Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a positioning jig for welding a workpiece, including: a fixed base 11; the positioning component 12 and the pressing component 13 are arranged at the top end of the fixed base 11;
wherein the positioning assembly 12 comprises: a movable first positioning device 121 disposed at one end of the fixed base 11; at least one set of second positioning devices 122 fixed to the middle of the fixed base 11; and at least one set of third positioning device 123 arranged at the other end of the fixed base 11;
the pressing assembly 13 includes: a rotary pressing device 131 arranged at one end of the fixed base 11; a first pressing device 132 arranged in the middle of the fixed base 11; and a second pressing device 133 arranged beside the rotary pressing device 131.
Further, the first positioning device 121 includes: a first driving cylinder 1211;
a bearing plate 1212 fixedly connected to the power output end of the first driving cylinder 1211; and
at least one positioning element 1213 fixedly connected to the top end of the carrier plate 1212;
wherein, the top end of the positioning piece 1213 is protruded upwards to extend at least 2 positioning parts 1213 a.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning members 1213 are different from each other to adapt to clamping different workpieces, and have universality.
In another embodiment, the positioning element is fixed to the top end of the fixed base 11.

The first positioning device 121 positions and fixes the front end of the workpiece by a positioning portion 1213a located at the top end of the positioning member 1213, the first driving cylinder 1211 drives the positioning member 1213 to slide back and forth along the horizontal direction, so as to clamp and fix different workpieces by different positioning members 1213, and the positioning device 1214 limits the position, thereby preventing the first driving cylinder 1211 from exceeding the stroke.
Further, the second positioning device 122 includes: a fixed base 1221; a first fixing member 1222 fixed to the top end of the fixing base 1221; and a first positioning pin 1223 fixed to a surface of the first fixing member 1222.
The second positioning device 122 positions and fixes the middle of the workpiece through the first positioning pin 1223.
Further, the third positioning device 123 includes: a second drive cylinder 1231; the air cylinder fixing seat is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the fixing base 11 through an air cylinder fixing seat 1235;
a connecting plate 1232 fixedly connected with the power output end of the second driving cylinder 1231;
second fixing members 1233 fixedly coupled to both ends of the connecting plate 1232, respectively; and
a second positioning pin 1234 fixedly connected to the top end of the second fixing member 1233;
wherein, the third positioning device 123 is obliquely arranged along the horizontal direction.
The second driving cylinder 1231 drives the connecting plate 1232 to lift upwards, and drives the second positioning pin 1234 to lift upwards at the same time, and the second positioning pin 1234 positions and fixes the rear end of the workpiece.
Further, the rotary pressing device 131 includes: a jacking rotary cylinder 1311; at least one switching block 1312 fixedly connected with the power output end of the jacking rotary cylinder 1311; and a first ram 1313 secured to the bottom end of the transfer block 1312.
The jacking rotary cylinder 131 drives the first pressure head 133 to reciprocate up and down along the vertical direction, so that the first pressure head 1313 can compress and fix the front end of the workpiece, and the workpiece is prevented from moving during machining.
Further, the first pressing device 132 includes: a first driving device 1321 fixedly connected to a side end of the fixed base 11 through a first fixed seat 1326;
a first rotating member 1322 fixedly connected with a power output end of the first driving device 1321;
a fixed cross beam 1323 fixedly connected with the first rotating piece 1322;
second pressing heads 1324 fixedly connected to two ends of the fixed cross beam 1323 respectively; and
a support seat 1325 matching the second ram 1324.
The first driving device 1321 can drive the second pressing head 1324 to rotate along the vertical direction, so that the second pressing head 1324 is matched with the supporting seat 1325 to press, fix or release the workpiece.
Further, the second pressing device 133 includes: a second driving device 1331;
a second rotating member 1332 fixedly connected with the power output end of the second driving device 1331;
an intermediate connection part 1333 fixedly connected with one end of the second rotating part 1332; and
a third positioning pin 1334 and a third pressing head 1335 fixed to one end of the middle connection piece 1333.
In a preferred embodiment, the second driving device 1331 is fixed to the top end of the fixing base 11 through a second fixing seat 1336.
The second driving device 1331 drives the third positioning pin 1334 and the third pressing head 1335 to rotate along the vertical direction, the third positioning pin 1334 can position and fix the workpiece, and the third pressing head 1335 can compress and fix the workpiece, so as to facilitate subsequent processing of the workpiece.
Further, two adjacent second positioning devices 122 and two adjacent third positioning devices 123 are arranged in a mirror image manner.
In conclusion, the positioning jig for welding the workpieces is simple in structure, convenient to assemble, replace and maintain parts, easy to operate, high in automation degree, capable of greatly improving working efficiency and reducing production cost, and capable of clamping a plurality of workpieces, further improving working efficiency and having wide market application value, and the positioning jig is used for positioning and fixing through the positioning assembly and compressing and fixing through the compressing assembly.

the bearing plate (1212) is fixedly connected with the power output end of the first driving cylinder (1211); and
at least one positioning piece (1213) fixedly connected to the top end of the bearing plate (1212);
wherein, the top end of the positioning piece (1213) is upwards protruded and extended with at least 2 positioning parts (1213 a).

a second positioning pin (1234) fixedly connected to the top end of the second fixed part (1233);
wherein the third positioning device (123) is arranged obliquely along the horizontal direction.
6. The positioning jig for welding workpieces according to claim 1, wherein the rotary pressing device (131) comprises: a jacking rotary cylinder (1311);
at least one switching block (1312) fixedly connected with the power output end of the jacking rotary cylinder (1311); and
a first ram (1313) secured to a bottom end of the transfer block (1312).
7. The positioning jig for welding workpieces according to claim 1, wherein the first pressing device (132) comprises: the first driving device (1321) is fixedly connected to the side end of the fixed base (11) through a first fixed seat (1326);
a first rotating member (1322) fixedly connected with the power output end of the first driving device (1321);
a fixed cross beam (1323) fixedly connected with the first rotating piece (1322);
the second pressure heads (1324) are fixedly connected to two ends of the fixed cross beam (1323) respectively; and
and the supporting seat (1325) is matched with the second pressure head (1324).
