The inductive switch 7, the mechanical valve I11, the mechanical valve II 12, the pneumatic valve I9, the pneumatic valve II 10, the material pushing cylinder 5 and the nail gun 8 are all controlled by a controller.

The working principle is as follows:
in an initial state, the material pushing cylinder 5 tensions the material pushing rod 6, when the collision block 13 collides with the second mechanical valve 12, the gas path is changed, the material pushing cylinder 5 is quickly reversed, the material pushing rod 6 extends out, after the lowest-layer code nail is pressed in place, the sensing switch 7 senses the code nail, the gas path is changed, the material pushing cylinder 5 tensions the material pushing rod 6 again, the lowest-layer code nail enters a to-be-operated state under the action of the coil spring 1 and the material pressing block 2, when the collision block 13 collides with the first mechanical valve 11, the gas path is changed again, the material pushing cylinder 5 is reversed again, the next material pushing is carried out, the material pushing circulation is realized, when the top-layer code nail is used, the sensing switch 7 cannot sense the code nail, the loop does not act any more, and the nail adding operation is carried;
in the nailing process, compressed air is always introduced into the first air inlet 801, the second air inlet 803 is closed, the compressed air in the first air storage chamber 802 enters the second air storage chamber 804 and drives the piston 805 to move downwards, and the piston 805 drives the iron sheet to move downwards to finish the nailing action;
when the nailing process is finished, the piston 805 moves downwards to the lowest position, the compressed air in the second air storage chamber 804 fills the gap air chamber 806 through the cylinder wall air hole 807, and the piston 805 seals the iron sheet gap;
and then keeping the first air inlet 801 to be filled with compressed air, keeping the second air inlet 803 communicated with the outside atmosphere, returning the piston 805 to the top of the second air storage chamber 804 under the driving of the compressed air at the lower side of the second air storage chamber 804 and the gap air chamber 806, and when the piston 805 leaves the bottom of the second air storage chamber 804, leaking the compressed air to the outside from the iron sheet gap 809 until the air pressure balance is restored again to finish the nailing process.
By adopting the automatic nail gun device, the nail gun speed can be effectively improved, the operation clearance time is shortened, the nail gun speed can reach 10-15 times/second, and the nail gun efficiency is greatly improved.
