Abstract

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beverage supply device and a beverage supply method capable of supplying a beverage without operating a display operation unit.

Conventionally, beverage supply/distribution apparatuses such as coffee machines are installed in stores such as convenience stores. The following describes a mode for carrying out the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a beverage supply device 1 as an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a control system of the beverage supply apparatus 1 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the beverage supply apparatus 1 has a main body cabinet 2 and a front surface door 3. The front surface of the front door 3 constitutes a passenger side, and is provided with a display operation unit 10 and an opening/closing door 4. The display operation unit 10 is formed of, for example, a touch panel, and can display various information and perform various operation inputs. A confirmation button 10a for instructing the start of beverage production and beverage supply is displayed on the display operation unit 10.
The opening/closing door 4 is provided below the display operation unit 10, and a beverage supply space EA is formed in the depth direction of the opening/closing door 4. The beverage supply space EA includes a nozzle 5 and a stage 6. The nozzle 5 discharges the beverage produced by the beverage producing unit 44 downward. The stage 6 is provided in a region below the nozzle 5. The stage 6 is used for placing the container C and is provided with an arc-shaped stopper 7. That is, the beverage supply space EA is also an arrangement region for arranging the container C.
The opening/closing door 4 is made of a translucent material such as a transparent resin, and has a size sufficient to cover the inlet side of the beverage supply space EA. The left end of the opening/closing door 4 is axially supported by the front door 3 and can swing in the front-rear direction. The container detection unit 20 has a container detection sensor 21 such as an optical sensor, for example, and detects whether or not the container C is disposed in the beverage supply space EA, that is, whether or not the container C is placed on the stage 6.
The information reading unit 30 is provided in the beverage supply space EA, and includes a beverage type sensor 31 and a container size sensor 32. The container size sensor 32 has a cold mass sensor and a hot mass sensor.
The beverage type sensor 31 is provided on a side surface of the beverage supply space EA, and faces a direction in which the containers C of all sizes can be detected above the container detection sensor 21. The beverage type sensor 31 reads the color of the container C to determine the beverage type. For example, when the color of the container C is white or brown, the beverage type sensor 31 determines that the container C is hot coffee, and when the container C is other colors, the beverage type sensor 31 determines that the container C is cold coffee. The beverage type sensor 31 may detect the material of the container C based on the reflectance of the container C, etc., instead of detecting the color of the container C, and may determine the type of beverage based on the detection result. When the type of beverage is determined by reading the color of the container C, the determination is performed using the beverage determination information D1 stored in the storage unit 43. Further, the beverage type sensor 31 may be a sensor that: instead of detecting only the color of the container C or only the material of the container C, the detections are combined as appropriate.
As described above, the container size sensor 32 has the cold mass sensor and the hot mass sensor to detect the size of the container C. The beverage type sensor 31 and the container size sensor 32 function as a beverage information detecting unit that determines the type and the volume of the beverage in the container C. The function of the beverage information detection unit is, for example, as follows: whether the coffee is cold coffee or hot coffee is determined based on the detection result of the beverage type sensor 31, and if the coffee is cold coffee and the cold large capacity sensor detects the capsule C, the coffee is determined to be large in size, and if the coffee is cold coffee and the cold large capacity sensor does not detect the capsule C, the coffee is determined to be normal in size. In addition, when the beverage type is hot coffee, if the hot large-capacity sensor detects the capsule C, it is determined that the hot coffee is large, and if the hot large-capacity sensor does not detect the capsule C, it is determined that the hot coffee is normal in size.
The door opening/closing detector 41 is provided near the entrance of the beverage supply space EA, and is constituted by, for example, an optical sensor. The door opening/closing detection unit 41 detects opening/closing of the door 4 to the entrance, and more specifically, detects whether the door 4 is closed.
The door opening/closing lock mechanism 42 is provided near the entrance of the beverage supply space EA. The door opening/closing locking mechanism 42 locks the opening/closing door 4 in a closed state and releases the lock to allow the opening/closing door 4 to be opened.
The storage unit 43 is a storage device including a hardware device, a nonvolatile memory, and the like, and stores at least the beverage determination information D1.
The beverage generation unit 44 generates a beverage of the beverage type and the beverage volume detected by the beverage type sensor 31 and the container size sensor 32, and supplies the beverage to the container C. The beverage generator 44 generates a beverage by performing, for example, coffee bean grinding, droplet extraction, and the like, and supplies the beverage to the container C.
The control unit 50 is a control unit that performs overall control of the beverage supply device 1, and includes a beverage supply control unit 51 and a beverage supply start control unit 52. 1. A beverage supply device provided with a beverage generation unit that generates a beverage, the beverage being supplied from the beverage generation unit to a container disposed therein, the beverage supply device further comprising:
a beverage information detection sensor that detects beverage information of the container;
a display operation unit that displays at least a confirmation button for instructing start of generation and supply of a beverage of the beverage information;
a beverage supply control unit that receives the pressing of the confirmation button and controls the beverage generating the beverage information and the beverage supply to the container; and
and a beverage supply start control unit that instructs the beverage supply control unit to generate and start supply of the beverage when a predetermined time has elapsed without a pressing operation of the confirmation button from the start of display of the confirmation button.
2. A beverage supply device provided with a beverage generation unit that generates a beverage, the beverage being supplied from the beverage generation unit to a container disposed therein, the beverage supply device further comprising:
a beverage information detection sensor that detects beverage information of the container;
a display operation unit that displays and operates various information;
a beverage supply control unit that controls, based on an operation of the display operation unit, generation of a beverage of the beverage information and supply of the beverage to the container; and

5. A beverage supply method including a beverage generation unit that generates a beverage, the beverage being supplied from the beverage generation unit to a container disposed therein, the beverage supply method comprising:
a beverage information detection step of detecting beverage information of the container;
a display operation step of displaying and operating various information;
a beverage supply control step of performing control of generating a beverage of the beverage information and supplying the beverage to the container based on the operation in the display operation step; and
and a beverage supply start control step of instructing generation and supply start of the beverage in the beverage supply control step when a predetermined time has elapsed without any operation in the display operation step.
