Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism, which comprises: a fixing plate; the even number of first clamping assemblies are pairwise arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fixing plate; the second clamping assembly is fixedly connected below the fixing plate; wherein each of the first clamping assemblies comprises: the X-direction driving module is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the fixed plate; the first clamping block is in transmission connection with the X-direction driving module; the X-direction driving module respectively drives the first clamping block to reciprocate along the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction. According to the invention, the cover plate of the jig is clamped and disassembled through the first clamping assembly, the workpiece is clamped and disassembled through the second clamping assembly, and the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly can be synchronously carried out, so that the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the jig is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nonstandard automation. More particularly, the invention relates to a multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism.
Background
In the non-standard automation field, it is well known to use dismounting devices with different structural forms to realize efficient dismounting of the jig. In the process of researching and realizing efficient disassembly and assembly of the jig, the inventor finds that the disassembly and assembly device in the prior art has at least the following problems:
the existing dismounting device is used for splitting the jig into two independent steps in the process of dismounting the jig, so that the dismounting efficiency of the jig is low, errors are easy to occur between the two independent steps, the dismounting efficiency of the jig is further low, and the production efficiency of the dismounting device is finally reduced.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a multifunctional jig mounting and dismounting mechanism to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide the multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism, the cover plate of the jig is clamped and dismounted through the first clamping assembly, the workpiece is clamped and dismounted through the second clamping assembly, and the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly can be synchronously carried out, so that the dismounting efficiency of the jig is greatly improved.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a multifunction jig mounting and dismounting mechanism including: a fixing plate;
the even number of first clamping assemblies are pairwise arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fixing plate; and
the second clamping assembly is fixedly connected below the fixing plate;
wherein each of the first clamping assemblies comprises: the X-direction driving module is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the fixed plate; and
the first clamping block is in transmission connection with the X-direction driving module;
the X-direction driving module drives the first clamping block to do reciprocating motion along the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction respectively.
Preferably, the X-direction driving module includes: the X-direction driver is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixing plate and is arranged along the X-axis direction;
the connecting plate is in transmission connection with the power output end of the X-direction driver; and
the first lifting driver is fixedly connected to the surface of the connecting plate, arranged along the Z-axis direction, and in transmission connection with the first clamping block;
the X-direction driver drives the first clamping block to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, and the first lifting driver drives the first clamping block to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction.
Preferably, the first clamping block includes: the first connecting part is in transmission connection with the power output end of the first lifting driver; and
at least two first clamping parts, each first clamping part extends along the X-axis direction at the periphery of the first connecting part.
Preferably, the second clamping assembly comprises: a support frame with a hollow interior;
the Y-direction driver is fixedly connected inside the support frame and is arranged along the Y-axis direction; and
the two second clamping blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of the Y-direction driver along the Y-axis direction, and are in transmission connection with the power output end of the Y-direction driver;
and the Y-direction driver drives the two second clamping blocks to reciprocate along the Y-axis direction.
Preferably, the second clamping assembly further comprises: the two L-shaped connecting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting frame along the Y-axis direction and are fixedly connected with the fixing plate; and
each second lifting driver is fixedly connected to the surface of the corresponding L-shaped connecting plate, and the power output end of each second lifting driver is in transmission connection with the supporting frame;
the second lifting driver drives the second clamping block to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction.
Preferably, the second clamping block includes: the second connecting part is in transmission connection with the power output end of the Y-direction driver; and
a second clamping portion extending in a Z-axis direction at an outer periphery of the second connecting portion.
Preferably, the top end of the fixed plate is provided with a fixed part, and the fixed plate is in transmission connection with an external driving module through the fixed part.
One of the above technical solutions has the following advantages or beneficial effects: the fixture is simple in structure, reasonable in layout, high in automation degree, convenient to operate and wide in market application value.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, it can be seen that the multifunctional jig mounting and dismounting mechanism includes: a fixed plate 11;
the even number of first clamping assemblies 12 are pairwise arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fixing plate 11; and
the second clamping component 13 is fixedly connected below the fixing plate 11;
wherein each of the first clamping assemblies 12 comprises: an X-direction driving module 121 fixedly connected to front and rear sides of the fixing plate 11; and
a first clamping block 122, which is in transmission connection with the X-direction driving module 121;
the X-direction driving module 121 drives the first clamping block 122 to reciprocate along the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, respectively.
The multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism comprises a cover plate, a workpiece and a carrying disc from top to bottom, wherein the cover plate needs to be removed first when the workpiece is taken out.
Meanwhile, the first clamping assembly 12 and the second clamping assembly 13 can be synchronously operated to simultaneously disassemble and assemble the jig, so that the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the jig is greatly improved.
Further, the X-direction driving module 121 includes: an X-direction driver 1211 fixedly connected to a top end of the fixing plate 11, the X-direction driver 1211 being disposed along an X-axis direction;
a connecting plate 1212, which is in transmission connection with the power output end of the X-direction driver 1211; and
a first lifting driver 1213, which is fixedly connected to the surface of the connecting plate 1212, wherein the first lifting driver 1213 is disposed along the Z-axis direction, and a power output end of the first lifting driver 1213 is in transmission connection with the first clamping block 122;
the X-direction driver 1211 drives the first clamping block 122 to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, and the first lifting driver 1213 drives the first clamping block 122 to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction.
In a preferred embodiment, a first guide rail 1214 is disposed between the connecting plate 1212 and the fixing plate 11, the first guide rail 1214 is disposed along the X-axis direction, a movable portion of the first guide rail 1214 is in transmission connection with the connecting plate 1212, and the first guide rail 1214 guides the first clamping block 122 along the X-axis direction;
the surface of the connecting plate 1212 is provided with a second guide rail 1215, the second guide rail 125 is arranged along the Z-axis direction, a movable portion of the second guide rail 1215 is fixedly connected with the first clamping block 122 through an adapter 1216, and the second guide rail 1215 guides the first clamping block 122 along the Z-axis direction.
It can be understood that the X-direction driver 1211 drives the first clamping blocks 122 to reciprocate along the X-axis direction to control the two first clamping blocks 122 to perform opening and closing motions so as to clamp the cover plate of the fixture, and the first lifting driver 1213 drives the first clamping blocks 122 to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction so as to control the position of the first clamping blocks 122 along the Z-axis direction, so that the first clamping blocks 122 and the cover plate are located at the same height, which is convenient for the first clamping blocks 122 to clamp the cover plate, and at the same time, controls the two first clamping blocks 122 to clamp the clamped cover plate along the Z-axis direction, so as to facilitate the subsequent second clamping assembly 13 to take out or put in the workpiece in the fixture.
Further, the first clamping block 122 includes: a first connection 1221, which is in transmission connection with the power output end of the first lifting driver 1213; and
at least two first clamping portions 1222, each of the first clamping portions 1222 extends in the X-axis direction at the outer circumference of the first connection portion 1221.
It can be understood that the first clamping block 122 clamps the cover plate by the first clamping portion 1222.
Further, the second clamping assembly 13 includes: a support frame 131 having a hollow interior;
a Y-direction driver 132 fixedly connected to the inside of the supporting frame 131, wherein the Y-direction driver 132 is disposed along the Y-axis direction; and
the two second clamping blocks 133 are respectively arranged on two sides of the Y-direction driver 132 along the Y-axis direction, and the two second clamping blocks 133 are in transmission connection with the power output end of the Y-direction driver 132;
the Y-direction driver 132 drives the two second clamping blocks 133 to reciprocate along the Y-axis direction.
It can be understood that the Y-direction driver 132 drives the two second clamping blocks 133 to reciprocate along the Y-axis direction to control the two second clamping blocks 133 to open and close, so as to control the two second clamping blocks 133 to clamp the workpiece in the jig.
Further, the second clamping assembly 13 further includes: at least two L-shaped connecting plates 134, wherein the two L-shaped connecting plates 134 are respectively disposed on two sides of the supporting frame 131 along the Y-axis direction, and both the two L-shaped connecting plates 134 are fixedly connected with the fixing plate 11; and
at least two second lifting drivers 135, each second lifting driver 135 is fixedly connected to the surface of a corresponding L-shaped connecting plate 134, and the power output end of each second lifting driver 135 is in transmission connection with the supporting frame 131;
wherein the second lifting driver 135 drives the second clamping block 133 to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction.
In a preferred embodiment, a third guide rail 136 is disposed between the L-shaped connecting plate 134 and the supporting frame 131, the third guide rail 136 is disposed along the Z-axis direction, a movable portion of the third guide rail 136 is in transmission connection with the supporting frame 131, and the third guide rail 136 guides the second clamping block 133 along the Z-axis direction.
It can be understood that the second lifting driver 135 drives the second clamping block 133 to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction, so as to control the position of the second clamping block 133 along the Z-axis direction, so that the second clamping block 133 and the workpiece are located at the same height, which is convenient for the second clamping block 133 to clamp the workpiece, and at the same time, the second clamping block 133 is controlled to move along the Z-axis direction after clamping the workpiece, so as to transfer or place the workpiece into the jig.
Further, the second clamping block 133 includes: a second connection portion 1331, which is in transmission connection with the power output end of the Y-direction driver 132; and
and a second clamping portion 1332 extending in the Z-axis direction at the outer circumference of the second connection portion 1331.
It can be understood that the second clamping block 133 clamps the workpiece through the second clamping portion 1332.
Further, a fixing portion 111 is disposed at a top end of the fixing plate 11, and the fixing plate 11 is in transmission connection with an external driving module through the fixing portion 111.
It can be understood that the external driving module drives the multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism to integrally move so as to integrally control the multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism.
In conclusion, the invention provides the multifunctional jig dismounting mechanism, the cover plate of the jig is clamped and dismounted through the first clamping assembly, the workpiece is clamped and dismounted through the second clamping assembly, and the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly can be synchronously carried out, so that the dismounting efficiency of the jig is greatly improved.

a connecting plate (1212) which is in transmission connection with the power output end of the X-direction driver (1211); and
the first lifting driver (1213) is fixedly connected to the surface of the connecting plate (1212), the first lifting driver (1213) is arranged along the Z-axis direction, and the power output end of the first lifting driver (1213) is in transmission connection with the first clamping block (122);
wherein the X-direction driver (1211) drives the first clamping block (122) to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, and the first lifting driver (1213) drives the first clamping block (122) to reciprocate along the Z-axis direction;
the first clamping block (122) comprises: the first connecting part (1221) is in transmission connection with the power output end of the first lifting driver (1213); and
at least two first clamping portions (1222), each of the first clamping portions (1222) extending in an X-axis direction at an outer periphery of the first connecting portion (1221);
a first guide rail (1214) is arranged between the connecting plate (1212) and the fixing plate (11), the first guide rail (1214) is arranged along the X-axis direction, a movable part of the first guide rail (1214) is in transmission connection with the connecting plate (1212), and the first guide rail (1214) guides the first clamping block (122) along the X-axis direction;
the surface of the connecting plate (1212) is provided with a second guide rail (1215), the second guide rail (125) is arranged along the Z-axis direction, the movable part of the second guide rail (1215) is fixedly connected with the first clamping block (122) through an adapter (1216), and the second guide rail (1215) guides the first clamping block (122) along the Z-axis direction.
