Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管,导管包含内层支撑屏蔽层1和外层加强层2,其中内层支撑层1采用聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺(熔点为320℃)基体的复合材料功能芯层,外层2为聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺(熔点为290℃)基体的连续纤维增强复合材料加强层。其中内层1为高熔点复合材料,在二次缠绕成型过程中起到支撑作用和屏蔽功能型作用,外层2为连续纤维增强预浸料缠绕层,提高复合材料整体力学性能。因内层1和外层2树脂基体分子结构类似,两者界面相容性优异,不会出现使用过程中分层的问题。通过本发明制备的复合材料管,解决了加工工艺性、屏蔽性能、力学性能的难题。

技术领域
本发明属于屏蔽导管领域,涉及一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,科技型产品的应用越来越多,对各种信号、电力等的传输要求也越来越高,极端环境下耐温要求越来越高。目前普通的导管不具备屏蔽功能和耐温性能,安装于其中的各种传输线在传输信号的过程中会产生电磁辐射,一方面会造成信号的泄露,降低保密效果,增加传输损耗;另一方面,电磁辐射会对信号源附近的人和物等造成持续性伤害,影响人体健康或其他设备的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题提供一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管的技术路线为:
一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管,包含内层支撑屏蔽层和外层加强层;
所述内层支撑屏蔽层采用挤出成型制备,厚度为1mm-5mm,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺(熔点为320℃) 70份
增强碳纤维(短纤维) 30份
石墨 8份
硅烷偶联剂 0.7份
所述外层加强层采用热塑性复合材料缠绕成型制备,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺(熔点为290℃) 60份
增强碳纤维(连续纤维) 40份
硅烷偶联剂 0.6份。
优选的,所述内层支撑屏蔽层的优选厚度为1mm-5mm,优选结构增强材料为碳纤维,有限屏蔽功能助剂为石墨,优选界面助剂为硅烷偶联剂。
优选的,所述外层加强层优选40%碳纤维增强聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺复合材料单向预浸带缠绕成型。
本发明有益效果在于:
本发明所提供的屏蔽管内层支撑屏蔽层采用碳纤维增强聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺复合材料,碳纤维本身具有很好的屏蔽性能,石墨的加入使热塑性树脂基体也具有屏蔽性能,从而使复合材料具有更好的屏蔽作用,能起到对电磁辐射的有效屏蔽。
碳纤维具有很好的力学性能,碳纤维增强聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺复合材料能起到对内层支撑屏蔽层的保护作用,同时也具有一定的屏蔽功能。
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺和聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺熔点相差30℃,提供了充分的加工可操作性。
内层和外层树脂基体分子结构类似,两者界面相容性优异,不会出现使用过程中分层的问题。

实施例:
一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管,包含内层支撑屏蔽层1和外层加强层2。
所述内层支撑屏蔽层1采用挤出成型制备,厚度为2mm,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺(熔点为320℃) 70份
增强碳纤维(短纤维) 30份
石墨 8份
硅烷偶联剂 0.7份
所述外层加强层2采用热塑性复合材料缠绕成型制备,厚度为2mm,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺(熔点为290℃) 60份
增强碳纤维(连续纤维) 40份
硅烷偶联剂 0.6份。
性能:屏蔽效能:40dB;取样后热变形温度278℃;环向强度950MPa,轴向强度325MPa,芯层和面层间剥离强度≥98N.mm/mm。

1.一种耐高温复合材料屏蔽管,其特征在于:导管包含内层支撑屏蔽层和外层加强层;
所述内层支撑屏蔽层采用挤出成型制备,厚度为1mm-5mm,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺(熔点为320℃) 70份
增强碳纤维(短纤维) 30份
石墨 8份
硅烷偶联剂 0.7份
所述外层加强层采用热塑性复合材料缠绕成型制备,其配方为:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺/己内酰胺(熔点为290℃) 60份
增强碳纤维(连续纤维) 40份
硅烷偶联剂 0.6份。
