本发明涉及PVC地板革技术领域,具体属于一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革。
背景技术
地板革,又称卷材地板,是现代居室装饰不可或缺的地面材料之一,它不仅美观,实用效果好,且具有隔音隔潮、耐磨、耐腐蚀等特点,既可用于居室地面,还可用在厨房墙面。卫生间地面和墙面以代替瓷砖。地板革属于塑料制品,是现代居室装饰不可或缺的地面材料之一,厚度2.0毫米以下,耐磨层一般小于等于0.1毫米,塑料地板革属于软质地板。但是,现有的地板革存在抗菌能力差的问题,长期使用后,地板革的表面滋生大量的细菌,对室内的环境卫生产生严重的影响,同时由于PVC地板革本身的材质问题,其低温使用性能较差,在寒冷的地区,容易出现开裂和分层的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,克服了现有技术的PVC地板革抗菌能力差和低温使用性差的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC糊100-120份、增塑剂15-30份、抗菌剂1-5份、填充剂10-15份、偶联剂3-5份和复合润滑剂3-8份。
优选地,所述的复合润滑剂包括以下重量份的原料:氯化石蜡1-3份、碳酸二甲酯2-6份、碳酸丙烯酯10-15份。
优选地,所述的抗菌剂为改性二氧化钛。
优选地,所述的改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将纳米二氧化钛分散于氧化石墨烯溶液中,然后依次加入硝酸镍和氨水,得到混合液,然后将混合液经水热反应后,将得到的沉淀水洗、干燥,得到改性二氧化钛。
优选地,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述的填充剂为碳酸钙晶须。
制备具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按重量份称取PVC糊、增塑剂、抗菌剂和偶联剂,然后将PVC糊、增塑剂、抗菌剂和偶联剂使用搅拌机加热、混合均匀,得到物料A;
S2,将复合润滑剂按重量份与填充剂混合均匀,得到物料B;
S3,将物料B加入到物料A中,同时进行搅拌混合,然后将混合后的物料通过挤出机挤压成型、冷却,得到半成品;
S4,在半成品的一面上复合布基层后,得到具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革。
优选地,复合布基层的方法包括以下步骤:
首先,在半成品的其中一面上喷涂一层邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,然后在布基层一侧表面上喷涂聚氨酯胶水,最后通过热压,将涂聚氨酯胶水布基层的一面复合在喷涂有邻苯二甲酸二辛脂的半成品表面上。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
1、本发明通过使用改性二氧化钛作为PVC地板革的抗菌组分,该改性二氧化钛在与还原氧化石墨烯和氢氧化镍复合后,形成了介电复合混合物,在还原氧化石墨烯为导电基体的作用下,二氧化钛和氢氧化镍能够在光线较暗的情况下发生电子的转移和交换,提高了PVC地板革的杀菌能力,同时改性二氧化钛内含有大量的羟基,能够在交联剂的作用下与PVC糊实现紧密的结合,从而提高了添加粉体后的PVC地板革的柔软性,使其便于铺设和使用。
2、本发明通过使用复合润滑剂,加入的碳酸二甲酯、碳酸丙烯酯不仅与PVC糊相容性好,同时还能起到润滑的作用,提高PVC地板革的柔软度。
3、由于该PVC地板革内含有改性二氧化钛,其产生的电子转移作用对碳酸二甲酯、碳酸丙烯酯具有一定的催化分解能力,在高温下碳酸二甲酯、碳酸丙烯酯能够分解产生二氧化碳气体,使该PVC地板革具有自主的防火能力,同时。
4、喷涂在半成品表面的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂在与带有聚氨酯胶水的布基层符合的过程中,在高温下,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂能与碳酸二甲酯、碳酸丙烯酯、硅烷偶联剂和聚氨酯胶水发生交联反应,使布基层与半成品紧密结合,提高了该PVC地板革的耐用性能。
5、该地板革具有较好的抗菌能力,同时可在-10℃的环境中使用,依然能够保持一定的柔软性,且具有自主防火的能力。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
将5kg纳米二氧化钛分散于60kg份含氧化石墨烯5kg份的水溶液中,然后依次加入硝酸镍2kg和氨水1.2kg,得到混合液,然后将混合液经180℃水热反应后,将得到的沉淀水洗、干燥,得到改性二氧化钛。
按重量份称取PVC糊110份、增塑剂20份、抗菌剂3份和偶联剂3份,使用搅拌机加热至110℃、混合均匀,得到物料A;将6份由氯化石蜡2份、碳酸二甲酯5份、碳酸丙烯酯12份组成的复合润滑剂按重量份与11份碳酸钙晶须混合均匀,得到物料B;将物料B加入到物料A中,同时进行搅拌混合40min,然后将混合后的物料通过挤出机挤压成型、冷却,得到半成品。
在半成品的其中一面上喷涂一层邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,然后在布基层一侧表面上喷涂聚氨酯胶水,最后通过130℃热压,将涂聚氨酯胶水布基层的一面复合在喷涂有邻苯二甲酸二辛脂的半成品表面上,得到具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革。
实施例2
将8kg纳米二氧化钛分散于60kg份含氧化石墨烯5kg份的水溶液中,然后依次加入硝酸镍2kg和氨水1.2kg,得到混合液,然后将混合液经180℃水热反应后,将得到的沉淀水洗、干燥,得到改性二氧化钛。
按重量份称取PVC糊120份、增塑剂25份、抗菌剂5份和偶联剂5份,使用搅拌机加热至110℃、混合均匀,得到物料A;将8份由氯化石蜡3份、碳酸二甲酯2份、碳酸丙烯酯15份组成的复合润滑剂按重量份与12份碳酸钙晶须混合均匀,得到物料B;将物料B加入到物料A中,同时进行搅拌混合40min,然后将混合后的物料通过挤出机挤压成型、冷却,得到半成品。
在半成品的其中一面上喷涂一层邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,然后在布基层一侧表面上喷涂聚氨酯胶水,最后通过130℃热压,将涂聚氨酯胶水布基层的一面复合在喷涂有邻苯二甲酸二辛脂的半成品表面上,得到具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革。

将实施例1-2和对照例1-2中的PVC地板革采用GB/T 31402-2015中的方法测试抗菌性能,采用GB/T 8624-2006中的方法进行防火等级测试,将PVC地板革置于-15℃的环境中进行折叠,采用GB/T 13477.7-2002中的方法测试低温柔性,结果如下表:

由上表可知,本发明的PVC地板革在使用改性二氧化钛为添加剂后,其低温性能和抗菌性能得到了提升,同时复合润滑剂有效的提高了其耐低温特性。

1.一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC糊100-120份、增塑剂15-30份、抗菌剂1-5份、填充剂10-15份、偶联剂3-5份和复合润滑剂3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,其特征在于,所述的复合润滑剂包括以下重量份的原料:氯化石蜡1-3份、碳酸二甲酯2-6份、碳酸丙烯酯10-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂为改性二氧化钛。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,其特征在于,所述的改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:将纳米二氧化钛分散于氧化石墨烯溶液中,然后依次加入硝酸镍和氨水,得到混合液,然后将混合液经水热反应后,将得到的沉淀水洗、干燥,得到改性二氧化钛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述的填充剂为碳酸钙晶须。
6.制备权利要求1-5任意一项所述的具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,按重量份称取PVC糊、增塑剂、抗菌剂和偶联剂,然后将PVC糊、增塑剂、抗菌剂和偶联剂使用搅拌机加热、混合均匀,得到物料A;
S2,将复合润滑剂按重量份与填充剂混合均匀,得到物料B;
S3,将物料B加入到物料A中,同时进行搅拌混合,然后将混合后的物料通过挤出机挤压成型、冷却,得到半成品;
S4,在半成品的一面上复合布基层后,得到具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备具有抗菌能力的PVC地板革的方法,其特征在于,复合布基层的方法包括以下步骤:
首先,在半成品的其中一面上喷涂一层邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,然后在布基层一侧表面上喷涂聚氨酯胶水,最后通过热压,将涂聚氨酯胶水布基层的一面复合在喷涂有邻苯二甲酸二辛脂的半成品表面上。
