Abstract
The invention provides an industrial ceiling fan high-altitude single-person assembly device, which comprises: a hanging basket; the first auxiliary bracket arm is used for bearing the main machine of the industrial ceiling fan and is provided with a first cantilever arm, a second cantilever arm and a bracket which can rotate mutually; the first cantilever is positioned at the root of the first auxiliary bracket arm, one end of the first cantilever is movably pivoted with the first fixing plate, and the other end of the first cantilever is movably pivoted with the second cantilever; the tail end of the second cantilever and the bracket form a movable pin joint shape, a first telescopic unit is arranged in the arm body of the second cantilever, and the bracket is used for accommodating a host of the industrial ceiling fan. The invention can utilize the hanging basket, the first auxiliary bracket arm, the second auxiliary bracket arm and the blade carrier to lift the main machine of an operator and a large-scale industrial ceiling fan and the blade to the mounting position together or in times, and then the loaded main machine is pushed to the mounting position to be in an air suspension state through the first auxiliary bracket arm, so that the single operator can lock the main machine without holding the main machine by hands to assemble the main machine.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary mounting device for a ceiling fan, in particular to an overhead single person assembling device for an industrial ceiling fan, which is used for mounting high-altitude operation machines such as a lifter, a boom and the like, can simultaneously carry personnel and a main machine and blades of the ceiling fan, and can generate hovering action when the carried main machine and blades move to the air so as to carry out high-altitude mounting operation on the main machine and the blades.
Background
The application field of the existing large industrial ceiling fan is mostly applied to large-scale factory buildings, storage factory buildings and the like of factories except wide large indoor public spaces, auditoriums and shopping centers, so that the problems of temperature equalization and heat dissipation of a rapid air conditioner in the wide spaces are solved, people in the spaces can effectively obtain a large-area blowing wind field with excellent comfort level, and the body sensing temperature can be controlled and reduced. The diameter of the blade of the large industrial ceiling fan accounts for 3-8 m, and the weight of the blade is about 40 kg under the light weight design, so that the large industrial ceiling fan is not easy to install.
When the known large-scale industrial ceiling fan is assembled, the high-altitude installation position can be reached only by the high-altitude operation lifting machine, the weight factor of the large-scale industrial ceiling fan is also influenced, the assembly operation can be smoothly completed at high altitude only by the cooperation of at least 2 persons, one person is responsible for supporting and holding equipment, and the other person is responsible for assembling and locking. The high-altitude operation lifting machine belongs to a special machine tool, most of the high-altitude operation lifting machine tools are rented to a specific manufacturer by a renting mode, a large high-altitude operation lifting machine tool can be used for carrying 2-3 people, and the single-day rent of the large high-altitude operation lifting machine tool is ten thousand yuan. In view of the above, the present invention provides an industrial ceiling fan high-altitude single-person assembling apparatus, which uses two auxiliary brackets to respectively mount the main machine and the fan blades of the industrial ceiling fan, so that a single installer can rapidly, easily and effortlessly perform high-altitude mounting operation alone.

the first auxiliary bracket arm is used for bearing a host machine of the industrial ceiling fan and is provided with a first cantilever arm, a second cantilever arm and a bracket which can rotate mutually; the first cantilever is positioned at the root of the first auxiliary supporting arm, one end of the first cantilever is movably pivoted with a first fixing plate, and the other end of the first cantilever is movably pivoted with the second cantilever; the tail end of the second cantilever and the bracket form a movable pin joint shape, a first telescopic unit is arranged in the arm body of the second cantilever, the first auxiliary supporting arm adjusts the lifting load according to the pre-stretching tension of the first telescopic unit, and the bracket contains a host of the industrial ceiling fan.
Furthermore, the high-altitude single-person assembling device for the industrial ceiling fan further comprises a second auxiliary supporting arm for bearing the blade of the industrial ceiling fan, wherein the second auxiliary supporting arm is provided with a third cantilever arm, a fourth cantilever arm and a clamp which can rotate mutually; the third cantilever is positioned at the root of the second auxiliary supporting arm, one end of the third cantilever is movably pivoted with a second fixing plate, and the other end of the third cantilever is movably pivoted with the fourth cantilever; the tail end of the fourth cantilever and the clamping jaw form a movable pin joint shape, a second telescopic unit is arranged in the arm body of the fourth cantilever, the second auxiliary supporting arm adjusts the lifting load according to the pre-stretching tension of the second telescopic unit, and the clamping jaw clamps the fan blades of the industrial ceiling fan.
In the above-mentioned high-altitude single-person assembling device for the industrial ceiling fan, the first telescopic unit and the second telescopic unit are air pressure rods.
The high-altitude single-person assembling equipment for the industrial ceiling fan further comprises a blade carrier for stacking a plurality of blades of the industrial ceiling fan, wherein the blade carrier is provided with a third fixing plate and two placing frames; the third fixing plate is detachably fixed on the hanging basket; one side of each placing frame is combined with the third fixing plate.
The high-altitude single-person assembling equipment for the industrial ceiling fan can utilize the hanging basket, the first auxiliary bracket arm, the second auxiliary bracket arm and the blade carrier to lift an operator and a host machine of the large-scale industrial ceiling fan and the blade to an installation position together or in times, and then the first auxiliary bracket arm pushes the loaded host machine to the installation position to be in an air suspension state, so that the single operator can lock the host machine without holding the host machine by hand for assembling. In addition, when the blade is installed, the second auxiliary bracket arm is used for clamping a blade, and then the blade is pushed to the installation position by an operator to form an air suspension state, and the blade can be assembled on a host machine of the industrial ceiling fan without being held by the operator; therefore, the ceiling fan mounting device can achieve the effects of improving the mounting speed, saving the labor cost, easily and safely mounting the ceiling fan and the like.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an industrial ceiling fan high-altitude single person assembly device, which is mainly assembled with a first auxiliary bracket arm 1 and a second auxiliary bracket arm 2 on a hanging basket 101 of a high-altitude operation lifting machine 10, wherein the first auxiliary bracket arm 1 is used for installing a host 201 of an industrial ceiling fan 20, and the second auxiliary bracket arm 2 is used for installing fan blades 202 of the industrial ceiling fan 20, wherein:
referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first auxiliary bracket 1 is mainly composed of a first cantilever 11, a second cantilever 12 and a bracket 13, which are rotatable with each other, the first cantilever 11 is located at the root of the first auxiliary bracket 1, and mainly provides the whole supporting arm to be fixed and rotatable, one end of the first cantilever 11 is movably pivoted to a first fixing plate 14, and the other end is movably pivoted to the second cantilever 12; the end of the second cantilever 12 forms a movable pivot joint with the bracket 13, a first telescopic unit 15 is arranged in the body of the second cantilever 12, the first telescopic unit 15 is preferably a pneumatic rod, the second cantilever 12 can adjust the lifting load according to the pre-stretching tension of the first telescopic unit 15 by the action of the first telescopic unit 15, and the bracket 13 provides the host 201 of the industrial ceiling fan 20 for containing (as shown in fig. 1);
referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second auxiliary bracket 2 is mainly composed of a third cantilever 21, a fourth cantilever 22 and a clamp 23, which are rotatable with each other, the third cantilever 21 is located at the root of the second auxiliary bracket 2, and mainly provides a whole second auxiliary bracket 2 for fixing and rotating, one end of the third cantilever 21 is movably pivoted to a second fixing plate 24, and the other end is movably pivoted to the fourth cantilever 22; the end of the fourth cantilever 22 forms a movable pivot joint with the clamping jaw 23, a second telescopic unit 25 is arranged in the arm body of the fourth cantilever 22, the second telescopic unit 25 is preferably a pneumatic rod, so that the fourth cantilever 22 can adjust the lifting load according to the pre-stretching tension of the second telescopic unit 25 under the action of the second telescopic unit 25; the clamping jaw 23 provides clamping for the fan blades 202 of the industrial ceiling fan 20 (as shown in FIG. 1);

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the present invention can also implement a blade carrier 3, wherein the blade carrier 3 has a third fixing plate 31 and two placing frames 32; the third fixing plate 31 is fixed on either side of the hanging basket 10, and one side of each placing frame 32 is combined with the third fixing plate 31, so that a plurality of blades 202 can be stacked on the placing frames 32 for carrying together, and then one blade 202 is clamped by the clamping jaws 23 of the second auxiliary bracket arm 2, and then the mounting operation of the blade 202 of the industrial ceiling fan 20 is performed successively, that is, the blade 202 is assembled on the main machine of the industrial ceiling fan 20 successively.
In addition, in order to reduce the load of the high-altitude operation lifting machine 10, the first auxiliary bracket arm 1 and the second auxiliary bracket arm 2 of the invention can adopt a movable assembly mode to be loaded and unloaded and used at proper time according to the requirements of assembly operation. The second auxiliary bracket arm 2 is not mounted on the overhead working hoist 10 when the first auxiliary bracket arm 1 is used for mounting the main machine 201 of the industrial ceiling fan 20, after the main machine 201 is assembled, the overhead working hoist 10 is lowered to the ground, the first auxiliary bracket arm 1 is removed, and the second auxiliary bracket arm 2 is replaced on the overhead working hoist 10, so that the mounting operation of the fan blade 202 of the industrial ceiling fan 20 is continued. Thus, the load operation of the aerial work lift 10 is reduced, and the safety of the aerial work is improved.
