Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drainage device for draining water accumulated in a frame material, and a door and window having the drainage device.
Background
Conventionally, there is known a water discharge device which is attached to a frame member and discharges water accumulated in the frame member (for example, refer to patent document 1).
The drainage device described in patent document 1 includes: a cylindrical body having a drainage channel penetrating in a vertical direction; and a valve body which is arranged in the drainage channel and can move to a drainage position and a non-drainage position respectively.
Here, the valve body is usually positioned to the drain position based on its own weight. At the water discharge position, a gap is provided between the water passage port provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body and the valve body. Thereby allowing the water permeated into the drain passage to be discharged through the gap.
The valve body is moved upward by applying pressure from the outside of the drain device, and closes the water passage port. This prevents rainwater, wind, and the like from flowing backward from the outside of the drainage device through the drainage device.

Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a part of a door/window 1 according to the present embodiment.
The "depth direction" described below is a direction along the depth of the door/window 1 (the direction of arrow Ar in fig. 1). A plane along the depth direction is called a depth plane; a plane perpendicular to the depth direction is also referred to as a main viewing plane.
The door/window 1 of the present embodiment is a built-in window of a part of a curtain wall provided at an outer wall position of a building or the like, for example. The door/window 1 includes a frame 2 and a face unit 3.
The frame body 2 is configured by assembling four side frames from respective frame members of an upper frame (not shown), a lower frame 21, a vertical frame 22 positioned on the left side as viewed from the outdoor side, and a vertical frame (not shown) positioned on the right side as viewed from the outdoor side. Each of the frame members is formed of, for example, an extruded material made of metal such as aluminum, and has a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape over the entire length.
The lower frame 21 includes a bottom surface portion 211, an outdoor side main view wall portion 212, a rising portion 213, a depth wall portion 214, an indoor side main view wall portion 215, a hanging wall portion 216, and a drain portion 217.
The bottom surface portion 211 is a portion extending substantially parallel to the depth direction.
The outdoor side main viewing wall portion 212 is a portion extending from an outdoor side edge of the bottom surface portion 211 to an upper side while being bent at a substantially right angle.
The rising portion 213 is a portion extending by being bent upward at a substantially right angle from the edge of the bottom portion 211 on the indoor side.
The depth wall portion 214 extends from the upper end of the rising portion 213 toward the inside and the outside along the depth direction.

The surface member 3 is supported by the bottom surface portion 211 via the mounting block 4, and is held between the outdoor side main viewing wall portion 212 and the depth wall portion 214 via the seal member 5. That is, the depth wall portion 214 is a portion of the upper surface of the lower frame 21 that is located further toward the indoor side than the panel unit 3.
Further, a through hole 218 penetrating in the vertical direction is provided in the depth wall portion 214. Further, a drain device 6 for discharging water accumulated on the upper surface of the deep wall portion 214 due to condensation generated on the surface facing the indoor side of the housing 2 or the surface module 3 to the outside is attached to the through hole 218.
The detailed configuration of the drain device 6 will be described below.
Construction of the drainage means
Fig. 2 and 3 are perspective views showing an external appearance of the drain device 6. The valve body 8 shown in fig. 2 and 3 is positioned at a normal position described later.
In the following, the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis perpendicular to each other are used for explaining the configuration of the drainage device 6. The Z-axis is an axis parallel to the vertical direction (+ the Z-axis side is the upper side; the Z-axis side is the lower side). In a state where the drainage device 6 is attached to the deep-drawing wall portion 214 in the posture shown in fig. 1, the X-axis is an axis perpendicular to the sheet surface of fig. 1. The Y axis is an axis parallel to the depth direction (+ Y axis side is an indoor side, and-Y axis side is an outdoor side).
The posture of the drain device 6 attached to the deep wall portion 214 is not limited to the posture of fig. 1. For example, it can also be: the drain 6 is rotated by a predetermined angle from the posture of fig. 1 around a central axis Ax of the drain 6 substantially parallel to the Z axis.
The water drain device 6 takes in water accumulated on the upper surface of the deep wall portion 214 and discharges the water to a space SP surrounded by the bottom surface portion 211, the rising portion 213, the deep wall portion 214, the surface block 3, and the set block 4. The water discharged to the space SP is discharged to the outdoor space through a drain hole (not shown) provided in the lower frame 21.
The drainage device 6 includes a drainage device body 7 and a valve body 8. In the present embodiment, the drain 6 (the drain body 7 and the valve body 8) is a molded article made of a highly hydrophilic resin material.
Construction of drainage device body
Fig. 4 to 6 are sectional views showing the drain body 7. Specifically, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the drain body 7 taken along a YZ plane passing through the central axis Ax. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the drain body 7 taken on an XZ plane passing through the central axis Ax. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the drain body 7 taken along the XY plane passing through the second cylindrical body 12. In fig. 6, the first inclined surface 101 is shown by a one-dot chain line for convenience of explanation.
The drainage device body 7 includes: a cylindrical body 9 having a drain passage PA penetrating along a Z axis (central axis Ax); and a top surface portion 10 that is provided on the + Z-axis side end surface of the cylindrical body 9 and covers the drainage passage PA.
The cylindrical body 9 includes a first cylindrical body 11 and a second cylindrical body 12.
The first cylindrical body 11 extends along the Z axis (central axis Ax), has a substantially cylindrical shape having an outer diameter substantially equal to an inner diameter of the through hole 218, and is inserted into the through hole 218. Further, the inside of the first cylindrical body 11 constitutes a part of the drain passage PA.
In the side wall portion of the first cylindrical member 11, a notch 111 cut out from the end surface on the-Z axis side toward the + Z axis side is provided in the portion on the + Y axis side.
Further, the first cylindrical body 11 is provided with a first water blocking surface 112 on the inner peripheral surface thereof for blocking the drain passage PA by abutting against the valve body 8. The first water blocking surface 112 corresponds to a water blocking surface of the present invention.
The first water blocking surface 112 includes: a first upper water stop surface 113, a first lower water stop surface 114, and a pair of first lateral water stop surfaces 115.
The first upper water guard surface 113 is a surface located on the + Z-axis side of the first cylindrical body 11 and facing the-Z-axis side.
The first lower water guard surface 114 is a surface located on the-Z axis side of the first cylindrical body 11 and facing the-Z axis side.
The pair of first side water blocking surfaces 115 are surfaces extending along the Z axis and facing the + Y axis, and are connected to the first upper water blocking surface 113 and the first lower water blocking surface 114, respectively.
That is, the first water stop surface 112 is a surface formed by connecting the first upper water stop surface 113, the first lower water stop surface 114, and the pair of first side water stop surfaces 115, and extends in a ring shape over the entire circumference of the central axis Ax.
The first cylindrical member 11 is provided with a pair of long holes 116 through which the side wall portions of the first cylindrical member 11 are inserted.
The pair of long holes 116 are side wall portions that penetrate the first cylindrical body 11 along the X axis on the-Z axis side of the first upper water stop surface 113, on the + Z axis side of the first lower water stop surface 114, and on the + Y axis side of the pair of first side water stop surfaces 115. The pair of long holes 116 are inclined in the longitudinal direction with respect to the Z axis. More specifically, the longitudinal direction of the pair of long holes 116 is inclined toward the + Y axis side as it goes toward the-Z axis side.
The second cylindrical member 12 has a substantially cylindrical shape extending along the Z axis, and is formed integrally with the + Z axis side end surface of the first cylindrical member 11 in a coaxial posture with the first cylindrical member 11. Further, the inside of the second cylindrical body 12 constitutes a part of the drainage passage PA.
Here, the outer diameter of the second cylindrical body 12 is larger than the outer diameter of the first cylindrical body 11. In a state where the drain device 6 is attached to the through-hole 218 (a state where the first tubular body 11 is inserted into the through-hole 218), the second tubular body 12 is positioned on the + Z axis side with respect to the upper surface of the depth wall portion 214; and is positioned such that its outer peripheral surface is positioned further outward than the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 218 when viewed from the + Z axis side.
The top surface portion 10 has a disk shape having an outer diameter dimension substantially equal to the outer diameter dimension of the second cylindrical body 12, and is formed integrally with the + Z-axis side end surface of the second cylindrical body 12 in a coaxial posture with the second cylindrical body 12.
That is, in a state where the drain device 6 is attached to the through-hole 218, the top surface portion 10 is positioned on the + Z axis side of the upper surface of the depth wall portion 214, similarly to the second cylindrical body 12; and is positioned so that its outer peripheral surface is positioned further outward than the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 218 when viewed from the + Z axis side.
On the + Z axis side of the drain body 7 described above, 2 receiving ports OP are provided which are opened in the side direction (X axis direction) and communicate the drain passage PA with the outside of the drain body 7. In addition, the 2 receiving ports OP have the same shape, and only the positions of the receiving ports OP are different.
Specifically, the receiving opening OP is a rectangular opening. The edge on the + Z axis side of the receiving opening OP is formed by the lower surface 100 of the top surface portion 10. Further, the edges of the receiving opening OP on both sides in the Y-axis direction are formed by the second cylindrical body 12. Further, the edge of the receiving opening OP on the-Z axis side is formed by the first cylindrical body 11.
Here, the lower surface 100 of the top surface portion 10 is formed by two first inclined surfaces 101 and a central horizontal surface 102 (fig. 5 and 6).
The 2 first inclined surfaces 101 constitute flat surfaces which are inclined from the outer edge of the lower surface 100 toward the center (central axis Ax) of the lower surface 100 toward the-Z axis side of the 2 receiving ports OP, respectively.
The central horizontal plane 102 is located on the central axis Ax between the 2 first inclined planes 101, and is parallel to the flat surface of the XY plane.
Further, the second tubular body 12 is provided with 2 second inclined surfaces 121 which respectively constitute edges on both sides of the inlet port OP in the Y axis direction (fig. 2, 3, and 6).
The 2 second inclined surfaces 121 are flat surfaces inclined so as to expand the opening areas of the two receiving ports OP respectively as going from the drain passage PA to the outside of the drain body 7.
Further, in a state where the drain device 6 is attached to the through-hole 218, the-Z-axis side edge of the 2 receiving ports OP is positioned closer to the-Z-axis side than the upper surface of the depth wall portion 214 (fig. 5). On the other hand, the first inclined surface 101 and the second inclined surface 121 are positioned on the + Z axis side of the upper surface of the depth wall portion 214 (fig. 5).
When the water WA (indicated by a dashed line in fig. 5) that has accumulated on the upper surface of the deep wall portion 214 and has penetrated into the receiving opening OP contacts the first inclined surface 101 and the second inclined surface 121, the water WA is drawn toward the central axis Ax by the surface tension thereof. In addition, the water WA drops in the interior of the drain passage PA due to its own weight.
In particular, since the first inclined surface 101 and the second inclined surface 121 are inclined in the above-described manner, the water WA is easily brought into contact with the first inclined surface 101 and the second inclined surface 121. Further, since the drainage device 6 is made of a highly hydrophilic resin material, the water WA is easily attracted to the central axis Ax side by the surface tension thereof after coming into contact with the first inclined surface 101 and the second inclined surface 121.
Construction of the valve body
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the valve body 8. The posture of the valve body 8 shown in fig. 7 is a posture when the valve body 8 is positioned to a normal position or a valve-closing position described later.
The valve body 8 is provided in the drain passage PA and is movable to a normal position, a valve open position, and a valve closed position. The valve element 8 includes a back wall 81, a pair of side walls 82, a pair of rotating shafts 83, and a bottom wall 84.
The back wall 81 is a substantially rectangular plate, and each plate surface thereof intersects the Y axis.
The pair of side wall portions 82 are plate bodies that are bent at substantially right angles from respective edges on both sides in the X-axis direction of the rear wall portion 81 toward the-Y-axis side. That is, the rear wall 81 and the pair of side walls 82 are integrally formed in a substantially U-shape.
The pair of rotation shaft portions 83 are substantially cylindrical and project along the X axis from the plate surfaces on the sides separated from each other in the pair of side wall portions 82, respectively. The pair of rotation shaft portions 83 are inserted into the pair of long holes 116, respectively. Thereby, the valve body 8 is disposed in the drain passage PA (in the first cylindrical body 11).
The bottom wall portion 84 is a plate body in which the plate surfaces intersect the Z axis. The bottom wall 84 includes a bottom wall body 841 and a projection 842.
The bottom wall body 841 is a portion integrally formed with the rear wall 81 and the end surfaces of the pair of side walls 82 on the-Z axis side.
The projection 842 is a portion projecting from the-Y-axis side edge of the bottom wall body 841 toward the-Y-axis side.
The stopper 80 is provided based on the rear wall 81, the pair of side walls 82, and the bottom wall 84, which are described above, and opens upward to temporarily block the water WA falling from the water circulation passage PA.
Further, on the outer surface of the valve body 8, there is provided a second water stop surface 85 having a shape corresponding to the first water stop surface 112 and for closing the drain passage PA by abutting against the first water stop surface 112 when the valve body 8 is positioned to the valve-closed position.
The second water stop surface 85 includes: a second upper water blocking surface 851, a second lower water blocking surface 852, and a pair of second lateral water blocking surfaces 853.
The second upper water blocking surface 851 is an end surface of the back surface wall portion 81 and the pair of side wall portions 82 on the + Z axis side, and is a surface abutting against the first upper water blocking surface 113 of the first water blocking surface 112.
The second lower water stop surface 852 is a surface of the protrusion 842 on the + Z axis side and is a surface abutting against the first lower water stop surface 114 of the first water stop surface 112.
The pair of second side water blocking surfaces 853 are end surfaces on the-Y axis side of the pair of side wall portions 82, and are surfaces that respectively abut against the pair of first side water blocking surfaces 115 of the first water blocking surface 112.
Actuation of valve body
Next, the operation of the valve element 8 will be described with reference to fig. 8A, 8B, and 8C.
Fig. 8A, 8B, and 8C are sectional views corresponding to fig. 4, and are views for explaining the operation of the valve element 8. Specifically, fig. 8A is a diagram showing a state in which the valve body 8 is positioned to the normal position. Fig. 8B is a diagram showing a state in which the valve body 8 is positioned to the valve open position. Fig. 8C is a diagram showing a state in which the valve body 8 is positioned to the valve-closing position.
The valve body 8 is normally positioned to the normal position shown in fig. 8A.
The normal position is a state of equilibrium based on the self weight of the valve body 8. In the normal position, the pair of rotation shaft portions 83 are located on one end side (on the Z-axis side) in the longitudinal direction of the long holes 116 within the pair of long holes 116. Further, in the normal position, a gap is provided between the first water stop surface 112 and the second water stop surface 85. Hereinafter, this gap will be referred to as a first gap.
In a state where the valve body 8 is positioned to the normal position, water WA that has permeated into the drainage passage PA through the receiving port OP and fallen along the drainage passage PA accumulates at the stopper 80. The valve body 8 rotates counterclockwise in fig. 8A, 8B, and 8C about the pair of rotation shafts 83 upon receiving a load from the water WA, and is positioned to the valve open position shown in fig. 8B.
In the valve open position, the clearance between the first water stop surface 112 and the second water stop surface 85 is a second clearance that is greater than the first clearance. Thereby causing the water WA accumulated at the stopper 80 to be discharged to the space SP through the second gap.
Further, in a state where the valve body 8 is positioned to the normal position or the valve open position, if pressure is applied to the valve body 8 from the outside of the drain device 6 due to rainwater, wind, or the like entering the space SP from the outdoor space, the pair of long holes 116 causes the movement of the pair of rotation shaft portions 83 to be guided, so that the valve body 8 moves to the + Z axis side and is positioned to the valve closed position shown in fig. 8C.
In the valve closing position, the pair of rotation shaft portions 83 are located on the other end side (+ Z-axis side) in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 116 within the pair of long holes 116. Further, in the valve closed position, the second water stop surface 85 abuts the first water stop surface 112. That is, rainwater, wind, or the like that intrudes into the space SP from the outdoor space does not intrude into the indoor space via the drainage device 6.
Other embodiments
The embodiments for carrying out the present invention have been described so far, but the present invention should not be limited to only the above-described embodiments.
In the above embodiment, the built-in window constituting a part of a curtain wall is exemplified as the door/window 1, but the door/window of the present invention is not limited to the door/window used for the curtain wall, and may be various windows provided on an outer wall of a building; doors and windows for doorways used for doorways such as indoor and outdoor doorways and doorways of bathrooms. In the above embodiment, the window 1 is exemplified by a built-in window to which the face unit 3 is fixed, but the window is not limited to the built-in window, and may be a window having various opening and closing forms such as a double-groove sliding window, a single sliding window, a vertical sliding window, and a casement window in which a window sash serving as a face unit is supported so as to be openable and closable.
In the above embodiment, the elongated hole 116 is provided in the drain body 7, and the rotation shaft 83 is provided in the valve body 8, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the elongated hole of the present invention may be provided in the valve body, and the rotating shaft of the present invention may be provided in the drain body. In this case, the rotation shaft portion and the drain body of the present invention are formed separately, and are inserted into the hole provided in the drain body and the long hole provided in the valve body.
In the above embodiment, 2 receiving ports OP are provided, and the number thereof may be 1 or 3 or more.
In the above embodiment, the first inclined surface 101 is formed as a flat surface, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed as a curved surface as long as it is inclined downward from the outer edge of the lower surface 100 toward the center of the lower surface 100.
The drainage device of the invention is a drainage device for draining water accumulated in a frame material, and the drainage device comprises: a cylindrical body having a drainage channel penetrating in a vertical direction; a valve body provided in the drain passage and movable to a normal position, a valve open position, and a valve close position, respectively, wherein a water blocking surface against which the valve body abuts is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, a long hole is provided in one of the cylindrical body and the valve body, and a rotation shaft portion, which is inserted into the long hole, is provided in the other of the cylindrical body and the valve body, the normal position is a position in which the rotation shaft portion is positioned on one end side in a longitudinal direction of the long hole, a gap between the water blocking surface and the valve body is a first gap, the valve open position is a position in which the valve body positioned to the normal position is rotated about the rotation shaft portion, the gap between the water blocking surface and the valve body is a second gap larger than the first gap, and the valve close position is a position in which the rotation shaft portion is positioned on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the long hole, the valve body is abutted against the position of the water retaining surface.
In the present invention, the valve body is usually positioned to the normal position based on its own weight. The valve body positioned at the normal position is rotated about the rotation shaft portion and positioned at the valve opening position, while receiving a load due to water permeating through the receiving port into the drain passage. Thereby allowing water that has permeated through the receiving opening to the drainage channel to be drained. Further, the valve body is positioned to the valve closing position by guiding the movement of the valve body through the elongated hole and the rotation shaft portion based on the pressure applied from the outside of the drain device. This prevents rainwater, wind, and the like from flowing backward from the outside of the drainage device through the drainage device.
Here, in the normal position, the clearance (first clearance) between the water stop surface and the valve body is smaller than the clearance (second clearance) in the valve open position. That is, since drainage is not required in a normal state, a gap (first gap) between the water stop surface and the valve body can be made relatively small. Therefore, in an environment including a degree of natural wind (for example, wind of 12m/s or less) in a calm state, it is possible to suppress outdoor wind from flowing into the room through the drainage device (the gap).
In the drain device, the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole is inclined with respect to the vertical direction.
According to the present invention, since the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, the valve body can be rotated from the normal position to the valve open position at a position separated from the water blocking surface. That is, the water blocking surface can be provided at a position where the water blocking surface does not mechanically interfere with the valve body when the valve body rotates. Therefore, when the valve body is positioned to the valve-closing position, the abutment between the valve body and the water blocking surface can be surely performed, and the water blocking performance in the valve-closing position is improved.
In the drain device, the elongated hole is provided in the tubular body, and the rotation shaft portion is provided in the valve body.
