7. The ergonomic U-shaped pillow according to claim 3, wherein said U-shaped adjustment frame comprises a support frame and an adjustment arm, said support frame is rotatably connected to said adjustment arm, and the angle between said support frame and said adjustment arm is adjustable.
8. An ergonomic U-shaped pillow according to claim 1, characterized in that said resting member comprises: at least one extension fixture connected to either side of the recliner.
