The cleaning mechanism is a carrier for carrying waste, four cameras connected with the cleaning platform 1 are arranged on a transport vehicle of the carrier, the four cameras face the head of the vehicle, the hopper of the vehicle and the left and right vehicle bodies of the vehicle respectively, and real-time images of the four cameras are transmitted to the cleaning platform 1 for storage, so that the main authorities of waste treatment can check, the cleaning process is ensured to be safe, reliable, open and transparent, illegal dumping is reduced, and the purpose of properly treating the waste is achieved. The real-time image data stored in the cleaning platform 1 is used as evidence for checking by the authorities, so that the public institution and the cleaning platform 1 can be fully paid attention to meet the 30 th rule of the waste cleaning method.
The cleaning platform 1 includes a history path database 11 for storing real-time images of four cameras, and an alarm module 12 connected to the history path database 11, wherein the alarm module 12 performs image analysis and tracking on the real-time images to capture specific event behaviors to generate specific event image data and store the specific event image data in the history path database 11. In practical implementation, when a specific event behavior is detected, the cleaning platform 1 may be configured to send an alarm signal to the relevant personnel for knowing, or the on-site personnel of the cleaning mechanism may send an alarm prompt directly.
The specific event behavior may be any one or a combination of the above conditions such as idle speed of the vehicle, flameout time of the vehicle, abnormal condition of the image, route deviation, overspeed, etc.
By storing the real-time image of the transport vehicle and capturing the image data of the specific event behavior, the utility is relieved to give the waste to the fitter of the cleaning platform 1 for disposal, so that the utility is obligated to pay considerable attention.
Further, the transportation vehicle of the transportation owner is further provided with a GPS positioning device connected with the cleaning platform 1, so as to obtain the driving path of the transportation vehicle, and transmit the driving path to the cleaning platform 1 for storage and inspection, so as to be used as a related person or a supervisor of the waste treatment for inspection.
Step S4: the utility organization makes a planned clearing plan with records of the planned clearing day, clearing time, clearing place and waste information to be cleared from the clearing organization and the processing organization to the utility organization, if the three mechanisms of the utility organization, the clearing organization and the processing organization agree with the planned clearing plan, the clearing plan is established immediately, clearing is performed on the planned clearing day, and if one of the mechanisms does not agree with the planned clearing plan, the three mechanisms can perform clearing coordination in the chat room of the clearing platform 1. By the utility making the projected purge plan and scheduling and coordinating the three-party facility purge time on the purge platform 1, three-party coordinated time may be eliminated.
It should be noted that, the cleaning platform 1 may pair the cleaning place of the utility in the cleaning plan with other peripheral utility institutions to make a path plan, where the path plan records the contents of the path plan of the cleaning mechanism, the processing mechanism, and the waste carrying of other peripheral utility institutions, and the path plan is optimized by the GPS plan, and preferably, the optimized path avoids some paths that the transport vehicles such as gravel cars or large trucks cannot travel, shortens mileage, saves fuel cost, and meets the requirement of environmental protection and load sharing.

Referring to fig. 12, the today's clearing page is used for checking the clearing status of the present day, and displaying date and time, order number, coupon number, waste code, institution, clearing institution, and real-time car machine image. The processing progress and state can be checked at any time in the cleaning process. As shown in fig. 13, clicking on the "real-time car machine image" can view the real-time GPS path of the clear car, clicking on the "link" on the right side of the car, and as shown in fig. 14, can view the real-time image on the right side of the clear car.
Step S5: the cleaning mechanism and the processing mechanism report the cleaning result of the waste to the cleaning platform 1, the cleaning platform 1 generates bill information according to the cleaning result of the waste of the cleaning mechanism and the processing mechanism, and the cleaning platform 1 transmits the bill information to the utility mechanism, the cleaning mechanism and the processing mechanism to carry out a gold flow management flow so as to complete the pen discharge cleaning plan. Preferably, the cleaning platform 1 is configured to make the files such as contracts, electronic coupons, properly processed files and the like cleaned by waste digital paperless, so that the arrangement time and the storage space of related files can be reduced, and the manpower and time saving and convenience for checking and comparing by a later master authority and the energy-saving and environment-friendly benefits brought by window electronization can be improved.
After the cleaning mechanism and the processing mechanism complete the waste cleaning operation, the utility mechanism fills in a service questionnaire on the cleaning platform 1 to evaluate the service quality and serve as the reference data of the comprehensive scores in the service provider matching condition parameters.
Preferably, the cleaning platform 1 performs analysis and calculation according to the service provider matching condition parameters, the feedback matching opinion data, the service questionnaire and the matching result of the utility institution, so as to obtain an optimal matching data.
Then, when the case contract signed by the institution expires and the waste cleaning requirement is newly increased, the cleaning platform 1 can make the matching result according to the optimal matching data.
In summary, the waste cleaning platform and the service integration method of the platform of the invention break through the traditional business model, integrate the cleaning and processing mechanism through the strategy alliance, design the omnibearing cleaning platform 1 for cleaning the waste requirements of all enterprises, ensure reasonable price flow to be open and transparent, achieve the aim of properly cleaning the waste, lead the enterprises to be carelessly delivered to legal manufacturers for processing through the matching condition parameters of the service providers, lead the enterprises to reach quite attentive obligations, complete the one-stop cleaning by the cleaning platform 1, meet the waste cleaning requirements of the enterprises by the flow according to regulations, automatically match the cleaning and processing mechanism alliance partner of the cleaning platform 1 through analyzing the waste cleaning and processing requirements of the client in real time, and simultaneously optimize the path through GPS planning, shorten the mileage and save the fuel cost, thus the aim of the invention can be truly achieved.

Claims (7)

1. A waste cleaning platform, comprising:
The cleaning platform can be used for a plurality of users to log in, wherein the users are a demander, a service provider or a platform manager;
The basic data module is connected with the cleaning platform and used for storing the related waste cleaning information input by the plurality of users;
The case management module is connected with the cleaning platform and used for storing the cleaning platform to perform a case contract signing process according to the related waste cleaning information, wherein the case contract signing process comprises a matching result obtained by matching a service provider, a service provider quotation, contract review and contract establishment, wherein if the matching result is agreed by the demander, the cleaning platform surveys and detects the waste to make detection data from the demander end, the service provider makes quotation data to the cleaning platform according to the detection data, if the quotation data is agreed by the demander, the case contract signing process is performed to sign a contract, and if the quotation data is not agreed by the demander, the cleaning platform requires a cleaning mechanism and a processing mechanism to re-quotation;
the discharging and managing module is connected with the cleaning platform and used for storing a discharging and cleaning plan made by a demander according to the case contract signing content and reporting a cleaning result of the cleaning platform for cleaning the waste by the service provider;
and Jin Liuguan the management module is connected with the cleaning platform and used for storing bill information generated by the cleaning platform according to the waste cleaning result of the service provider.

The waste disposal platform of claim 1, further comprising an electronic coupon module connected to the disposal platform for storing waste disposal related data in the disposal plan of the demander uploaded by the disposal platform to a main authority of the waste to obtain a waste electronic coupon having a coupon number, and the disposal platform updates waste electronic coupon data according to the waste electronic coupon and the waste disposal result reported by the server.
3. The waste disposal platform of claim 1, further comprising an enterprise resource planning module ERP coupled to said disposal platform for receiving billing information stored in said Jin Liuguan modules and for sending said billing information to a user.

The waste disposal platform of claim 1, further comprising a clearing process valuation module coupled to the disposal platform, including a waste valuation interface for a user to fill valuation requirements, and a historical price database coupled to the waste valuation interface, the historical price database storing historical pricing information for different ways of disposing of waste, different locations of disposal of waste, the clearing process valuation module evaluating a reference valuation to the user based on the input waste information.
5. A method of service integration for a waste disposal platform, comprising:
The cleaning platform is provided with a platform manager;
A demander logs in a cleaning platform and inputs relevant information of waste cleaning, wherein the demander is an event agency, a service provider of the cleaning platform is a cleaning mechanism or a processing mechanism, a demander is an event agency or a platform manager, and roles of the platform manager, the utility agency, the cleaning mechanism and the processing mechanism can respectively set a plurality of contact persons to log in the cleaning platform;
the platform manager, the utility mechanism, the clearing mechanism and the processing mechanism user roles are respectively set with manager, business, finance and administrative identity rights on the clearing platform so as to limit the login rights and browsing items of different contacts;
The cleaning platform performs service provider matching according to the related waste cleaning information to obtain a matching result, if the demander agrees to the matching result, a case contract signing process is performed, if the demander does not agree to the matching result, the cleaning platform continues to perform matching, wherein if the demander agrees to the matching result, the cleaning platform surveys and detects the waste to the demander end so as to make detection data, the service provider makes quotation data to the cleaning platform according to the detection data, if the demander agrees to the quotation data, the case contract signing process is performed so as to sign a contract, and if the demander does not agree to the quotation data, the cleaning platform requires a cleaning mechanism and a processing mechanism to re-quotation;
The demander makes a predicted clearing plan according to the case contract signing content, and the service provider agrees with the predicted clearing plan proposed by the demander, and the clearing plan is established;
The service provider cleans the waste according to the cleaning plan to the end of the demander;
And the service provider returns the waste cleaning result to the cleaning platform, the cleaning platform generates bill information according to the waste cleaning result of the service provider, and the cleaning platform transmits the bill information to the demander and the service provider to carry out a gold flow management flow so as to complete waste cleaning operation.
