The working principle is as follows: the device is installed at a designated place through a support 15, a certain amount of water is injected into the soaking cylinder 1 by opening the feeding cover 7, the water level is ensured to be lower than an air inlet hole on the air supply cylinder 201, the heating wire 18 is controlled to be started to heat the water, after the water is heated to a designated temperature, lima beans to be soaked are poured into the soaking cylinder 1 through the feeding cover 7, the feeding cover 7 is closed, the driving motor 10 is controlled to be started, the driving motor 10 drives the rotating rod 11 to rotate through the speed reducer 9, the rubber spiral sheet 203 rotates in the air supply cylinder 201 along with the rotating rod, air in the soaking cylinder 1 is sucked into the air supply cylinder 201 through the air inlet hole and is discharged through an air outlet hole on the air outlet elbow pipe 204, the air forms bubbles in the water, the bubbles rise under the action of buoyancy and turn over the lima beans accumulated in the soaking box 13, the rotating rod 11 drives the transmission rod, the eccentric wheel 302 rotates along with the eccentric wheel, the concave platform 303 is driven by the eccentric wheel 302 and longitudinally reciprocates under the action of the soaking box 13, the containing net 14 and self gravity to drive the lima beans stored in the soaking box 13 to move together, impurities on the lima beans during soaking fall into the conical cylinder 401 through the containing net 14, the filter screen 402 intercepts the impurities, the intercepted impurities are accumulated in the material receiving cover 403, after soaking is completed, the traction cover 502 is unscrewed and pulled outwards, the soaking box 13 is lifted up and separated from water under the traction action of the traction rope 504, the soaked lima beans are drained, the traction cover 502 is hung on the hook 505 by a handle, the discharge pipe 601 extends into the soaking box 13, after draining, the negative pressure fan 603 is controlled to be started, the negative pressure fan 603 pumps the drained lima beans in the soaking box 13 into the material collecting box 602 through the material collecting box 602, the discharge pipe 601 and the suction head, and the lima bean can be discharged by screwing the discharge cover off the material collecting box 602, the manual valve on the water outlet pipe 12 is unscrewed, the water in the soaking cylinder 1 is discharged through the water outlet pipe 12, when the water in the soaking cylinder 1 is drained completely, the waste pipe 404 is unscrewed, the material receiving cover 403 is unscrewed, and the collected impurities are treated.

A high-pressure type soak device for broad bean production and processing, includes soak a section of thick bamboo (1), its characterized in that: the automatic water-soaking device is characterized in that a pneumatic mechanism (2), a turning mechanism (3), a collecting mechanism (4), a traction mechanism (5) and a discharging mechanism (6) are arranged on a soaking cylinder (1), a feeding cover (7) and a mechanical sealing seat (8) are fixedly installed at the top of the soaking cylinder (1), a speed reducer (9) is fixedly installed on the mechanical sealing seat (8), a driving motor (10) is fixedly installed on the speed reducer (9), an output shaft of the driving motor (10) is fixedly connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer (9), an output shaft of the speed reducer (9) extends into the soaking cylinder (1) through the mechanical sealing seat (8) and is fixedly provided with a rotating rod (11), a water outlet pipe (12) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the soaking cylinder (1), a manual valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe (12), a soaking box (13) is arranged in the soaking cylinder (1), and an annular chute begins to be arranged on the inner wall of the soaking, the soaking tank (13) is slidably arranged in the annular chute, a containing net (14) is embedded and arranged at the bottom of the soaking tank (13), a support (15) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the soaking cylinder (1), and a heating wire (18) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the soaking cylinder (1).

The high pressure soaking device for lima bean production and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pneumatic mechanism (2) comprises an air supply cylinder (201), a fixing rod (202), a rubber spiral sheet (203) and an air outlet bent pipe (204), the air supply cylinder (201) is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the rotating rod (11), the fixing rod (202) is fixedly installed at the top of the air supply cylinder (201), one end of the fixing rod (202) is fixedly connected with the top of the inner side of the soaking cylinder (1), the rubber spiral sheet (203) is fixedly installed on one section of outer wall of the rotating rod (11) positioned in the air supply cylinder (201), the rubber spiral sheet (203) is attached to the inner wall of the air supply cylinder (201), four air outlet bent pipes (204) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the air supply cylinder (201) and distributed in an annular array, the air outlet bent pipe (204) is positioned below the soaking box (13), one section of the air outlet bent pipe (204) extends to the inside of the air supply cylinder (201), four air inlet holes which are distributed in an annular shape are formed, five groups of air outlet holes are arranged on the outer wall of the air outlet bent pipe (204) in sequence.

The high pressure soaking device for lima bean production and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the flipping mechanism (3) comprises a transmission rod (301), eccentric wheels (302), concave tables (303) and bevel gears (304), the transmission rod (301) is installed on the inner wall of the soaking cylinder (1) in a rotating mode, two groups of eccentric wheels (302) are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the transmission rod (301), two groups of concave tables (303) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the containing net (14), the eccentric wheels (302) are attached to the concave tables (303), a group of bevel gears (304) are fixedly installed at the bottom end of the rotating rod (11), a group of bevel gears (304) are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the transmission rod (301), and the two groups of bevel gears (304) are meshed with each.
