step S101, receiving advertisement information, and classifying the articles in the advertisement information into an advertisement article queue or a non-advertisement article queue according to the article attributes.
And S102, sequencing the articles in the advertisement article queue according to the total amount of the article transaction, and sequencing the sequenced articles based on the advertisement display income by utilizing a preset display advertisement window.
Preferably, the advertisement display window can display a preset number of articles.
As a further embodiment of step S102, when the sorted items are sorted based on the advertisement display revenue by using the preset display advertisement window, the items in the advertisement item queue displayed in the current display advertisement window may be determined. And sorting the currently displayed articles from large to small according to the advertisement display income. And sliding the display advertisement window to display the articles in the next advertisement article queue, and repeating the steps until all the articles in the advertisement article queue are sorted based on the advertisement display income.
It is worth mentioning that the advertisement display window can display a preset number of articles. And the advertisement display revenue is equal to the product of the item click-through rate estimate and the advertiser bid.
And step S103, intercepting the article at the tail part of the advertisement article queue according to a preset threshold value so as to add the article into the non-advertisement article queue.
And step S104, sequencing the articles in the non-advertising article queue based on the article transaction total amount, and inserting the articles in the sequenced non-advertising article queue into the advertising article queue.
Preferably, when the items in the sorted non-advertising item queue are inserted into the advertising item queue, m items and n items can be obtained in the advertising item queue and the non-advertising item queue, respectively. And respectively inserting n articles in the non-advertising article queue into the advertising article queue according to the preset position.
Wherein the preset position is the sum of m and n multiplied by the inserted position weight and multiplied by the number of items in the n non-advertising item queues.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a multi-objective optimization-based item management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which may include:
step S201, receiving advertisement information, and classifying the articles into an advertisement article queue or a non-advertisement article queue according to the deduction attribute.
In an embodiment, the fee deduction is classified as an advertising object queue, and the fee deduction is not classified as a non-advertising object queue.
Step S202, calculating the estimated value of the total volume of the goods in the advertisement goods queue and sequencing the goods from large to small.
In an embodiment, the pre-estimated value is obtained through a GMV model, wherein the GMV model pre-estimates the amount of the user to fill a transaction order after the user clicks the commodity. The GMV model can adopt a DCN model or a decision tree model and the like, and preferably adopts a DCN (full called Deep Cross Network) model.
Step S203, the sorted articles are sorted based on the advertisement display income by using a preset advertisement display window.
In an embodiment, a presentation advertisement window size window _ size is set, and the advertisement items are sorted by ecpm-ctr-bid within the presentation advertisement window. Where ctr (named Click Through Rate) is the pre-evaluation value of Click-Through Rate model to the product, and bid for advertiser. The advertising window is presented as a sliding window, sliding down one item at a time. The ecpm refers to the advertising revenue that can be obtained for every thousand impressions.
The click rate model is the probability that the user clicks the commodity after the commodity is displayed to the user. The click rate model can adopt a DCN (data communication Network) model or a decision tree model and the like, and preferably adopts a DCN (Deep Cross Network) model.
It can be seen that the optimization target of the advertisement article queue is the advertisement revenue, and meanwhile, the GMV is also considered, the GMV sequencing is firstly carried out on the advertisement article queue to optimize the GMV, a display advertisement window is arranged, the ecpm sequencing is carried out in the display advertisement window to optimize the advertisement revenue, the weight of the two optimization targets in the sequencing is determined by the size of the display advertisement window, and the optimization advertisement revenue is more obvious when the display advertisement window is larger. The advertising window is designed as a sliding window, each sliding of which screens out only one maximum ecpm value, while also screening out the lowest items that are listed in front but too low ecpm.
And step S204, intercepting the tail part of the advertisement article queue according to a preset threshold value alpha, and adding the tail part into the non-advertisement queue.
In an embodiment, only a few or a dozen recommended items need to be returned for one request of a user, while the advertisement item queue generally has hundreds of recommendations, the recommendation probability of the tail item as the final result is very low, but the tail item may contain an item with a larger GMV estimation value, and the item is added into the non-advertisement item queue, so that the candidate set of the non-advertisement item queue is increased, and the probability of recalling the item with more GMV is increased.
Preferably, the threshold α is between 0 and 1, truncated from the last of the queue of advertising items. Such as 0.6 or 0.7.
Step S205, based on the total amount of the goods transaction, the goods in the non-advertisement goods queue are sorted.
Step S206, inserting the items in the sorted non-advertising item queue into the advertising item queue.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main process of sorting sorted articles based on advertisement display revenue by using a preset display advertisement window according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include:
step S301, obtaining the articles in the advertisement article queue displayed in the current display advertisement window.
The advertisement display window can display a preset number of articles.
Step S302, calculating the advertisement display income of the articles displayed in the current display advertisement window.
Wherein the advertisement display revenue is equal to the product of the item click-through rate estimate and the advertiser bid.
Step S303, according to the advertisement display income, the currently displayed articles are sorted from big to small.
And step S304, sliding the advertisement window, judging whether the next article exists in the advertisement article queue, if so, returning to the step S301, otherwise, executing the step S305.
For example: the method comprises the steps that 15 articles are in the advertisement article queue in total, a display advertisement window is set to be capable of displaying 10 articles, after the first 10 articles are sorted according to ecpm, the highest order of the ecpm value is screened out to be the first one, then the sliding display advertisement window slides downwards for 1, the articles with the first order of 2-10 plus the 11 th article are sorted, and the article with the highest ecpm value is selected to be the second one of the sorts.
Step S305, finishing the sorting of all the articles in the advertisement article queue based on the advertisement display income.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a main process for inserting items in a sorted non-advertising item queue into an advertising item queue according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include:
step S401, m articles in the advertisement article queue are obtained, and n articles in the non-advertisement article queue are obtained.
Step S402, calculating the positions of the n articles respectively inserted into the advertisement article queue.
In an embodiment, the location of the non-advertised item insertion is index ═ m + n × w ×, where ni is the number of items taken out of the n non-advertised items, and w is the weight of the inserted location. The larger w, the more backward the rank, the smaller n the fewer items inserted.
Preferably, if it is more obvious to optimize the GMV target, the value of w can be set smaller and n can be set larger, otherwise, the optimization is the advertisement revenue.
Step S403, inserting n items in the non-advertisement item queue into the advertisement item queue respectively.
In summary, the object management method based on multi-objective optimization of the present invention enables GMV optimization to be considered for the advertisement object queue, and achieves GMV optimization to a certain extent, and the advertisement object queue inserts the tail part into the non-advertisement object queue by truncation, so as to increase the candidate set of the non-advertisement object queue and optimize the GMV objective of the non-advertisement object queue. In addition, the advertisement article queue adopts a sliding mode to display the advertisement window, and the larger the display advertisement window is, the more the advertisement display revenue tends to be optimized, otherwise, the GMV is optimized. And the advertisement revenue can be optimized by adjusting the weight w of the mixed insertion position, wherein the larger the weight is, the more backward the position of the non-advertisement object is inserted, and otherwise, the GMV is optimized.
