The invention further provides a battery scraper, which comprises a front frame, a rear frame hinged with the front frame, a cab arranged on the front frame and the proposed emergency stop control system, wherein the number of emergency stop switches is three, one of the emergency stop switches is arranged in the cab, and the other two emergency stop switches are arranged on the rear frame. The battery scraper has the function of emergency stop, so that the scraper can be stopped emergently in case of emergency, and the high-voltage power supply of the battery pack is cut off, thereby effectively protecting the safety of operators and equipment.
The above examples are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and equivalents can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and it is intended that all such modifications and equivalents fall within the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A battery scraper emergency stop control system is characterized by comprising a vehicle control unit, a display, a battery pack, an inverter, a walking motor, a start switch, a switch, at least one emergency stop switch, a safety relay and a storage battery;
the display is connected with the vehicle control unit and used for receiving and displaying a display signal from the vehicle control unit and sending a control signal to the vehicle control unit when the display is operated;
the battery pack is connected with the walking motor through the inverter and used for supplying power to the walking motor; the battery pack is connected with the vehicle control unit and the display and used for supplying power to the vehicle control unit and the display; the vehicle control unit sends a switching-on/off signal to the main contactor to control whether the battery pack can supply power to the outside;
the starting switch is connected with the vehicle control unit and used for sending a starting and stopping signal to the vehicle control unit and controlling the starting and stopping of a vehicle control system of the battery scraper;
the emergency stop switch is connected with the safety controller and used for sending an emergency stop signal to the safety relay;
the safety relay is connected with the vehicle control unit and used for forwarding the emergency stop signal to the vehicle control unit;
the storage battery is connected with the vehicle control unit and the display and is used as a standby power supply when the battery pack is powered off;
and the vehicle control unit is connected with the inverter, sends a control command to the inverter and controls the running of the walking motor through the inverter.

The battery scraper emergency stop control system of claim 1, further comprising a front light and a rear light, wherein the front light and the rear light are both connected to the vehicle control unit, and the vehicle control unit is capable of sending control signals to the front light and the rear light to control the turning on and off of the two lights.
3. The battery scraper emergency stop control system of claim 2, wherein the front and rear lights are low beam lights.
4. The battery scraper emergency stop control system of claim 1, wherein there are three emergency stop switches, and three emergency stop switches are connected in series.
5. The battery scraper emergency stop control system of claim 4, wherein the emergency stop switch comprises two sets of normally closed contacts, the two sets of normally closed contacts being connected to two sets of sensing contacts of the safety relay, respectively.
6. The battery scraper emergency stop control system of any one of claims 1-5, wherein a reset button is provided on the display, and when pressed, a reset control signal can be sent to the vehicle control unit via the display.
7. A battery scraper emergency stop control method, comprising:
(1) start and stop control of vehicle control system under stopping state of battery scraper
a. When the whole vehicle control system is not started, a starting switch is closed, a starting signal is sent to the whole vehicle controller, the whole vehicle control system is normally started, if an emergency stop switch is pressed, an emergency stop signal is sent to a safety relay, the safety relay forwards the emergency stop signal to the whole vehicle controller after receiving the emergency stop signal, the whole vehicle controller sends an alarm signal to a display after receiving the emergency stop signal, the display sends an emergency stop activated alarm, the whole vehicle controller sends a disconnection control signal to a main contactor of a battery pack to disconnect the main contactor, and the battery scraper cannot be started; if the emergency stop switch is released, the display does not send out the activated emergency stop alarm, the main contactor is closed, and the scraper has the starting condition;
b. when the whole vehicle control system is in a running state, the starting switch is switched off, a stop signal is sent to the whole vehicle controller, and the emergency stop switch is pressed or released, so that the whole vehicle control system is shut down within a plurality of seconds and normally stops;
(2) emergency stop control in operating state of battery scraper
c. The whole vehicle control system normally operates, if the emergency stop switch is pressed, an emergency stop signal is sent to the safety relay, the safety relay forwards the emergency stop signal to the whole vehicle controller after receiving the emergency stop signal, and the whole vehicle controller executes the following steps after receiving the emergency stop signal:
sending a disconnection control signal to a main contactor of the battery pack to disconnect the main contactor;
sending a parking control instruction to an inverter, controlling the walking motor to stop by the inverter, and stopping the scraper;
sending an alarm signal to a display, and sending an alarm that the emergency stop is activated by the display;
sending a lamp turn-on signal to the front and rear lamps causes the lamps to turn on.
8. The battery scraper emergency stop control method of claim 7, wherein after the scraper is stopped, the display continues to alarm, the emergency stop switch is released, and a reset key on the display is pressed, and the alarm is turned off.
9. The battery scraper emergency stop control method according to any one of claims 7 to 8, wherein the front lamp and the rear lamp are both low beam lamps.
10. A battery scraper comprising a front frame, a rear frame hinged to the front frame, a cab disposed on the front frame, and the emergency stop control system of any of claims 1-6, wherein there are three emergency stop switches, one of which is disposed in the cab and the other two of which are disposed on the rear frame.
