Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆及其制备方法,该水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆包括以下组分及其重量份数:水性超支化环氧树脂40~60份;分散剂1~5份;屏蔽颜料20~40份;填料10~20份;防沉助剂1~5份和去离子水10~30份。本发明的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆具有十分优异的屏蔽效果,可以阻碍或延缓腐蚀介质如水、离子、氧气等透过涂层而腐蚀金属,可以用于工业领域,提高涂层对金属的保护功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
环氧云铁中间漆、环氧玻璃鳞片中间漆经常用于防腐领域,起到屏蔽、阻隔的作用从而提高防腐性能。在水性防腐涂料领域广泛采用水性环氧中间漆作为屏蔽层。但是通常水性环氧树脂中含有一定的亲水性聚氧乙烯醚链段。由于漆膜干燥后,聚氧乙烯醚亲水链段仍然存在于漆膜中导致高吸水率,当水、离子等腐蚀介质达到中间层时,高吸水率会严重降低漆膜的屏蔽效果,防腐性能难以达到预期。因此,需开发新型的水性环氧中间屏蔽漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆及其制备方法,具有优异的屏蔽性能。
本发明的目的一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆包括以下组分及其重量分数:

水性超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分及其重量份数:
超支化环氧树脂 40~60份;
纳米材料分散液 5~10份;
去离子水 40~60份;
超支化环氧树脂由以下重量份数的组分:15~35份的二元酸、65~85份的三官能度的三缩水甘油醚和0.03~0.08份催化剂在140~160℃条件下反应3~6h合成;
催化剂选自N,N-二甲基苄胺、三苯基膦、四丁基溴化铵中的一种;
纳米分散液包括以下组分及其重量份数:
主元素前驱体选自氯化钠、氯化钙、氯化镁、四氯化钛、三氯化铝、氯化亚铁、氯化铜、氯化铍、氯化锶、氯化钡、氯化硼、氯化锗、氯化锡、氯化铅、氯化砷、氯化锶、氯化镍、氯化钒、氯化镓中的至少一种;
掺杂元素前驱体选自磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钾、硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硫酸钠、硫酸钾中的至少一种;
亲油供体选自正己基三氯硅烷、正己基三甲氧基硅烷、正己基三乙氧基硅烷、正辛基三氯硅烷、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷、正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、十二烷基三氯硅烷、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十二烷基羧酸、十六烷基羧酸、十二烷基磺酸中的至少一种。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中纳米分散液的pH为2~5,和/或,固含量为15%~25%,和/或,粘度值控制在25℃条件下过涂-4杯为10-25s。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中纳米分散液中的纳米材料的粒径为15nm~200nm。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中二元酸为乙二酸、己二酸、葵二酸、对苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸中的一种或任意组合。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中三官能度三缩水甘油醚为三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚、甘油三缩水甘油醚中的一种或任意组合。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中纳米分散液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水解:
将20~30份去离子水、1~5份碱中和剂、4~7份低级醇依次投入到一反应釜,开启搅拌;在一高位槽中加入剩余的去离子水和剩余的低级醇,300~800r/min速度下搅拌,将主元素前驱体、掺杂元素前驱体和亲油供体依次慢速加入,并搅拌形成均匀的溶液;将高位槽中的溶液匀速滴加到反应釜中,滴加时间为2~5h,滴加完成后,继续反应1~5h后升温至80~120℃,反应2~8h后,降至室温;
(2)离心分离:
将反应器中的液体导入离心器中以3000~5000r/min的速度离心分离,时间30~60min;
(3)抽滤:
离心分离后的液体在-0.4Mpa~-0.9Mpa真空压力下抽滤,滤掉固体物质,所得清液即为纳米分散液。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中碱中和剂选自氢氧化钾、氢氧化锂、氨水、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺中的至少一种。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,低级醇选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、戊醇中的至少一种;和/或,的分散剂为BYK-190、TEGO-760W、TEGO-628、TEGO-650、TEGO-757W中的至少一种;和/或,的屏蔽颜料为云母、云母氧化铁、玻璃鳞片中的至少一种;和/或,的填料为碳酸钙、硅微粉、滑石粉、硫酸钙中的至少一种;和/或,的防沉助剂为膨润土、聚酰胺蜡、气相二氧化硅中的至少一种。
上述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆中水性超支化环氧树脂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将超支化环氧树脂投入分散釜中,升温至60~100℃,开启高速分散;
(2)滴加纳米材料分散液,高速分散1~2h;
(3)加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,过滤,即可。
本发明还提供一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分及总量分数准备原料:
(2)将去离子水加入拉缸中后再将分散剂加入去离子水中搅拌均匀,依次加入屏蔽颜料、填料、防沉助剂,以600~1000r/min的速度分散30min~60min至细度达到小于等于80μm;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的产物加入水性超支化环氧树脂,以400~600r/min的速度搅拌30min~60min即可。
本发明的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆具有十分优异的屏蔽效果,可以阻碍或延缓腐蚀介质如水、离子、氧气等透过涂层而腐蚀金属,可以用于工业领域,提高涂层对金属的保护功能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分及其重量份数:
己二酸(工业级) 22份;
三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚(工业级) 77.5份;
N,N-二甲基苄胺(工业级) 0.5份;
在四口烧瓶中加入77.5份三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚,22份己二酸,0.5份N,N-二甲基苄胺。开启冷凝水,升温至150℃,反应4h,然后降至室温,过滤备用。
纳米分散液包括以下组分及重量份数:
取26份去离子水,2份乙醇加入高位槽中,然后依次缓慢加入28份四氯化钛,1.2份磷酸二氢钠和4.8份十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,搅拌均匀,备用。在反应釜中加入30份去离子水,5份乙醇和3份氨水,500r/min速度下搅拌。滴加高位槽中的溶液,用3h滴加完毕,滴完后反应2h。然后升温至90℃,反应3h,然后降至室温。
用离心器将反应液以4000r/min的速度离心45min,然后在-0.4Mpa~-0.9Mpa真空压力下抽滤,滤去固体,得到清液即为实施例1的纳米分散液。该分散液的固含量为20%,pH为3.2,平均粒径为35nm,粘度为在25℃条件下过涂-4杯为12s。
本实施例的水性超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分和重量份数:
超支化环氧树脂 48份;
纳米材料分散液 8份;
去离子水 44份;
制备过程如下:将48份超支化环氧树脂投入分散釜中,升温至80℃,开启高速分散;滴加8份纳米材料分散液,高速分散1h;最后加入44份去离子水,搅拌均匀,过滤即可。
水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆的包括以下组分和重量分数:
制备工艺如下:
将10份去离子水加入拉缸中,然后加入3份BYK-190,搅拌均匀。在搅拌状态下,依次加入10份云母粉,15份云母氧化特,10份滑石粉,2份有机膨润土,1000r/min高速分散60min至细度达到80μm。加入50份水性超支化环氧树脂搅拌45min,即得到本实施例的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆。
实施例2:
超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分及其重量份数:
葵二酸(工业级) 28份;
三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚(工业级) 71.6份;
N,N-二甲基苄胺(工业级) 0.4份;
在四口烧瓶中加入71.6份三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚,28份己二酸,0.4份N,N-二甲基苄胺,开启冷凝水,升温至150℃,反应4h,然后降至室温,过滤备用。
纳米分散液包括以下组分及重量份数:
取25份去离子水,3份异丙醇加入高位槽中,然后依次缓慢加入22份四氯化钛,10份氯化铝,2.5份磷酸二氢钠和7份十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,搅拌均匀,备用。在反应釜中加入20份去离子水,6份异丙醇和4.5份N,N-二甲基乙醇胺,开启搅拌。滴加高位槽中的溶液,用2.5h滴加完毕,滴完后反应3h。然后升温至80℃,反应4h,然后降至室温。用离心器将反应液离心,然后抽滤,滤去固体,得到清液即为实施例2的纳米分散液,该纳米分散液的固含量为23%,pH为3,平均粒径为60nm,粘度为在25℃条件下过涂-4杯为13s。
本实施例的水性超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分和重量份数:
超支化环氧树脂 50份;
纳米材料分散液 5份;
去离子水 45份;
制备过程如下:将50份超支化环氧树脂投入分散釜中,升温至80℃,开启高速分散;滴加5份纳米材料分散液,高速分散1h;最后加入45份去离子水,搅拌均匀,过滤即可。
水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆的包括以下组分和重量分数:
制备工艺如下:
将14份去离子水加入拉缸中,然后加入2份TEGO715W分散剂,搅拌均匀。在搅拌状态下,依次加入6份云母粉,10份玻璃鳞片,12份硫酸钡,1份气相二氧化硅,800r/min高速分散45min至细度达到80μm。加入55份水性超支化环氧树脂搅拌60min,即得到本实施例的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆。
将对比例市售环氧乳液WB6001,按照实施例1中的相同配方制成水性环氧涂料,搭配固化剂异氟尔酮二胺,按照环氧基:活泼氢理论比的90%配漆,与实施例1~2以及对比例的性能测试结果如表1所示:

本发明的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆具有十分优异的屏蔽效果,可以阻碍或延缓腐蚀介质如水、离子、氧气等透过涂层而腐蚀金属,可以用于工业领域,提高涂层对金属的保护功能。

Claims (10)
1.一种水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量分数:
所述水性超支化环氧树脂包括以下组分及其重量份数:
超支化环氧树脂 40~60份;
纳米材料分散液 5~10份;
去离子水 40~60份;
所述超支化环氧树脂由以下重量份数的组分:15~35份的二元酸、65~85份的三官能度的三缩水甘油醚和0.03~0.08份催化剂在140~160℃条件下反应3~6h合成;
所述催化剂选自N,N-二甲基苄胺、三苯基膦、四丁基溴化铵中的一种;
所述纳米分散液包括以下组分及其重量份数:
所述主元素前驱体选自氯化钠、氯化钙、氯化镁、四氯化钛、三氯化铝、氯化亚铁、氯化铜、氯化铍、氯化锶、氯化钡、氯化硼、氯化锗、氯化锡、氯化铅、氯化砷、氯化锶、氯化镍、氯化钒、氯化镓中的至少一种;
所述掺杂元素前驱体选自磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钾、硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硫酸钠、硫酸钾中的至少一种;
所述亲油供体选自正己基三氯硅烷、正己基三甲氧基硅烷、正己基三乙氧基硅烷、正辛基三氯硅烷、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷、正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、十二烷基三氯硅烷、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十二烷基羧酸、十六烷基羧酸、十二烷基磺酸中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述纳米分散液的pH为2~5,和/或,固含量为15%~25%,和/或,粘度值控制在25℃条件下过涂-4杯为10~25s。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述纳米分散液中的纳米材料的粒径为15nm~200nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述二元酸为乙二酸、己二酸、葵二酸、对苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸中的一种或任意组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述三官能度三缩水甘油醚为三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚、甘油三缩水甘油醚中的一种或任意组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述纳米分散液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水解:
将20~30份所述去离子水、1~5份所述碱中和剂、4~7份所述低级醇依次投入到一反应釜,开启搅拌;在一高位槽中加入剩余的去离子水和剩余的所述低级醇,300~800r/min速度下搅拌,将主元素前驱体、所述掺杂元素前驱体和所述亲油供体依次慢速加入,并搅拌形成均匀的溶液;将所述高位槽中的溶液匀速滴加到所述反应釜中,滴加时间为2~5h,滴加完成后,继续反应1~5h后升温至80~120℃,反应2~8h后,降至室温;
(2)离心分离:
将反应器中的液体导入离心器中以3000~5000r/min的速度离心分离,时间30~60min;
(3)抽滤:
离心分离后的液体在-0.4Mpa~-0.9Mpa真空压力下抽滤,滤掉固体物质,所得清液即为所述纳米分散液。
7.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述碱中和剂选自氢氧化钾、氢氧化锂、氨水、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述低级醇选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、戊醇中的至少一种;和/或,所述的分散剂为BYK-190、TEGO-760W、TEGO-628、TEGO-650、TEGO-757W中的至少一种;和/或,所述的屏蔽颜料为云母、云母氧化铁、玻璃鳞片中的至少一种;和/或,所述的填料为碳酸钙、硅微粉、滑石粉、硫酸钙中的至少一种;和/或,所述的防沉助剂为膨润土、聚酰胺蜡、气相二氧化硅中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的水性超支化环氧中间屏蔽漆,其特征在于,所述水性超支化环氧树脂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述超支化环氧树脂投入分散釜中,升温至60~100℃,以800-1200r/min的速度高速分散;
(2)滴加所述纳米材料分散液,以800-1200r/min的速度高速分散1~2h;
(3)加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,过滤,即可。
