Referring to fig. 1-3, the glue-passing groove module 4 includes a fixed groove 4-1 for accommodating the reinforcing plate 18 and a movable plate mechanism, the fixed groove 4-1 is fixedly mounted on a bottom plate 19, and a blanking groove for dropping the reinforcing plate 18 is formed in the bottom plate 19 at a position corresponding to the fixed groove 4-1; a material pressing strip is arranged on one side of the fixed material groove 4-1 and is tightly attached to the top of the reinforcing plate 18; the movable material plate mechanism comprises a movable plate and a clamping cylinder 4-3 used for driving the movable plate to enter or exit the bottom of the fixed material groove 4-1, and an avoidance groove used for avoiding the movable material plate 4-2 is arranged on one side, close to the clamping cylinder 4-3, of the fixed material groove 4-1. The glue penetrating module with the structure is arranged, before the reinforcing plate 18 enters the glue penetrating groove module 4 from the reinforcing plate blanking module, the clamping cylinder 4-3 acts to push the movable material plate 4-2 forwards, so that the movable material plate 4-2 enters the fixed material groove 4-1 to become the supporting bottom of the fixed material groove 4-1, after the reinforcing plate 18 to be penetrated with glue enters the fixed material groove 4-1, the movable material plate 4-2 and the pressing strips are respectively attached to the bottom and the top of the reinforcing plate 18 to clamp the reinforcing plate 18, and the adhesive tape 17 can conveniently penetrate into the reinforcing plate 18; after the adhesive tape 17 is inserted, the clamping cylinder 4-3 acts to pull the movable material plate 4-2 backwards, so that the movable material plate 4-2 is separated from the fixed material groove 4-1, and after the support of the movable material groove is lost, a finished product of the reinforcing plate 18 provided with the adhesive tape 17 falls from the material discharging groove and enters a finished product frame below the bottom plate 19.
Referring to fig. 2-3, there are two sets of the movable plate mechanisms. The length of the reinforcing plate 18 is relatively long, and two groups of movable material plate mechanisms are arranged, so that two movable plates are correspondingly arranged, compared with the situation that a whole movable plate is arranged, the load of the clamping cylinder 4-3 is halved, and the flexibility of the movable plate entering or exiting the fixed material groove 4-1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the cutting and glue-feeding module further comprises a sliding table cylinder 8 and a fixing plate 7 for mounting the sliding table cylinder 8, wherein the fixing plate 7 is mounted on the bottom plate 19; the cutting module and the glue feeding module are both arranged on the sliding table of the sliding table cylinder 8. Through the cutting glue feeding module with the structure, the cutting module and the glue feeding module are installed on the sliding table, when the sliding table cylinder 8 moves forwards to be in the maximum stroke, the cutting module moves, the adhesive tape 17 is cut at the cutting position 20-1, when the sliding table cylinder 8 resets, the glue feeding module returns to the cutting position 20-1, the glue feeding module starts to move and acts on the front end of the cut adhesive tape 17, when the sliding table moves forwards again, the glue feeding module drags the adhesive tape 17 to move towards the front end of the glue penetrating clamp 20, and finally the adhesive tape 17 is dragged to reach the tail end of the reinforcing plate 18 in the glue penetrating groove module 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cutting module includes a cutting blade 5 and a cutting cylinder 6 for driving the cutting blade 5 to move up and down, and the cutting blade 5 is mounted on the cutting cylinder 6. The cutting module with the structure drives the cutting knife 5 to move downwards when the cutting cylinder 6 moves downwards, so that the adhesive tape 17 is cut; after the adhesive tape 17 is cut off, the cutting cylinder 6 is reset to drive the cutting knife 5 to move upwards to prepare for the next cutting.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the glue feeding module includes a finger cylinder 9. Through setting up the gluey module of sending of above-mentioned structure, when sending gluey module to reach and tailor position 20-1 position, point cylinder 9 starts clamping action, acts on the adhesive tape 17 after cutting off, presss from both sides the front end of tight adhesive tape 17, when slip table cylinder 8 moves forward, drags adhesive tape 17 forward, reaches the tail end of wearing reinforcing plate 18 in gluey groove module 4, and after adhesive tape 17 arrived the settlement position, point cylinder 9 starts to open the action, separates with adhesive tape 17, accomplishes and send gluey action.
The working principle of the reinforcing plate adhesive tape loading device is as follows with reference to the figures 1-5:
the reinforcing plate feeding module works to feed out a reinforcing plate 18 to be provided with the adhesive tape 17 and push the reinforcing plate 18 into the adhesive slot penetrating module 4. When the adhesive tape 17 is inserted for the first time, the adhesive tape 17 is manually inserted into the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20, the adhesive tape 17 is inserted to the position of the cutting position 20-1, the adhesive tape feeding module starts to act at the head position of the adhesive tape 17, the adhesive tape 17 is dragged towards the front end direction of the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20, the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20 consists of a section of reinforcing plate, and the front end of the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20 is tightly pressed against the reinforcing plate 18 in the adhesive tape penetrating groove module 4, so that the front end of the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20 can be perfectly jointed with the reinforcing plate 18 in the adhesive tape penetrating groove module 4, and the adhesive tape 17 can be naturally and smoothly dragged from the adhesive tape penetrating clamp 20 to the tail end of the reinforcing plate 18 in the adhesive tape penetrating groove module 4 by the adhesive tape feeding module; after the adhesive tape 17 enters the tail end of the reinforcing plate 18, the adhesive tape threading module starts to act, the adhesive tape threading action part acts on the head of the adhesive tape 17 and drags the adhesive tape 17 towards the front end of the reinforcing plate 18, after the adhesive tape 17 is dragged in the reinforcing plate 18 for a set distance, the cutting module starts to work, the adhesive tape 17 is cut off from the position of the cutting position 20-1, the adhesive tape 17 is continuously dragged forwards by the adhesive tape threading action part, the adhesive tape 17 is finally dragged to the front end of the reinforcing plate 18, and the cut part of the adhesive tape 17 is positioned at the tail end of the reinforcing plate 18, so that the adhesive tape 17 is inserted into the reinforcing plate 18; after the adhesive tape 17 is inserted into the reinforcing plate 18, the adhesive tape slot penetrating module 4 starts to work, and a finished product of the reinforcing plate 18 falls into the material receiving frame to complete the insertion of the adhesive tape 17 of one reinforcing plate 18; the reinforcing plate 18 feeding module continues to work, the reinforcing plate 18 of the next adhesive tape 17 to be installed is sent to the adhesive penetrating groove module 4, the adhesive tape 17 enters the adhesive penetrating clamp 20 at the moment, the head of the adhesive tape 17 is located at the cutting position 20-1, the manual penetrating process is not needed, the adhesive conveying module directly starts to act, the process is repeated, and therefore the adhesive tape 17 can be assembled fully automatically.

Claims (10)

1. A reinforcing plate adhesive tape loading device is characterized by comprising a rack, a reinforcing plate feeding module, an adhesive tape penetrating assembly and a cutting and adhesive feeding module, wherein the adhesive tape penetrating assembly comprises an adhesive tape penetrating module for penetrating an adhesive tape into a reinforcing plate, an adhesive tape penetrating groove module for clamping the reinforcing plate in the adhesive tape penetrating process and an adhesive tape penetrating clamp for guiding the adhesive tape into the reinforcing plate; the glue penetrating module is provided with a glue penetrating action part, the glue penetrating clamp is composed of a section of reinforcing plate, the front end part of the glue penetrating clamp abuts against the tail end of the reinforcing plate in the glue penetrating groove module along the advancing direction of the glue strip, and a cutting position is arranged on the glue penetrating clamp close to the front end; the cutting and glue feeding module comprises a cutting module for cutting the adhesive tape at the cutting position and a glue feeding module for feeding the cut adhesive tape into the reinforcing plate from the cutting position.

The device for assembling rubber strips on a reinforcing plate according to claim 1, wherein the rubber threading module comprises a module arranged above the rubber threading groove module and a rubber threading mechanism arranged on a module sliding block, the rubber threading mechanism comprises a rubber threading needle and a rubber threading cylinder for driving the rubber threading needle to move up and down, the rubber threading needle is arranged on the rubber threading cylinder, and the rubber threading needle forms the rubber threading action part.
3. A gusset adhesive tape attachment apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein said frame comprises a base plate.

The reinforcing plate adhesive tape loading device according to claim 3, wherein the reinforcing plate blanking module comprises a blanking box arranged on the bottom plate and a material shifting mechanism arranged below the blanking box, and the material shifting mechanism is used for pushing the reinforcing plate at the lowest layer in the blanking box into the adhesive passing groove module; the material shifting mechanism is provided with a reinforcing plate shifting piece, the top of the reinforcing plate shifting piece extends upwards to exceed the bottom plate and does not exceed the reinforcing plate at the lowest layer in the blanking box, the bottom plate is provided with an avoidance elongated slot for avoiding the reinforcing plate shifting piece, and the blanking box is provided with an avoidance position for avoiding the reinforcing plate shifting piece.
