Technical Field

In the course of studying and realizing the suction of the work, the inventors found that the suction cup device in the prior art has at least the following problems:
the workpiece is accurately installed only by ensuring the verticality of the workpiece when a part of specific workpieces are installed, the verticality of the workpiece cannot be ensured by the existing suction disc device when the workpieces are sucked, and meanwhile, the height of the workpieces in the vertical direction cannot be positioned by the existing suction disc device, so that the specific workpieces are inconvenient to suck and transfer.
Accordingly, there is a need to develop a positionable chuck assembly to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide the positionable sucker component, which can accurately position the height of a workpiece along the vertical direction through the positioning column, accurately position and control the height of the workpiece along the vertical direction, position and correct the verticality of the workpiece through the positioning plane, meet the verticality requirement of the workpiece and facilitate the absorption and installation of the workpiece.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as seen in conjunction with the illustrations of FIGS. 1-3, a positionable chuck assembly can be seen comprising: the positioning column 11 is arranged along the vertical direction, the inside of the positioning column 11 is hollow to form an accommodating cavity 111, and the upper end and the lower end of the positioning column are both open to form an upper opening and a lower opening;
the connecting column 12 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111, and an upper opening is formed in the connecting column 12 in an upward extending mode along the vertical direction; and
the sucking disc 13 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111, the sucking disc 13 extends downwards along the vertical direction to form a lower opening, and the sucking disc 13 is fixedly connected with the connecting column 12;
the bottom end of the positioning column 11 is provided with a positioning plane 113, the suckers 13 are multilayer suckers, and the suckers 13 can deform and contract to stretch into the accommodating cavity 111 when sucking a workpiece, so that the sucked workpiece is in contact connection with the positioning plane 113, and the positioning plane 113 corrects and positions the verticality of the workpiece.
It can be understood that, when some specific workpieces are installed, certain requirements are needed for the verticality, and the workpieces can be accurately installed only by ensuring the verticality of the workpieces, the positioning columns 11 are arranged on the peripheries of the connecting columns 12 and the suckers 13, so that the height of the workpieces in the vertical direction can be accurately positioned, the height of the workpieces in the vertical direction can be accurately controlled, the positioning planes 113 are arranged at the bottom ends of the positioning columns 11, the suckers 13 can deform and shrink to extend into the accommodating cavities 111 when sucking the workpieces, so that the sucked workpieces are in contact connection with the positioning planes 113, the verticality of the workpieces can be corrected and positioned by the positioning planes 113, the verticality requirements of the workpieces are met, and the workpieces can be conveniently sucked and installed.
Further, a connecting gas path 121 is formed inside the connecting column 12, one end of the connecting gas path 121 is communicated with the suction cup 13, and the other end of the connecting gas path 121 is externally connected with a vacuum generator;
the vacuum generator forms a negative pressure channel with the connecting air path 121 and the suction cup 13.
It can be understood that the vacuum generator forms a negative pressure channel between the connecting air path 121 and the suction cup 13, so that the suction cup can suck the workpiece conveniently.
Further, a first thread part 122 is arranged at the top end of the connecting column 12, and the connecting column 12 is screwed with an external fixing piece through the first thread part 122.
Further, the middle part of the connecting column 12 is provided with a second thread part 123, a threaded hole 112 is arranged above the accommodating cavity 111, the second thread part 123 is matched with the threaded hole 112, and the connecting column 12 is in threaded connection with the positioning column 11 through the matching between the second thread part 123 and the threaded hole 112.
Further, the middle part of the connecting column 12 is further provided with a limiting part 125, the limiting part 125 is arranged below the second thread part 123, and the outer diameter of the limiting part 125 is larger than the aperture of the threaded hole 112.
Understandably, because the connecting column 12 with the sucking disc 13 is fixedly connected, the external diameter of the limiting part 125 is greater than the aperture of the threaded hole 112, the limiting part 125 is matched with the bottom end of the threaded hole 112, so that the connecting column 12 is installed in the accommodating cavity 111, the limiting part 125 limits the connecting column 12, and the connecting column 12 is prevented from being excessively installed, the sucking disc 13 is simultaneously installed in the accommodating cavity 111, which is not beneficial to sucking operation of the sucking disc 13.
Further, the bottom end of the connecting column 12 is provided with a straight groove 126.
It will be appreciated that the bottom end of the connecting column 12 is provided with a slotted channel 126 to facilitate mounting of the connecting column 12 within the receiving cavity 111.
Further, the suction cup 13 includes: an adsorption part 131; and a fixing portion 132, the fixing portion 132 is fixedly connected with the adsorption portion 131;
a clamping groove 1321 is formed in the surface of the fixing portion 132, a clamping portion 124 is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting column 12, and the clamping groove 1321 is matched with the clamping portion 124.
In a preferred embodiment, the suction portions 131 are stacked in a vertical direction such that the suction cups 13 are multi-layer suction cups.
It can be understood that, through the cooperation of the clamping slot 1321 and the clamping portion 124, the connecting column 12 is clamped with the suction cup 13, and the suction cup 13 sucks a workpiece through the suction portion 131.
In summary, the invention provides a positionable sucker assembly, which can accurately position the height of a workpiece along the vertical direction through a positioning column, so that the height of the workpiece along the vertical direction can be accurately positioned and controlled, the verticality of the workpiece can be positioned and corrected through a positioning plane, the verticality requirement of the workpiece is met, the workpiece is convenient to absorb and mount, and meanwhile, the positionable sucker assembly is simple in structure, ingenious in concept, reasonable in design and wide in market application value.

Claims (7)
1. A positionable suction cup assembly, comprising: the positioning column (11) is arranged along the vertical direction, the positioning column (11) is hollow to form an accommodating cavity (111), and the upper end and the lower end of the positioning column are both opened to form an upper opening and a lower opening;
the connecting column (12) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (111), and an upper opening is formed in the connecting column (12) in an upward extending mode along the vertical direction; and
the sucker (13) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (111), the sucker (13) extends downwards along the vertical direction to form a lower opening, and the sucker (13) is fixedly connected with the connecting column (12);
the bottom end of the positioning column (11) is provided with a positioning plane (113), the suckers (13) are multi-layer suckers, the suckers (13) can deform and contract to stretch into the accommodating cavity (111) when sucking a workpiece, so that the sucked workpiece is in contact connection with the positioning plane (113), and the positioning plane (113) corrects and positions the verticality of the workpiece.
2. The positionable sucker assembly of claim 1, wherein the connecting column (12) has a connecting gas path (121) formed therein, one end of the connecting gas path (121) is communicated with the sucker (13), and the other end of the connecting gas path (121) is externally connected to a vacuum generator;
the vacuum generator enables the connecting air path (121) and the sucker (13) to form a negative pressure channel.
3. The positionable chuck assembly of claim 1, wherein a top end of the attachment post (12) defines a first threaded portion (122), the attachment post (12) threadably engaging an external fixture via the first threaded portion (122).
4. A positionable suction cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein a second threaded portion (123) is provided in the middle of the connection column (12), a threaded hole (112) is provided above the receiving cavity (111), the second threaded portion (123) is adapted to the threaded hole (112), and the connection column (12) is screwed to the positioning column (11) by the engagement between the second threaded portion (123) and the threaded hole (112).
5. The positionable cup assembly of claim 4, wherein a central portion of the attachment post (12) is further provided with a retaining portion (125), wherein the retaining portion (125) is disposed below the second threaded portion (123), and wherein an outer diameter of the retaining portion (125) is greater than an aperture of the threaded hole (112).
6. A positionable chuck assembly according to claim 1, wherein a bottom end of said attachment post (12) is provided with a slotted channel (126).
7. A positionable suction cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein said suction cup (13) comprises: an adsorption part (131); and a fixing part (132), wherein the fixing part (132) is fixedly connected with the adsorption part (131);
the clamping groove (1321) is formed in the surface of the fixing portion (132), the clamping portion (124) is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting column (12), and the clamping groove (1321) is matched with the clamping portion (124).
