According to the method, an attendance terminal collects real-time input data of students during attendance in real time and sends the real-time input data to a server, the server generates real-time input information, the server performs matching selection on the pre-input information according to the real-time input information, the unmatched pre-input information is determined as non-attendance information, the server generates non-attendance prompt information according to the non-attendance prompt information and sends the non-attendance prompt information to a mobile terminal of the non-attendance students, and the purpose of prompting the non-attendance students to check attendance is achieved. Compared with the condition that the checked-in students are wrongly recorded as not checked-in, when the system is unexpected and the actually checked-in students are wrongly recorded as not checked-in, the students can timely react to teachers or managers having authority to change the checking-in records when receiving the prompt information of not checking-in, so that the checking-in records are more accurate. In the method, in step 101, an attendance terminal is arranged in a classroom, students check attendance within the attendance range of the attendance terminal, the attendance terminal sends real-time recorded data acquired in real time to a server, and the server generates real-time recorded information. The attendance checking end can comprise a biological identification attendance checking end, a magnetic card induction attendance checking end, a label identification attendance checking end and the like, the biological identification information can comprise fingerprint identification information, face identification information and the like, the magnetic card induction information comprises one-card information and the like, and the label information can comprise two-dimensional code information such as code scanning information, reverse code reading information and the like. Under the implementable circumstances, biological identification attendance end can be fingerprint identification attendance end, and when the student put the finger to fingerprint identification's position, fingerprint identification data can be gathered to fingerprint identification attendance end, and fingerprint identification attendance end sends fingerprint identification data to the server, and the server generates fingerprint identification information. In another practical situation, the biometric attendance terminal can be a face recognition attendance terminal, when the students enter a face recognition range, the face recognition attendance terminal can acquire face recognition data, the face recognition attendance terminal sends the face recognition data to the server, and the server generates face recognition information. In another implementation case, the magnetic card induction attendance terminal can be a one-card attendance terminal, when a student swipes a card at a position where the student swipes the card, the one-card attendance terminal can acquire one-card data, the one-card attendance terminal sends the one-card data to the server, and the server generates one-card information. In another practical situation, the label identification attendance terminal can be a code scanning identification attendance terminal, when a student identifies a two-dimensional code displayed by the code scanning identification attendance terminal by using code scanning equipment such as a mobile phone, the code scanning identification attendance terminal can acquire code scanning data under the condition of successful identification, the code scanning identification attendance terminal sends the code scanning data to a server, and the server generates code scanning information. In another practical case, the tag identification attendance terminal can be a reverse code reading attendance terminal, when a two-dimensional code is displayed in a two-dimensional code identification range by a device capable of displaying a two-dimensional code such as a mobile phone for a student, the reverse code reading attendance terminal reads the two-dimensional code, and can acquire reverse code reading data under the condition of successful reading, and the reverse code reading attendance terminal sends the reverse code reading data to the server to generate reverse code reading information.
In step 102 of the method, pre-recorded information is stored in a server in advance, the server performs matching selection on the pre-recorded information according to the real-time recorded information, and the pre-recorded information which is not matched with the real-time recorded information is determined as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over. The pre-recorded information may include pre-biometric identification information, pre-magnetic card sensing information, pre-tag identification information, and the like, the pre-biometric identification information may include pre-fingerprint identification information, pre-face identification information, and the like, the pre-magnetic card sensing information may include pre-all-card information, and the like, and the pre-tag information may include pre-two-dimensional code information, such as pre-bar code scanning information, pre-reverse code reading information, and the like. Under an implementable condition, when the real-time input information is face identification information, the server firstly calls the pre-face identification information according to the face identification information, then carries out matching selection on the pre-face identification information according to the face identification information, and determines the pre-face identification information which is not matched with the face identification information as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over. Under an implementable condition, when the real-time input information is the one-card information, the server firstly calls the pre-one-card information according to the one-card information, then carries out matching selection on the pre-one-card information according to the one-card information, and determines the pre-one-card information which is not matched with the one-card information as the non-attendance information after the attendance time is over. Under another practical condition, when the real-time input information is reverse code reading information, the server firstly calls the pre-reverse code reading information according to the reverse code reading information, then carries out matching selection on the pre-reverse code reading information according to the reverse code reading information, and determines the pre-reverse code reading information which is not matched with the reverse code reading information as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over. In step 103 of the method, the server generates non-attendance prompt information according to the non-attendance information, where the non-attendance information includes non-attendance student contact information, and the non-attendance student contact information may include contact information of non-attendance students themselves, contact information of parents corresponding to the non-attendance students, and other contact information corresponding to the non-attendance students, for example, the non-attendance students may include contact information such as mobile phone numbers of non-attendance students, mailboxes of non-attendance students, and related system login accounts of the non-attendance students, and the parents corresponding to the non-attendance students may include contact information such as mobile phone numbers of parents of the non-attendance students, mailboxes of parents of the non-attendance students, and related system login accounts of the parents of the non-attendance students. In an implementable scenario, a face recognition attendance terminal, a one-card attendance terminal and a reverse code reading attendance terminal can be arranged in a classroom, and pre-face recognition information, pre-one-card attendance information, pre-reverse code reading information and the like are stored in a server in advance.
Firstly, a face recognition attendance terminal collects students entering a face recognition range in real time to obtain face recognition data, and the face recognition attendance terminal sends the face recognition data to a server to generate face recognition information; when a student swipes the one-card at a designated card swiping position, the one-card attendance terminal can acquire one-card data, and the one-card attendance terminal sends the one-card data to the server to generate one-card information; when a student displays a two-dimensional code in a two-dimensional code identification range by using equipment capable of displaying the two-dimensional code, such as a mobile phone and the like, the two-dimensional code is read by a reverse code reading attendance terminal, the reverse code reading attendance terminal can acquire reverse code reading data under the condition of successful reading, and the reverse code reading attendance terminal sends the reverse code reading data to a server to generate reverse code reading information;
then, the server firstly calls pre-face recognition information according to the face recognition information, then carries out matching selection on the pre-face recognition information according to the face recognition information, and determines the pre-face recognition information which is not matched with the face recognition information as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over; when the real-time input information is one-card information, the server calls the one-card information according to the one-card information, then matches and selects the one-card information according to the one-card information, and determines the one-card information which is not matched with the one-card information as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over; when the real-time input information is reverse code reading information, the server firstly calls the pre-reverse code reading information according to the reverse code reading information, then carries out matching selection on the pre-reverse code reading information according to the reverse code reading information, and determines the pre-reverse code reading information which is not matched with the reverse code reading information as non-attendance information after the attendance time is over.
And then, the server generates non-attendance character prompt information according to the non-attendance information, wherein the non-attendance information comprises the mobile phone numbers of non-attendance students, and the server determines the corresponding mobile phones according to the mobile phone numbers of the non-attendance students.
And finally, the server sends the non-attendance word prompt information to the mobile phones of the non-attendance students, so that the purpose of prompting the non-attendance students that the attendance is not performed is achieved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a classroom attendance method for generating real-time input information according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, acquiring real-time entry information from an attendance checking terminal includes: step 201, obtaining a classroom enabling instruction; step 202, starting an attendance terminal according to a classroom starting instruction to instruct the attendance terminal to acquire real-time recording data in real time; and step 203, generating real-time input information according to the real-time input data.
In step 201, in one implementation case, a designated time for activating the classroom may be set in the server, and the server generates a classroom activation instruction when the time detected by the server satisfies the designated time. In another implementation, when a teacher or other administrator with permission to open a classroom opens the classroom by face recognition, fingerprint recognition, card swiping recognition, and the like, the server confirms that the teacher or other administrator with permission to open the classroom opens the classroom and generates the classroom enabling instruction.
In step 202 of the method, the server starts an attendance checking end according to a classroom starting instruction, the attendance checking end starts working, the attendance checking end collects real-time recorded data in real time and sends the real-time recorded data to the server.
In step 203 of the method, the server receives real-time entry data from an attendance checking terminal and generates real-time entry information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a process of determining non-attendance information by a classroom attendance method according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the real-time entry information includes a real-time entry time corresponding to the real-time entry information;
correspondingly, matching and selecting the pre-recorded information according to the real-time recorded information, and determining the pre-recorded information which is not matched with the real-time recorded information as the non-attendance information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: step 301, obtaining class schedule information, and determining first attendance time information according to the class schedule information, wherein the first attendance time information is used for representing a time range in which attendance can be performed; step 302, judging whether the real-time input time information meets first attendance time information; and 303, determining pre-recorded information corresponding to the real-time recording time information which does not meet the first attendance time information as non-attendance information under the condition that the real-time recording time information does not meet the first attendance time information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the real-time input time is used for representing the time when the attendance terminal acquires the real-time input data, for example, the time when the face recognition attendance terminal acquires the face recognition data is the real-time input time corresponding to the face recognition information.
In step 301 of the method, the server obtains the schedule information, and the method for obtaining the schedule information may include: a teacher or other managers with authority can input the schedule information in the server, and the server obtains the schedule information; the server can be in communication connection with the educational administration system, and can acquire the courseware information through the educational administration system. The server determines first attendance time information according to the class schedule information, wherein the first attendance time information is used for representing a time range in which attendance can be performed, for example, when the class schedule information contains information used for representing classes from 9 am to 9 am and 45 minutes, the server can determine first attendance time information used for representing classes from 9 am to 9 am and 45 minutes from 8 am to 9 am, wherein the class information is used for representing classes from 9 am to 45 minutes. It is understood that the time for attendance checking can be slightly earlier than the beginning of the class, so as to avoid the students waiting for attendance checking before the beginning of the class.
In step 302 of the method, the server determines whether the real-time recording time information meets the first attendance time information. When the time range within which the attendance can be performed is regarded as the checked-in time, and when the time range outside the time range within which the attendance can be performed is regarded as the checked-in time, the checked-in time is regarded as the checked-in time.
In step 303 of the method, when the real-time entry time information does not satisfy the first attendance time information, the pre-entry information corresponding to the real-time entry time information that does not satisfy the first attendance time information is determined as non-attendance information. For example, when the real-time entry time information is fingerprint identification information and the fingerprint identification information includes real-time entry time corresponding to the fingerprint identification information, the server determines that the pre-entry information matched with the fingerprint identification information is non-attendance information when the server determines that the real-time entry time corresponding to the fingerprint identification information does not satisfy the first attendance time information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a process of determining abnormal attendance information by using a classroom attendance method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: step 401, when the real-time recording time information meets the first attendance time information, determining pre-recording information matched with the real-time recording information meeting the attendance time information as checked-in information; step 402, determining second attendance time information according to the class schedule information, wherein the second attendance time information is used for representing a time range in which normal attendance can be performed; step 403, judging whether the real-time recording time corresponding to the checked-in information meets second checked-in time information; and step 404, determining the checked-in information as abnormal checking-in information under the condition that the real-time recording time corresponding to the checked-in information does not meet the second checking-in time information.
In step 401 of the method, when the real-time entry time information meets the first attendance time information, the pre-entry information matched with the real-time entry information meeting the attendance time information is determined as the checked-in information.
