Abstract
The invention relates to a filling agent, which consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35-79.5% of filler, 20-60% of epoxy resin curing agent and 0.5-5% of pigment. The invention has the advantages that: reasonable raw material design, convenient preparation, high impact strength, small shrinkage, good sound insulation effect, higher rigidity and hardness, comprehensive performance and wide application environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filling agent.
Background
The filler is also called filler and filler. The function of which is to add solid substances to the material to improve the properties or to reduce the cost. Fillers are generally water-free, neutral, organic, inorganic, metallic or non-metallic powders which do not adversely affect the material components. However, the existing filler is often single in component and has respective defects, such as low impact strength, large contractibility, no sound insulation, and weak rigidity and hardness, so that most of the existing fillers cannot adapt to various requirements and complex use environments, and are very troublesome. Therefore, a novel filler with high impact strength, small shrinkage, good sound insulation effect, higher rigidity and hardness, comprehensive performance and wide applicable environment is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a filler that solves the problems set forth above in the background art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the filler is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35-79.5% of filler, 20-60% of epoxy resin curing agent and 0.5-5% of pigment.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the epoxy resin to the curing agent in the epoxy resin curing agent is 1:1-2: 1.
As a preferred scheme, the filling agent is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35% of filler, 60% of epoxy resin curing agent and 5% of pigment.
As a preferred scheme, the filling agent is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 79.5 percent of filler, 20 percent of epoxy resin curing agent and 0.5 percent of pigment.
As a preferred scheme, the filling agent is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 57% of filler, 40% of epoxy resin curing agent and 3% of pigment.
Preferably, the specification of the filler is 100-260 meshes.
Preferably, the filler is glass beads or sand.
The invention has the advantages that: reasonable raw material design, convenient preparation, high impact strength, small shrinkage, good sound insulation effect, higher rigidity and hardness, comprehensive performance and wide application environment.
