Description

Method for supplementing order of shortage ready-made clothes assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a method for supplementing orders of owing ready-made clothes components.
Background
During the production of textile products, ready-made clothes are usually sewn together from different ready-made clothes components, such as collars, sleeves, trouser legs, pockets, lappets and the like, so as to obtain corresponding ready-made clothes products. During the manufacturing process, a corresponding number of ready-to-wear garment components are prepared according to their ordered requirements. In an actual manufacturing process, it is common to put in more than the planned amount of demand for an order for production. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
One embodiment of the invention provides a list supplementing method for a delinquent garment assembly, which comprises the following steps: obtaining yarn information, processing information and color information of the missing ready-made clothes assembly, and respectively recording the yarn information, the processing information and the color information as first yarn information, first processing information and first color information; acquiring yarn information, processing information and color information of redundant ready-made clothes components, and recording the yarn information, the processing information and the color information as second yarn information, second processing information and second color information respectively; selecting redundant ready-made clothes components corresponding to second yarn information, second processing information and second color information which are matched with the first yarn information, the first processing information and the first color information from the redundant ready-made clothes components by taking the first yarn information, the first processing information and the first color information as reference to obtain target redundant ready-made clothes components; performing raveling treatment on the target redundant ready-made clothes components to obtain raveled yarns; waxing the raveled yarns to obtain waxed yarns; adopting wax-coated yarns to weave according to the weaving method of the missing ready-made clothes component to obtain a candidate ready-made clothes component; and detecting candidate ready-made clothes components, and detecting qualified candidate ready-made clothes components as ready-made clothes components for form supplement.
In the production process of ready-made clothes components, such as collars, sleeves, trouser legs, pockets, lappets and the like, various losses, such as sample cutting loss, cloth head and cloth tail loss, basic loss in the processing process, extra loss of small sheets and the like, inevitably occur, so that the ready-made clothes components of some orders are owed to form owed orders, and the actual output quantity of some orders is more than the order requirement. This creates a conflict between the orders that are owed and the orders that are redundant. In the traditional production process, the order of the shortage amount needs to be reworked to supplement the order, and the storage of the redundant order causes the increase or waste of the storage cost. In the order supplementing method for the undernumber ready-made clothes components in the embodiment, redundant ready-made clothes components are used as raw materials, target redundant ready-made clothes components meeting the processing conditions of the undernumber ready-made clothes components are selected from the redundant ready-made clothes components through comparison of yarn information, processing information and color information, then yarn removal and waxing treatment are carried out on the target redundant ready-made clothes components, and weaving is carried out to obtain candidate ready-made clothes components. And then, detecting the candidate ready-made clothes components, and detecting qualified candidate ready-made clothes components as ready-made clothes components for form supplement. The comprehensive utilization of redundant ready-made clothes components can be well realized through the order supplementing method of the shortage ready-made clothes components in the embodiment.
When the order supplementing method is used for supplementing orders of the undercount ready-made clothes components, slashing treatment is not needed to be carried out on the yarn removing yarns. After the target redundant ready-made clothes components are subjected to the yarn removing treatment to obtain the yarn removing yarns, the yarn removing yarns do not need to be subjected to the sizing treatment. And after the split yarns are subjected to waxing treatment, the waxed yarns are woven according to the weaving method of the missing ready-made clothes component to obtain the candidate ready-made clothes component.
In one particular example, a method of obtaining a target excess garment component includes the steps of:
and selecting redundant ready-made clothes components corresponding to second yarn information matched with the first yarn information from the redundant ready-made clothes components by taking the first yarn information as reference to obtain first middle redundant ready-made clothes components. And selecting a first middle redundant ready-made clothes assembly corresponding to second processing information matched with the first processing information from the first middle redundant ready-made clothes assemblies by taking the first processing information as reference to obtain a second middle redundant ready-made clothes assembly. And selecting a second middle redundant ready-made clothes assembly corresponding to second color information matched with the first color information from the second middle redundant ready-made clothes assemblies by taking the first color information as reference to obtain a target redundant ready-made clothes assembly.
The second yarn information matched with the first yarn information is the second yarn information which is the same as the first yarn information or the second yarn information which can be accepted and used in production with the first yarn information. The second processing information matched with the first processing information is the same as the first processing information or is the second processing information which is acceptable and universal in production with the first processing information. The second color information matched with the first color information is the same second color information as the first color information or is the second color information which is acceptable and universal in production with the first color information.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the first yarn information is yarn type information and yarn count information of the fractional garment component; the second yarn information is yarn type information and yarn count information of the redundant ready-made garment components. The first processing information is the post-finishing processing information of the missing ready-made clothes assembly; the second processing information is finishing processing information of the redundant ready-made clothes components. The first color information is a color computer value of the undercount ready-made clothes assembly and/or the first color information is a color displayed by the undercount ready-made clothes assembly; the second color information is a color computer value of the redundant ready-made clothes components and/or the second color information is a color displayed by the redundant ready-made clothes components.
It is understood that the finishing information includes Performance care information, liquid ammonia processing information, mercerization processing information, water and soft oil squeezing processing information, and the like.
In the processing process of the ready-made clothes assembly, yarn information, processing information, color information and the like of the ready-made clothes assembly are stored in the production system, and when the yarn information, the processing information and the color information need to be acquired, the yarn information, the processing information and the color information of the ready-made clothes assembly of the required inquiry batch can be acquired in the production system by taking the corresponding batch or the number as an inquiry basis.
When the order of the insufficient ready-made clothes components needs to be supplemented, the target excessive ready-made clothes components meeting the processing conditions of the insufficient ready-made clothes components can be selected from the excessive ready-made clothes components in the stock, and then the surplus ready-made clothes components in the stock are processed, so that the surplus ready-made clothes components in the stock are fully utilized. Preferably, when the order of the undernumbered ready-to-wear components is supplemented, the ready-to-wear components of the same type as the ready-to-wear components to be supplemented are selected as the target ready-to-wear components. For example, when the order of the collar shortage is required to be supplemented, the collar shortage is selected from redundant collars in stock; when the order of the undernumber sleeves needs to be mended, selecting the redundant sleeves in stock; when the order of the insufficient trouser legs needs to be supplemented, selecting the surplus trouser legs in the stock; when the order of the shortage of pockets needs to be mended, selecting the surplus pockets in the stock; when the order of the owed lappets needs to be mended, the surplus lappets in stock are selected.
Further, when matching the yarn information, the processing information, and the color information, it is preferable to select a target excess garment component among the excess garment components having the same yarn information, processing information, and color information. It should be noted that there are some cases that are acceptable in general use in the production process. For example, YY type yarns and YC type yarns are acceptable in common use; for example, different processing methods may obtain the same effect or similar effect or obtain a difference in effect within an acceptable range, and are also acceptable and general cases; such as the difference in computer color of ready-to-wear components or display color of ready-to-wear components within an acceptable range, are also acceptable general situations.
In one specific example, the yarn information and the processing information are obtained in the production system, and the color information is obtained by visual inspection by a worker. The color information can be visually and efficiently acquired through visual inspection. Specifically, yarn information and processing information, i.e., first yarn information and first processing information, of the missing ready-made garment components are acquired by the production system. And acquiring the yarn information and the processing information of the redundant ready-made clothes components, namely second yarn information and second processing information through the production system. And acquiring color information of the underamount garment assemblies, namely first color information, through visual inspection. And acquiring color information of the redundant ready-made clothes components, namely second color information through visual inspection.
In some specific examples, the method for performing the raveling treatment on the target redundant ready-made clothes component to obtain the raveled yarn comprises the following steps: performing yarn removing treatment on the target redundant ready-made clothes components to obtain single yarns; dividing a single yarn into a plurality of yarns. During the weaving process, multiple yarns are often required to be woven simultaneously, and therefore, the yarns need to be separated into multiple yarns, which facilitates further processing. In this example, the target excess garment component is subjected to a raveling process, which first takes a single yarn and then divides the single yarn into a plurality of yarns. Compared with the method for directly raveling target redundant ready-made clothes components into a plurality of yarns, the raveling processing method in the example can effectively reduce the probability of yarn breakage in the raveling process and improve the quality of the raveled yarns. The reason for this is that, in the process of directly raveling the target redundant ready-made clothes component into a plurality of yarns, the raveled yarns are pulled by the equipment and also pulled by the adjacent yarns, so that the possibility of yarn breakage is increased.
In other specific examples, the target redundant garment component is subjected to a ravel treatment, and the ravel yarn is obtained by the following method: performing yarn removing treatment on the target redundant ready-made clothes components to obtain single yarns; and dividing the single yarn into a plurality of yarns to obtain a plurality of yarns.
Preferably, the single yarn is split into 3-6 yarns. Specifically, the single yarn may be divided into 3, 4, 5, and 6 yarns. The method for dividing a single yarn into a plurality of yarns comprises the steps of carrying out yarn removing treatment on target redundant ready-made clothes components to form a single yarn winding, and then dividing the single yarn into a plurality of yarns to be respectively wound.
As a preferable mode of the waxing treatment, the number of times of the waxing treatment is 2 to 4. For example, the number of waxing treatments is 2, 3, or 4. By 2-4 times of waxing treatment, the weavability and the strength of the raveled yarns can be fully improved, the number of broken ends of the raveled yarns is reduced, and the yarn breakage probability in the weaving process is reduced.
In one specific example, the order supplementing method for the undercount ready-made clothes components further comprises the following steps: the candidate garment components are oiled prior to detection. The over-softening treatment is beneficial to improving the hand feeling of the candidate ready-made clothes components and improving the performance of the candidate ready-made clothes.
In one specific example, the order supplementing method for the undercount ready-made clothes components further comprises the following steps: the candidate garment component is subjected to a wash before the candidate garment component is subjected to the oil-softening treatment.
As a specific technical scheme, in the process of yarn removing, waxing and weaving, when yarn breakage occurs, the broken yarns are connected in a cross-shaped mode. Further, when yarn breakage occurs in the sheet supplementing process, the broken yarns are connected in a cross knot mode. The cross-shaped knot has good connecting effect and can reduce the probability of yarn breakage in the subsequent processing process. In addition, the cross knot is small in size, broken yarns are connected in a cross knot mode, the probability of friction at the joint in subsequent processing can be reduced, and the risk of yarn breakage is reduced.
In one particular example, the detection of the candidate garment component is a color comparison and/or a physical parameter comparison of the candidate garment component to the missing garment component. Specifically, the detecting of the candidate ready-to-wear component is to perform at least one of color contrast, color fastness contrast, and surface tension contrast of the candidate ready-to-wear component and the missing ready-to-wear component. It should be noted that the physical parameters may be selected according to production requirements or order requirements.
In one specific example, candidate garment components are detected, and candidate garment components that are qualified for detection are sampled. During the processing, a plurality of candidate ready-to-wear components are often present together, and after the processing and the detection are qualified, the candidate ready-to-wear components which are qualified are sampled and divided into single candidate ready-to-wear components or divided into a specified number of delivery pieces which are connected according to requirements, so that the candidate ready-to-wear components can be conveniently stored or delivered in a follow-up mode.
The following are specific examples.
Example 1
In the embodiment, the missing ready-to-wear assembly is a missing COLLAR, the color of the COLLAR is Navy, the type of the yarn is ZM yarn, the yarn count information is 20 counts, the cloth is SOLID NORMAL COLLAR, and the after-finishing mode is Performance care.
And S01, in the order supplementing process, finding redundant collars in the stock and acquiring yarn information, finishing information and color information of the redundant collars. And sequentially using the yarn type, yarn count information, after-finishing mode and color information of the insufficient collar as reference, and finding the redundant collar with the same yarn type, yarn count information, after-finishing mode and color as the insufficient collar from the redundant collars to obtain the target redundant collar. In the embodiment, the yarn types, yarn count information and after-treatment modes of the insufficient collar and the redundant collar are all obtained from a production system, and the colors of the insufficient collar and the redundant collar are respectively the colors displayed by the insufficient collar and the redundant collar and are compared through visual inspection of workers.
S02, after the target redundant collar is obtained, performing yarn removing treatment on the target redundant collar, removing the yarn from the target redundant collar into single yarn and spooling, and then dividing the single yarn into 4 yarns to be respectively spooled to obtain the yarn removed.
And S03, waxing the raveled yarn. The number of waxing treatments was 3, and a waxed yarn was obtained.
And S04, weaving the waxed yarns according to the weaving method of the fractional collar to obtain the candidate collar.
And S05, performing oil softening treatment on the candidate collar. The soft oil is STS soft oil.
S06, detecting the candidate collar after being oiled, wherein the detection contents are as follows: and carrying out color contrast and color fastness contrast on the candidate collar and the deficient collar.
When yarn breakage occurs in the above operation of the present embodiment, the broken yarn is connected in the form of a cross.
And (3) detection results:
color comparison: through visual inspection, the color of the candidate collar is Navy color, and the color of the missing collar is a production acceptable range.
Color fastness comparison: the color fastness of the missing collar was 3.0, and the color fastness of the candidate collar was 3.1.
From the above test results, the parameters of the candidate collar are close to those of the missing collar, which is an acceptable range in production. The candidate collar can be used for conducting order supplement on the collar with the amount owed so as to realize comprehensive utilization of redundant collars in stock.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
