The U-shaped neck pillow of claim 7 wherein the inside surface of the U-shaped pillow body is a contact surface for contacting the neck of a user, the U-shaped neck pillow further comprising a massage assembly, the connection bracket is convexly provided with a fixing frame, the massage assembly is fixed to the fixing frame, and the massage head of the massage assembly is disposed toward the contact surface.
