firstly, the wiring is needed to be routed between the substrate and the driving chip, so that the wiring needs to be bypassed around the via hole, the wiring distance is increased, and the impedance is increased, so that the overall power consumption of the display screen is influenced;
secondly, because the metal wiring on the substrate can interfere the antenna, the antenna can avoid the metal wiring on the substrate during design, according to the structure in the prior art, the antenna can only be additionally designed on the other side or around the electronic paper display device, and the whole area of the electronic paper display device can be increased;
at present, due to the interference of the via holes, different binding pressure heads need to be designed for the electronic paper display devices with different sizes, and when the problem that the driving chip is bad is repaired, the repairing is inconvenient due to the interference of the via holes, and the repairing yield is low.

the protective film 3 is a PS film for protecting the electronic paper layer 2, so that the electronic paper layer 2 is completely coated after the electronic paper layer 2 is mounted on the substrate 1, thereby achieving excellent protection.
The advantages of this embodiment are:

The via hole 5 is designed on the upper surface, so that the first wiring of the TFT does not need to be designed by bypassing the via hole 5, the position is saved, the length of the first wiring can be shortened, the length of the first wiring with medium and small sizes can be optimized by 5% -15%, the resistance of the first wiring can be reduced by 3% -10%, and the length of the second wiring can be optimized by 1% -2%, so that the screen brushing power consumption of the electronic paper module is reduced.
3. The via hole 5 is designed on the upper surface, the interference of silver dots in the via hole 5 is avoided, when the electronic paper display modules with different sizes are used, the pressure heads of the driving chip 6 can be unified, and the pressure heads do not need to be replaced again when the sizes are replaced, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the productivity is improved.
4. The via hole 5 is designed on the upper surface, the interference of a silver point is avoided, and the problem that the electronic paper layer 2 at the silver point is scalded before the bad problem of the driving chip 6 is repaired can be reduced.
