the driving device comprises a second box body, a second box body inner wall is connected with a second servo motor in an inserting mode, the second servo motor output end is connected with the second bearing inner wall in an inserting mode, the second rotating shaft input end is connected with the inner wall of the large belt pulley in an inserting mode, the third rotating shaft input end is connected with the inner wall of the small belt pulley in an inserting mode, the two small belt pulleys are connected with the inner wall of the two ends of the belt, the large belt pulley is connected with the inner wall of the middle end of the belt, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft output end are connected with the inner wall of the gear in an inserting mode, the middle end of the bottom of the movable plate is fixedly installed with the rack, the inner wall of the middle end of the top of the adjusting plate is provided with a sliding groove, and the gear and the rack are located on the inner wall of the sliding groove.

The invention provides a use method of special petroleum pipeline packing and aligning equipment, which comprises the following operation steps:
s1, starting a first servo motor, driving a rotating plate to rotate through a first rotating shaft until the rotating plate rotates to a certain angle, then moving a special petroleum pipeline to the rotating plate, connecting a stop lever to the rotating plate through threads after the special petroleum pipeline moves to the rotating plate, so that the special petroleum pipeline is prevented from falling off the rotating plate, then enabling the rotating plate to rotate in the opposite direction through the first servo motor until the rotating plate is parallel to a bottom plate, and enabling the special petroleum pipeline to be in a first U-shaped groove when the rotating plate is parallel to the bottom plate;
s2, starting the first hydraulic cylinder, driving the movable plate to ascend through the adjusting plate until the height of the movable plate is higher than that of the rotating plate, enabling the special petroleum pipeline to enter the U-shaped groove II when the height of the movable plate is higher than that of the rotating plate, supporting the special petroleum pipeline through the movable plate, and enabling two ends of the special petroleum pipeline to be separated from the rotating plate;
s3, after the pipeline is separated, a servo motor II is started, the servo motor II drives a rotating shaft II to rotate through a bearing II, the rotating shaft II drives a large belt pulley to rotate, then the large belt pulley drives two groups of small belt pulleys to rotate through a belt, the rotating small belt pulley drives a rotating shaft III to rotate, then the rotating shaft II and the rotating shaft III drive gears to rotate, the rotating gears drive racks to move left and right, the racks moving left and right drive a moving plate to move left and right through an adjusting plate, and then the moving plate drives a special petroleum pipeline to move left and right until the special petroleum pipeline is aligned with the packaged pipeline;
s4, after alignment, driving the special petroleum pipeline to descend through the first hydraulic cylinder until the special petroleum pipeline is located in the first U-shaped groove, and when the special petroleum pipeline is located in the first U-shaped groove, descending the movable plate to the lowest height through the first hydraulic cylinder;
