Abstract
本发明一种沼气发电机组,包括燃气发动机、进气系统、排气系统、冷却系统。该沼气发电机组具有热效率高,燃料消耗率低,经济性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气发电技术领域,具体涉及沼气发电机组。
背景技术
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用可再生清洁能源沼气发电的沼气发电机组,包括燃气发动机、进气系统、排气系统、冷却系统,本发明热效率高,燃料消耗率低,经济性好。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种沼气发电机组,包括燃气发动机、进气系统、排气系统、冷却系统,燃气发动机还包括冷却润滑系统,冷却润滑系统设置有冷却用的管道。进气系统还包括空气滤清器、废气涡轮机、压气机和混合器,设置有冷却用的管道,压气机将增压后的空气和废气送入混合器,混合器将沼气、空气和废气混合成所述的燃气发动机的燃气,废气涡轮机设置有冷却用的管道。排气系统还包括消声器。冷却系统还包括高温冷却系统和低温冷却系统,高温冷却系统和低温冷却系统均为闭式冷却循环系统。
高温冷却系统设置有一体式散热器,通过冷却润滑系统的冷却管道对燃气发动机进行冷却,通过废气涡轮机的冷却管道对送入混合器的废气进行初次冷却,通过一体式散热器向外界换热。
低温冷却系统设置有中冷器,通过进气系统的冷却管道对燃气再次冷却使所述的燃气到达进气温度要求,通过中冷器向外界换热。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1~4所示,在本发明的实施例中,一种沼气发电机组,包括燃气发动机1、进气系统2、排气系统3、冷却系统4,燃气发动机1还包括冷却润滑系统11,冷却润滑系统11设置有冷却用的管道。进气系统2还包括空气滤清器21、废气涡轮机22、压气机23和混合器24,设置有冷却用的管道,压气机23将增压后的空气和废气送入混合器24,混合器24将沼气、空气和废气混合燃气发动机的燃气,废气涡轮机22设置有冷却用的管道。排气系统3还包括消声器31。冷却系统4还包括高温冷却系统41和低温冷却系统42,高温冷却系统41和低温冷却42系统均为闭式冷却循环系统。
高温冷却系统41设置有一体式散热器43,通过冷却润滑系统11的冷却管道对燃气发动机1进行冷却,通过废气涡轮机22的冷却管道对送入混合器的废气进行初次冷却,通过一体式散热器43向外界换热。
低温冷却系统42设置有中冷器44,通过进气系统2的冷却管道对燃气再次冷却使燃气到达进气温度要求,通过中冷器44向外界换热。
Claims (3)
1.一种沼气发电机组,包括燃气发动机(1)、进气系统(2)、排气系统(3)、冷却系统(4),其特征在于:
所述的燃气发动机(1)还包括冷却润滑系统(11),所述的冷却润滑系统(11)设置有冷却用的管道;
所述的进气系统(2)还包括空气滤清器(21)、废气涡轮机(22)、压气机(23)和混合器(24),设置有冷却用的管道,所述的压气机(23)将增压后的空气和废气送入所述的混合器(24),所述的混合器(24)将沼气、空气和废气混合成所述的燃气发动机的燃气,所述的废气涡轮机(22)设置有冷却用的管道;
所述的排气系统(3)还包括消声器(31);
所述的冷却系统(4)还包括高温冷却系统(41)和低温冷却系统(42),所述的高温冷却系统(41)和所述的低温冷却(42)系统均为闭式冷却循环系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发电机组,其特征在于:所述的高温冷却系统(41)设置有一体式散热器(43),通过所述的冷却润滑系统(11)的冷却管道对燃气发动机(1)进行冷却,通过所述的废气涡轮机(22)的冷却管道对送入混合器的废气进行初次冷却,通过所述的一体式散热器(43)向外界换热。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发电机组,其特征在于:所述的低温冷却系统(42)设置有中冷器(44),通过所述的进气系统(2)的冷却管道对燃气再次冷却使所述的燃气到达进气温度要求,通过所述的中冷器(44)向外界换热。
