Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a charging device 100, which includes a charging portion 110, an information obtaining unit 120, a first heat dissipating unit 130, a heating unit 140, a second heat dissipating unit 150, and a control unit 160. The charging part 110 includes a plurality of charging ports 111 for charging the battery assembly 170 inserted into the charging ports 111. The number of the charging ports 111 may be set as required. The battery assembly 170 may be a single battery, or may be a battery pack composed of a plurality of single batteries. The information acquiring unit 120 is used for acquiring the temperature of the battery assembly 170 and the temperature of the charging device 100. The information acquisition unit 120 performs handshake communication with the battery assembly 170, thereby acquiring the temperature of the battery assembly 170. The information acquiring unit 120 further includes a temperature sensor 121 for detecting the temperature of the charging device 100. The first heat dissipation unit 130 is used for dissipating heat of the battery assembly 170. In this embodiment, the first heat dissipation unit 130 is a ventilation fan. When the first heat dissipation unit 130 operates, the ventilation fan drives the wind to flow toward the battery assembly 170, so that the battery assembly 170 exchanges heat with the wind. The heating unit 140 is used for heating the battery assembly 170 to raise the temperature of the battery assembly 170. In the present embodiment, the heating unit 140 is an electric heating wire. The second heat dissipation unit 150 is used for dissipating heat of the control unit 160 and the like of the charging device 100. In this embodiment, the second heat dissipating unit 150 includes a first heat dissipating fan 151 located at the air inlet and a second heat dissipating fan 152 located at the air outlet. The control unit 160 controls the operations of the charging part 110, the first heat dissipating unit 130, the heating unit 140, and the second heat dissipating unit 150 according to the temperature of the battery assembly 170 and the temperature of the control unit 160. In this embodiment, the control unit 160 is a control circuit board integrated with various electronic components.
When the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is greater than the first temperature threshold, the battery assembly 170 is in a high temperature state, and the battery assembly 170 is not suitable for receiving charging. If the battery assembly 170 is charged at this time, the high temperature generated by the charging may damage the battery assembly 170. In this embodiment, the first temperature threshold is 35 ℃ to 60 ℃. Of course, it is understood that the first temperature threshold may be set by the manufacturer or the user autonomously according to the type of the battery. When the battery assembly 170 is in a high temperature state, the control unit 160 controls the charging part 110 to stop working so as to prevent damage to the battery assembly 170; and meanwhile, the first heat dissipation unit 130 is controlled to work to dissipate heat of the battery assembly 170, so that the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is reduced. When the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is less than the second temperature threshold, the battery assembly 170 is in a low temperature state. Wherein the second temperature threshold is less than the first temperature threshold. At this time, the battery pack 170 is also not suitable for receiving charging. If the battery assembly 170 is charged at this time, damage may also be caused to the battery assembly 170. In this embodiment, the second temperature threshold is-40 ℃ to 0 ℃. Of course, it is understood that the second temperature threshold may also be set autonomously by the manufacturer or the user depending on the type of the battery. When the battery assembly 170 is in a low temperature state, the control unit 160 controls the charging part 110 to stop operating, so as to prevent damage to the battery assembly 170. Meanwhile, the control unit 160 controls the heating unit 140 to operate to heat the battery assembly 170, so as to raise the temperature of the battery assembly 170. For example, when the charging device 100 is used to charge the battery assembly 170 in an extremely cold region such as russia, south pole, and north pole, since the ambient temperature is extremely low, the battery assembly 170 needs to be heated by the heating unit 140 to raise the temperature of the battery assembly 170. Preferably, the ventilation fan of the first heat radiating unit 130 cooperates with the heating unit 140. At this time, the ventilating fan drives the external air to flow through the heating unit 140, and the heating unit 140 heats the air. The hot air flows into the inside of the battery assembly 170 through the heat dissipation holes of the battery assembly 170, thereby heating the battery assembly 170. The arrangement is such that the charging device 100 of the present invention can charge the battery assembly 170 in the alpine region, thereby expanding the application range of the charging device 100.
When the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, the control unit 160 controls the charging unit 110 to operate, and controls the first heat dissipation unit 130 to operate, so as to dissipate heat of the battery assembly 170. Preferably, when the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is greater than the third temperature threshold and less than the first temperature threshold, the control unit 160 controls the charging part 110 to operate at the first power/first current. Wherein the third temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold. In this embodiment, the third temperature threshold is 25 ℃ to 30 ℃. Of course, it is understood that the third temperature threshold may be set by the manufacturer or the user autonomously according to the type of the battery. When the temperature of the battery assembly 170 is between the second temperature threshold and the third temperature threshold, the control unit 160 controls the charging part 110 to operate at the second power/second current. Wherein the second power/second current is greater than the first power/first current. The arrangement is such that the battery assembly 170 can be charged with low power/low current when the temperature is high; when the battery pack 170 returns to normal temperature, it is charged with high power/current. As another embodiment, when the charging part 110 operates at the first power/first current, the second heat dissipation unit 150 does not operate; when the charging part 110 operates at the second power/second current, the second heat dissipation unit 150 operates.
When the temperature of the charging device 100 is higher than the first charging temperature, the control unit 160 controls the second heat dissipation unit 150 to operate to dissipate heat of the charging device 100. In this embodiment, the first charging temperature is 30 ℃ to 40 ℃. Of course, it is understood that the first charging temperature may be set by a manufacturer or a user as required. Preferably, when the temperature of the charging device 100 is greater than a first charging temperature and less than a second charging temperature, the control unit 160 controls any one of the first and second heat dissipation fans 151 and 152 to operate to dissipate heat of the charging device 100. At this time, the temperature of the charging device 100 is not high, and one heat dissipation fan can meet the heat dissipation requirement of the charging device 100, thereby saving electric energy. When the temperature of the charging device 100 is higher than the second charging temperature, the control unit 160 controls the first heat dissipation fan 151 and the second heat dissipation fan 152 to work simultaneously, so as to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency. In this embodiment, the second charging temperature is 50 ℃ to 60 ℃. Of course, it is understood that the second charging temperature may be set by a manufacturer or a user as required.
Compared with the prior art, the charging device 100 of the present invention can automatically adjust the operating state of the charging device 100 according to the temperature of the battery assembly 170, so as to avoid charging the battery assembly 170 at a high temperature or a low temperature, and further avoid damage to the battery assembly 170.
Fig. 2 shows a charging device 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, wherein the charging device 200 has substantially the same structure as the charging device 100. The charging unit 210 includes two charging ports 211 for charging the battery assembly 260. The two charging ports 211 are oppositely arranged, so that the battery packs 260 positioned in the two charging ports 211 are parallel to each other, thereby reducing the overall volume of the charging device 200. The information acquiring unit is used for acquiring the temperature of the battery assembly 260 and the temperature of the charging device 200. The first heat dissipation unit 230 is used for dissipating heat of the battery assembly 260. The heating unit is used for heating the battery assembly 260 so as to raise the temperature of the battery assembly 260. The second heat dissipation unit 240 is used for dissipating heat of the charging device 200. The control unit 250 controls the charging unit 210, the first heat dissipation unit 230, and the second heat dissipation unit 240 to operate according to the temperature of the battery assembly 260 and the temperature of the charging device 200.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention also discloses a charging system 300, which includes a plurality of dry battery assemblies 260 and the charging device 200. In the present embodiment, the number of charging ports of the charging device 200 is 2, but in other embodiments, the number of charging ports may be set as required.
Referring to fig. 5, the present invention further discloses a charging device control method for controlling the charging device 100/the charging device 200. The charging device control method includes the steps of:
