In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. In addition, each functional module or unit in each embodiment of the present invention may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention or a part of the technical solution that contributes to the prior art in essence can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a smart phone, a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method for switching an EVDO network to an LTE network is applied to a mobile terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a D2L timer so that the D2L timer does not act when the mobile terminal is in an EVDO network and receives a data connection request; the D2L timer is used for starting when establishing data connection so as to control network switching;
under the condition of receiving an instruction of switching an EVDO network mode to an LTE network, judging whether data connection exists at present; if yes, suspending the current data connection, and switching the network mode of the mobile terminal to the LTE network;
and controlling the mobile terminal to recover the data connection under the LTE network.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
clearing the setting of the D2L timer after switching to the LTE network or when the data connection is finished.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the setting the D2L timer comprises: and setting to not start the D2L timer or setting the parameters of the D2L timer.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the setting the parameters of the D2L timer comprises:
setting a timing parameter value of the D2L timer to 0; or setting the processing priority of the D2L timer to be lower than the processing priority of network mode switching.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving a user instruction for switching the EVDO network mode to the LTE network, starting a ping-pong prevention timer;
in the running process of the ping-pong prevention timer, performing ping-pong prevention processing on the user instruction of receiving the switching network mode again; wherein the user instruction to switch network mode comprises: switching network mode to LTE network and switching network mode to EVDO network.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein performing anti-ping processing upon receiving the user indication to switch network mode again comprises: discarding the user instruction for switching the network mode, or responding to the user instruction for switching the network mode after waiting for the anti-ping-pong timer to time out.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the ping-pong prevention timer has a value of any value between 3s and 8 s.
8. An apparatus for switching an EVDO network to an LTE network, applied to a mobile terminal, includes:
a D2L timer setting module, configured to set a D2L timer so that the D2L timer does not act when the mobile terminal is in the EVDO network and receives a data connection request; the D2L timer is used for starting when establishing data connection so as to control network switching;
the data connection judging module is used for judging whether data connection exists at present under the condition of receiving a user instruction for switching the EVDO network mode to the LTE network;
the network switching module is used for suspending the current data connection and switching the network mode of the mobile terminal to the LTE network if the data connection judging module judges that the data connection exists currently;
and the data connection recovery module is used for controlling the mobile terminal to recover the data connection under the LTE network.
9. A mobile terminal comprising a processor and a memory for storing instructions executable by the processor;
the processor is configured to: setting a D2L timer so that the D2L timer does not act when the mobile terminal is in an EVDO network and receives a data connection request; the D2L timer is used for starting when establishing data connection so as to control network switching;
under the condition of receiving a user instruction for switching an EVDO network mode to an LTE network, judging whether data connection exists at present; if yes, suspending the current data connection, and switching the network mode of the mobile terminal to the LTE network; and controlling the mobile terminal to recover the data connection under the LTE network.
10. A computer storage medium storing a computer program that, when executed, performs the method of switching an EVDO network to an LTE network according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
