Further, a holding position is provided on one side of the U-shaped pillow body 10 corresponding to the upper surface of the shoulder supporting position 103, and the holding position is recessed downward, and is convenient for holding the U-shaped pillow 100 in cooperation with the shoulder supporting position 103. The side of the two pillow arms 14 facing away from the headrest portion 13 is provided with a connecting member (not shown in the figure), for example, a button, a velcro, a zipper, or the like, for sealing the socket 15 after the U-shaped pillow 100 is worn.
Still further, the material of the pillow core 12 is, for example, a high density polyester sponge, which has advantages of good stretchability, and antistatic and breathable properties.
