A high-pressure type soak device for broad bean production and processing, includes soak a section of thick bamboo (1), its characterized in that: the automatic water-soaking device is characterized in that a pneumatic mechanism (2), a turning mechanism (3), a collecting mechanism (4), a traction mechanism (5) and a discharging mechanism (6) are arranged on a soaking cylinder (1), a feeding cover (7) and a mechanical sealing seat (8) are fixedly installed at the top of the soaking cylinder (1), a speed reducer (9) is fixedly installed on the mechanical sealing seat (8), a driving motor (10) is fixedly installed on the speed reducer (9), an output shaft of the driving motor (10) is fixedly connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer (9), an output shaft of the speed reducer (9) extends into the soaking cylinder (1) through the mechanical sealing seat (8) and is fixedly provided with a rotating rod (11), a water outlet pipe (12) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the soaking cylinder (1), a manual valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe (12), a soaking box (13) is arranged in the soaking cylinder (1), and an annular chute begins to be arranged on the inner wall of the soaking, the soaking tank (13) is slidably arranged in the annular chute, a containing net (14) is embedded and arranged at the bottom of the soaking tank (13), a support (15) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the soaking cylinder (1), and a heating wire (18) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the soaking cylinder (1).

The high pressure soaking device for lima bean production and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pneumatic mechanism (2) comprises an air supply cylinder (201), a fixing rod (202), a rubber spiral sheet (203) and an air outlet bent pipe (204), the air supply cylinder (201) is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the rotating rod (11), the fixing rod (202) is fixedly installed at the top of the air supply cylinder (201), one end of the fixing rod (202) is fixedly connected with the top of the inner side of the soaking cylinder (1), the rubber spiral sheet (203) is fixedly installed on one section of outer wall of the rotating rod (11) positioned in the air supply cylinder (201), the rubber spiral sheet (203) is attached to the inner wall of the air supply cylinder (201), four air outlet bent pipes (204) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the air supply cylinder (201) and distributed in an annular array, the air outlet bent pipe (204) is positioned below the soaking box (13), one section of the air outlet bent pipe (204) extends to the inside of the air supply cylinder (201), four air inlet holes which are distributed in an annular shape are formed, five groups of air outlet holes are arranged on the outer wall of the air outlet bent pipe (204) in sequence.
