate rubber, the auxiliary crosslinking agent, the sulfur and the accelerator, and performing melt extrusion granulation;
and S2, blending the product granulated in the step S1, polyolefin, vinyl-terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a cross-linking agent, and melting and extruding a sheet to obtain the flexible easily-bonded waterproof material.
5. The method for preparing a flexible easy-to-bond waterproof material according to claim 4, characterized in that:
in step S1, a twin-screw extruder is used for melt extrusion granulation, wherein the temperature of the first zone of the twin-screw extruder is 175-.
6. The method for preparing a flexible easy-to-bond waterproof material according to claim 5, characterized in that:
in step S2, a single-screw extruder is adopted for melt extrusion of sheets, the temperature of the first zone of the single-screw extruder is 160-170 ℃, the temperature of the second zone to the eighth zone is 180-225 ℃, the temperature of the machine head is 220-230 ℃, the rotating speed of a host is 10-50r/min, the traction speed is 1-5m/min, and the pressure before the pump of the host is 1.0-5 MPa; the temperature of the cooling roller is upper roller: 40-45 ℃, middle roller: 55-60 ℃, lower roll: 50-55 ℃.
