With the development of human social economy and science and technology, the materials, the structure, the performance and the like of the zipper are subjected to a long evolution process, the zipper is developed from an initial metal material, a single function and a single variety to a non-metal material, a plurality of functions and a plurality of varieties, and the small zipper plays an increasingly greater role in the life of people and shows more and more importance and vitality of the small zipper.
Zippers are mainly classified into three categories according to their materials: metal zippers, resin zippers and nylon zippers; the zipper teeth of the metal zipper are discharged by a tooth arrangement machine through a copper wire or an aluminum wire, the zipper teeth of the resin zipper are discharged by an injection molding machine through polyester plastic rice, and the zipper teeth of the nylon zipper are formed by winding a central line through a heating and pressing die by using a nylon monofilament.

The processing procedure of the zipper belt in the nylon zipper sequentially comprises the following steps:

a3, dyeing the first semi-finished product;
a4, disassembling the first cloth belt and the chain belt in the first semi-finished product to obtain the colored chain belt finished product.
In the above step of processing the fastener stringer, since the fastener stringer is manufactured by winding the core rope with the monofilament and then heating the die, and the dyeing process is accompanied by a heating process, in order to prevent the fastener stringer from being deformed due to expansion and contraction in the dyeing process, the fastener stringer needs to be sewn on the tape (i.e., the first tape) first and then be dyed, thereby stabilizing and preventing the fastener stringer from being deformed in the dyeing process.

s2, processing a toothed chain belt;
s3, fixing the zipper tape on the side edge part of the cloth tape to obtain a to-be-processed product;
and S4, printing and dyeing the to-be-processed product, wherein the printing and dyeing color is different from that of the cloth belt.
The manufacturing method of the zipper has the following beneficial effects:
the cotton tape is woven by the original colored threads of the dark color system, so that the cotton tape has the same color as the original colored threads and is also of the dark color system, and therefore, the color of the cotton tape cannot be greatly influenced by printing and dyeing dyes in the subsequent printing and dyeing process, and the zipper tape is printed and dyed to be of the expected color. Therefore, the finished products of the cloth belts and the tooth chain belts with different colors can be manufactured, compared with the prior art, the processing procedure is greatly simplified, no waste part exists, and the manufacturing cost of the zipper is greatly reduced.
Further, in the step S1, the original thread is made of resin fiber, and the influence of the printing dye on the color of the cloth tape in the printing process of the step S4 is reduced, so that the printing dye is not easily attached to the cloth tape.
Further, in the step S1, the original coloring line is one of black, dark blue, dark brown and dark green, and the influence of the printing color in the printing and dyeing process of the step S4 on the color of the cloth tape itself is reduced; alternatively, the tapes are lightly colored after the printing process of step S4, but the colored colors on the black, dark blue, dark brown and dark green tapes are not so obvious, so that the overall color of the tapes is not greatly affected.
Further, in the step S2, the fastener tape is a primary-color fastener tape, and the material of the fastener tape is preferably a synthetic resin, so that the manufactured fastener tape is transparent or translucent, and the printing process is performed in the step S4 to facilitate dyeing of the fastener tape.
Further, the zipper is a nylon zipper; in step S2, the fastener chain belt comprises a core rope and a spiral coil-shaped fastener wound on the core rope; in the step S3, the fastener chain belts are fixed on the side edge portions of the cloth belts by sewing with stitches.
Further, in the step S4, since the printing color is one of red, orange, or yellow, the color of the fastener tape after printing is one of red, orange, or yellow, and the color is vivid, the aesthetic appearance and the fashion of the slide fastener can be greatly improved, and even if a small portion of the printing dyes is printed on the dark-colored tape, the entire color of the tape is not greatly affected.

The method for manufacturing the zipper and the zipper obtained by the method have the following advantages:
first, since the tape 100 is formed by knitting the original colored yarn of the dark color system, the tape 100 is the original colored tape 100 of the dark color system, and the color of the tape 100 is dark, thick, and dark.
