模块化房屋已经开始渐渐走进人们的视野中,模块化房屋就是将房子的组成部分分化成不同的功能模块,用标准化、模块化、通用化生产实现工厂制造,房屋组装方便快速。模块化房屋在建造时需要先制作墙板,由于模块房墙板相对传统砖砌房屋墙体较薄,因此模块房墙板的保温及防水性能要求高,但是现有的模块房墙板大多是墙板内侧或内部铺设一层保温板,防水保温效果一般。

一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,包括两个墙板及设在两个墙板中间的填充层,其步骤如下:
(1)制备墙板:
准备模具,并在模具内涂刷脱模剂;
在模具内架设钢筋笼,然后将搅拌好的防水混凝土浇筑在模具内,室温下12-16h后脱模,然后养护15-20天;
(2)制备填充层:
填充层包括保温芯板和填充料;
准备填充料,其组分按重量份数配比如下:磷酸三钠20-23份、草酸14-16份、尿醛胶1-2份、防水剂6-9份、石膏粉4-6份、玻璃丝2-4份、聚苯泡沫颗粒2-4份、氯化镁55-65份、氧化镁45-60份;
将两个墙板固定在模具内,将芯板固定在模具内中部,将搅拌均匀后的填充料浇筑在模具内,室温下20-24h脱模,然后养护8-10天;
(3)墙板外表面处理:在制作好的墙板外侧涂刷2-3层防水层,晾干后涂刷1-2层防火层。
特别的,所述步骤(1)中防水混凝土内的水泥用量大于300kg/m3,水灰比小于0.55,砂率为35%-45%,灰砂比为1:2-2.5。

(2)制备填充层:
填充层包括保温芯板和填充料;
准备填充料,其组分按重量份数配比如下:磷酸三钠20-23份、草酸14-16份、尿醛胶1-2份、防水剂6-9份、石膏粉4-6份、玻璃丝2-4份、聚苯泡沫颗粒2-4份、氯化镁55-65份、氧化镁45-60份;
将两个墙板固定在模具内,将芯板固定在模具内中部,将搅拌均匀后的填充料浇筑在模具内,室温下20-24h脱模,然后养护8-10天;
(3)墙板外表面处理:在制作好的墙板外侧涂刷2-3层防水层,晾干后涂刷1-2层防火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中防水混凝土内的水泥用量大于300kg/m3,水灰比小于0.55,砂率为35%-45%,灰砂比为1:2-2.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的防水剂为高级脂肪酸防水剂和无机铝盐防水剂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中保温芯板为岩棉保温板或聚氨酯保温板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中防水层涂料为防水乳化沥青涂料、沥青氯丁橡胶涂料、沥青酚醛防水涂料中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块房保温防水墙板制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中防火层涂料由硅酸盐水泥、无机高温黏结剂、膨胀珍珠岩、硅酸铝纤维、改性剂、硬化剂、防水剂、水混合而成。
