Technical Field
The invention relates to quick-drying quick-hardening interior wall water-resistant putty and a preparation method thereof, which are applied to the field of production of decoration product binders.
Background
The existing water-resistant putty for indoor buildings in the market mostly uses white portland cement as a cementing material, and has the advantages of low early strength, slow strength increasing speed, large shrinkage rate, high cracking risk and long curing time (generally requiring about 7 days), so that the construction period is greatly prolonged. And the construction period is long and the time cost is very high. Therefore, it is a need to provide a water-resistant quick-drying putty for interior walls, which has excellent properties, rapid strength development, high early strength, low shrinkage rate and short curing time, and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the existing water-resistant putty for buildings mostly uses white portland cement as a cementing material, has low early strength, slow strength increasing speed, large shrinkage rate, high cracking risk, long curing time and the like, the invention provides the quick-drying quick-hardening interior wall water-resistant putty and the preparation method thereof.

the quick-drying quick-hardening interior wall water-resistant putty is developed by using white aluminate cement, white silicate cement, anhydrite and hemihydrate gypsum as basic cementing materials to replace cementing materials of the conventional putty, namely, the white silicate cement. The white aluminate cement is special cement, has early strength, and has the situation of reverse shrinkage in later strength. The early strength of the white silicate cement is low, the later strength is slowly enhanced, the white silicate cement and the white aluminate cement are complementary, and the properly compounded cementing material of the white silicate cement and the white aluminate cement can be hydrated to accelerate the setting and hardening time. Reacting gypsum (anhydrite and semihydrate gypsum) with cement (aluminate cement and white silicate cement) to produce ettringite, wherein the ettringite has an expansion phase, so that the hardening shrinkage of the cement can be compensated, and the risk of cracking of a cementing material is reduced; the hemihydrate gypsum has a high reaction speed, so that the cementing material can be well compensated for plastic shrinkage in a plastic stage, and the anhydrite gypsum is used for compensating for volume shrinkage of the cementing material in a later hardening stage. Calcium carbonate is a filler and does not participate in the reaction of the cementitious material. The latex powder is added to sublimate the product, so that the product has better construction performance, the cohesive force of the product is increased, the tensile strength is improved, the bending strength is enhanced, the elastic modulus is reduced, the deformability is improved, and tests such as freeze-thaw cycle and thermal aging are not needed. The viscosity of the product can be adjusted by adding cellulose ether, and the constructability and the water-retaining property of the product are improved. The addition of the starch ether ensures the anti-slip performance of the product. The water reducing agent is used, so that the product has better product stirring comfort and product workability on the premise of ensuring water demand. The addition of the polyvinyl alcohol can enable the surface of the cementing material to have better film-forming strength. The early strength agent can accelerate the early strength of the cementing material, and the retarder can be used for adjusting the construction time of the product.
By taking the white aluminate cement, the white silicate cement, the anhydrite and the hemihydrate gypsum as the basic cementing materials and matching with other preferred components and dosage ratios thereof in a system, the quick-drying quick-hardening water-resistant putty for the inner wall has the characteristics of quick-drying and quick-hardening, quick strength development, high early strength, low shrinkage rate and short curing time, can be coated with emulsion paint after 6 hours after construction, greatly shortens the curing time and the construction period, is suitable for application occasions such as short project construction period, quick renovation and client driving time, can effectively save time and cost, has excellent performance, ensures the quality and is safe to use.

and (IV) starting a fly cutter of the mixer while keeping the rotating speed of the stirring blades at 240 revolutions per minute, wherein the rotating speed of the fly cutter is 3000 revolutions per minute, and dispersing the mixture obtained in the step (III) to be uniform to obtain the quick-drying quick-hardening inner wall water-resistant putty.
