Abstract
The invention discloses a novel aeration water pushing device of a running water culture tank, which belongs to the field of aquaculture and consists of an aeration water lifting pipe, an adjustable water lifting template and a steady water flow channel structure, wherein the aeration water lifting pipe consists of a 110 water lifting pipe, an air inlet pipe, a water inlet grid with a gas hood and a transverse water outlet arranged at the top end; the adjustable water lifting template consists of a water lifting slide plate and 25 groups of aeration water lifting pipes fixed on the water lifting slide plate along the horizontal plane direction; the steady flow channel is composed of an aeration water lifting pipe and a diversion trench, the diversion trench is composed of a water baffle, an inner fish blocking net, a water lifting slide plate and an inner water blocking wall, and the aeration water lifting pipe is arranged on the water lifting slide plate. After compressed air input by the air compressor enters the 110 water lifting pipe through the air inlet pipe, water is guided to flow into the water inlet grid of the gas-containing cover and ascends along the 110 water lifting pipe, and flows out from the water outlet and flows into the flow channel from the bottom through the diversion trench, so that the large flow rate of surface water body gushed out from the 110 water lifting pipe is eliminated.

Background
The pond engineering circulating water culture mode, also called water pushing culture and runway fish culture, consists of a water pushing system, a containment system, a excrement collecting system, a peripheral pond water quality purifying system, an intelligent management system of the Internet of things and the like. The concentrated containment area accounts for 2% -3% of the total area of the pond, and an environment of circulating micro-flowing water in the perennial pond is formed through the oxygenation water pushing equipment, so that high-density cultivation of a plurality of varieties can be performed. In order to solve the problems, the invention designs a novel aeration water pushing device for the running water culture tank, so that the vertical flow layers of the flow channels are distributed more uniformly, the phenomena of stress reaction of fish caused by overlarge local water flow speed and anoxia phenomena such as spitting and eating of fish caused by local static or backflow are eliminated, and the accumulation of feed residues and excrement is reduced.
The invention adopts the following technical and structural proposal:
the novel aeration water pushing device for the running water culture tank consists of an aeration water lifting pipe, an adjustable water lifting template and a steady water flow channel structure.
The aeration water lifting pipe comprises a 110 water lifting pipe and a water inlet grid of the gas-containing cover, an air inlet pipe is arranged between the 110 water lifting pipe and the water inlet grid of the gas-containing cover, a transverse water outlet is arranged at the top end, and the working flow is as follows: after compressed air input by the air compressor enters the 110 water lifting pipe through the air inlet pipe, water is guided to flow into the water inlet grid of the gas-containing cover and ascends along the 110 water lifting pipe, and then flows out from the water outlet.
The adjustable water lifting template consists of a water lifting slide plate and 25 groups of aeration water lifting pipes fixed on the water lifting slide plate along the horizontal plane direction, the flow of the water lifting pipes can be adjusted 110 by adjusting the air pressure and the air quantity of the air compressor, the water lifting effect can be prevented from being influenced by the fluctuation of the pond water level by adjusting the height of the water surface and the aeration water lifting pipes through lifting the water lifting slide plate, and the water lifting effect difference with overlarge drop height and the backflow of the water along the aeration water lifting pipes with too small diversion trenches can be prevented.
The steady flow runner comprises aeration water lifting pipe and guiding gutter, and the guiding gutter comprises breakwater, interior water blocking fish net, water lifting slide and interior retaining wall, and aeration water lifting pipe is installed on water lifting slide, and interior water blocking fish net and breakwater set up in aeration water lifting pipe inner periphery, and interior water blocking fish net sets up in the breakwater bottom, and aeration water lifting pipe periphery sets up outer retaining wall and outer water blocking fish net in order to intercept debris entering runner in the peripheral waters. 2. The bottom flushing water solves the anoxic phenomena of fish feeding and the like caused by the static or backflow of the bottom layer, improves the efficiency of removing feed residues and excreta, and improves the feed conversion efficiency.
3. The invention has obvious effect of solving the problem of weak swimming ability of fishes and bottom fishes.

In order to test the effect of a novel running water culture tank aeration water pushing device, a test is carried out in a culture base of a mountain street of Xia Ou in Wuhan city, 7 flow channels are built, and 3 groups are formed: the traditional air pushing (flat plate) group is provided with 2 flow channels, the traditional air pushing (arc plate) group is provided with 2 flow channels, the air stripping group is provided with 3 flow channels, the size of a culture tank is 5m wide by 15m long by 2.5m high, an aeration push water pipe and a water outlet pipe are 110 pipes, the inner diameter is 100mm, the length of the 110 push water pipe is 1.2m, the outer diameter of an air hood is 160mm, the inner diameter is 150mm, and the width of a push water area is 2m.
The flow rates and flow rates at different positions of the surface layers of the flow channels of the air pushing (flat plate) group, the air pushing (arc plate) group and the stripping group are shown in table 1, and can be seen from table 1: compared with the air pushing (flat plate) group and the air pushing (arc plate) group, the air stripping group has lower flow rates of the water inlet, 1/4 part, 1/2 part, 3/4 part and the water outlet on the surface layer, and the water inlet, 1/4 part, 1/2 part, 3/4 part and the water outlet on the bottom layer, has higher flow rates, and has higher flow rate of the air stripping group, which indicates that the air stripping group has higher water pushing efficiency.

According to experimental data comparison, compared with the traditional air pushing (flat plate) group and the air pushing (arc plate) group, the air stripping group has the advantages that the flow velocity distribution difference in the vertical direction of the section is greatly reduced, the dissolved oxygen amount of the bottom water body is improved by 30% -200%, the accumulation of bottom excrement and residues is basically eliminated, and the capacity and the feed conversion efficiency of the cultured fishes are improved by good ecological environment.
The recommended proper densities and bait coefficients of grass carp, mandarin fish and bass cultivated in the air pushing (flat plate) group, air pushing (arc plate) group and air stripping group flow channels are shown in table 2.
